En el estudio se propuso como objetivo principal “determinar la relación entre el uso de la plataforma virtual y la satisfacción estudiantil en la Escuela de posgrado una universidad privada en tiempos del COVID-19, 2020”. El enfoque investigativo fue cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental y de nivel correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 102 maestrandos de la Escuela de posgrado de docencia universitaria de una universidad privada de Lima. La técnica para recabar los datos fue la encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario para medir el uso de plataforma virtual, teniendo una confiabilidad de Alpha de Cronbach de 0.701 y para la segunda variable satisfacción estudiantil se aplicó el cuestionario estandarizado PSSUQ (POST-STUDY SYSTEM USABILITY QUESTIONNAIRE) V.3 de la IBM, la confiabilidad de este instrumento por medio del Alpha de Cronbach fue 0.919. ambos instrumentos fueron validados por cinco expertos; como resultado se halló que existe relación significativa entre el uso de la plataforma virtual y la satisfacción estudiantil, dado que el nivel de significancia fue de 0,000 menor a 0,05 y el Rho de Spearman de 0, 606, este último indicaba una relación positiva moderada entre las variables, concluyendo bajo este hallazgo que a mejor uso de la plataforma virtual los maestrandos presentaron mejores niveles de satisfacción estudiantil.
Resumen
The main objective of the study was "to determine the relationship between the use of the virtual platform and student satisfaction in the Graduate School of a private university in times of COVID19, 2020". The research approach was quantitative, applied type, non-experimental design and correlational level. The sample consisted of 102 master students from the Graduate School of University Teaching at a private university in Lima. The technique to collect the data was the survey and as an instrument a questionnaire to measure the use of the virtual platform, having a reliability of Cronbach's Alpha of 0.701 and for the second variable student satisfaction the standardized questionnaire PSSUQ (POST-STUDY SYSTEM USABILITY) was applied. QUESTIONNAIRE) V.3 of IBM, the reliability of this instrument through Cronbach's Alpha was 0.919. Both instruments were validated by five experts. Results: A significant and positive relationship was found between the use of the virtual platform and student satisfaction, given that the bilateral significance was 0.000 less than 0.05 and a Spearman's Rho of 0.606, which indicated a moderate positive relationship between the variables, concluding under this finding that the better use of the virtual platform, the master students presented better levels of student satisfaction.
