Ítem Acceso abierto Interpersonal relationships and job performance of nursing staff in the emergency service of a police hospital, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-05-03) Vigo Herrera, Natali Otilia; Benavides Ugarte, Elizabeth Paola; Bonilla Asalde, Cesar AntonioObjective: To demonstrate the relationship between the intrinsic, extrinsic factors of Herzberg and the Management Positioning of the Nursing Department of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital. Methodology: The study was conducted with a quantitative relational orientation that measured the connection of both variables. We worked with the population that comprised 75 nurses: department head nurse, supervisory nurses, service nurse nurses, and care nurses who had managerial positions at some time in that hospital. Results: The Spearman test was used to measure the relationship between Work Experience, remuneration, Attitude in management, status / power and Management Positioning where it was confirmed that there is a low and largely significant positive relationship between these two variables (p <0.01). Among the factors of Herzberg and Management Positioning, only work experience within the intrinsic factors presented a low and highly significant positive relationship with Management Positioning. Conclusion: The intrinsic and extrinsic factors of Herzberg are significantly related to the management position in the Nursing department of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital.Ítem Acceso abierto Anxiety and motivation of the achievement of students of the faculty of medicine of a private university of lima - 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-10-25) Li Parra, Isabel Lorena; Ordóñez Coronado, Sonia del Carmen; Rivera Lozada de Bonilla, OrianaThe research was carried out in Lima, whose stratified sample value was 273 internal users of the Vitarte Hospital - 2018, the general objective is to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the motivational factors of the workers who work at the Vitarte Hospital, Lima 2018. The investigation was of an applicative, descriptive and correlational type, for which the data collected were applying the two instruments to the workers of said hospital, according to period and sequence, the study is transversal, since to each worker the 2 scales were applied for one only once, with prior informed consent; and according to study and scope of the product found. The instrument used for Motivational Factors and for the Organizational Climate is the Rensis Scale, Likert type, as a technique for the interview aimed at workers. The data were emptied in the Excel program for statistical treatment that allowed the creation of statistical tables and graphs. The Sperman Rho coefficient was used, which as a result results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship, high in proportion directly between the organizational climate and motivational factors in the workers who work at the Vitarte Hospital, with a (Rho 0.879), with apvalue less than 0.05, taking into account that there is a 95% confidence level, so we reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternate hypothesis.Ítem Acceso abierto Nursing care and cross-cultural management in the critical services of the Dos de Mayo Hospital(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-10-25) Chapoñán Chapoñán, Ana Maria; Zárate Cárdenas, RosarioObjective: The relationship between nursing care and cross-cultural management in Critical HDM Services was determined. Methodology: study was quantitative, prospective, transversal and longitudinal; descriptive and observational, with a population of 90 nurses by inclusion and exclusion criteria. With 2 Likert-typerating scales, with the interview technique for nursing care and ethnographic observational for cross-cultural management. Results: two thirds (77.8%) of total nursing care divided between regular and deficient, two thirds (83.4%) predominates the total regular and excellent transcultural management, in the relation shown it indicates that (26.7%) is regular for both variables, direct type correlation, moderate level and highly significant among the variables (rho =, 238, p = 0.001). Conclusion: Therefore, the statistical evidence was enough to reject the null hypothesis of independence of the variables, proving that there is a direct relationship between them in the statistical limit. Materials and methods: Study is quantitative, scope or explanatory type and by its quasi-experimental design, with a single group with three measurements before and three measurements after educational intervention. The population consists of 27 nurses, the technique used for data collection is nonparticipating observation, and the instrument was developed based on the ESSALUD Biosafety Standards Manual. The validity of the content is made through the opinion of expert judgment; the instrument used is the checklist that serves to evaluate compliance with biosafety standards of nurses in their three shifts: morning, afternoon and night. Results: The level of compliance was identified before and after educational intervention in the three shifts, in the morning it is appreciated that before the educational intervention only 3.7% de las enfermeras presentar un cumplimiento alto, luego de la intervención educativa BIONEF, el cumplimiento fue de 14.8% se lugar en nivel alto. En el turno noche se evidencio que antes de la intervención solo el 7,4% de las enfermeras presentaron un modo moderado, luego de la intervención el 37% de las enfermeras se ubicación en el nivel alto. Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal, Lima 2018(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-05-15) De Paz Figueroa, Katia Melva; Mendoza Barrera, Rosa Edelmira; Zárate Cárdenas, RosarioObjective: Determining the efficiency of the Motivational Plans “LIDCOMA” regarding the work satisfaction of nurses in the Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal (INMP). Materials and methods: A pre experimental study, with only one group, was carried out using a sample of 90 nurses of INMP. For data collection, a survey technique was employed; the instrument was a pre-test/post-test designed as a rating scale, consisting of 36 questions originated from the indicators of 10 dimensions, to measure the work satisfaction of nurses, and prepared by the Peruvian Ministry of Health. For data processing, the SPSS statistics 25 software was used, was used, and for hypothesis testing the Wilcoxon signed range test was used a non-parametric test to compare the average range of two related samples and determine if there are differences between before and after the Motivational Plans “LIDCOMA” was applied accepting values of p<0.05 as significant. Results: The demographic characteristics showed that two thirds of the INMP nurses were less than 40 years old; almost all of them were women; a little more than half were married; two thirds came from the coastal area; most of them had finished postgraduate studies; a little more than half were permanent nurses; and more than half had more than 5 years of service. Before the survey, almost all the nurses were satisfied, with no trend; after carrying out the plans, almost all of them were highly satisfied. Methodology: The study is quantitative, longitudinal; The design corresponds to pre-experimental with a single group. The population was made up of 150 mothers, in the growth and development office, a validated and reliable questionnaire was applied to measure the care process before and after implementing the electronic nursing registry, subsequently its effectiveness was evaluated. Results: before the implementation of the electronic nursing registry, 51.3% of the mothers considered the care process as regular and only 18% good, after the electronic nursing registry, 60% of the mothers considered it good and 0% deficient; According to the values, the Wilcoxon signed range test has a significance level of 0.000. Lima, 2019. Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about adverse events in the patient safety culture of the health staff of the Divine Child Jesus Clinic. Material and method: Due to the type of research, the current work is basic, descriptive, quantitative, prospective, transverse. The population is 60 health personnel. In the variable attitudes the instrument will be a Likert Scale type questionnaire. They contain 28 items. The knowledge variable will use the questionnaire with 10 items, structured in 5 alternatives. Results: The null hypothesis is rejected, having a p = 003. The general hypothesis is fulfilled, there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes about events in the patient's safety culture, since the value is, X2 = 11, 429th; g.l. = 2; reason why independence between the research variables is rejected, the relationship between the variables is confirmed, being this positive and significant relationship according to Cramer's V statistic = 0.436. A rating scale was used: Evaluation 360, through which information on performance was collected, and the interview was applied to collect the competencies of the nurses. The sample consisted of 173 nursing professionals. Results: The competencies of the professionals were: excellent 21%, good: 53% and fair: 26%, the final performance values were: fair: 27%, good: 54% and excellent: 19%. The objective was to determine relationship between psychosocial factors and mental health self-care in nurses of critical services in the National Hospital Arzobispo Loayza. Methodology: The investigation was descriptive, correlational, quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, the population consisted of 255 nurses who work in critical services. Two different questionnaires were used for the data collection, for the psychosocial factors variable the Psychosocial Factors Scale in the work was used and for the self-care variable of mental health the Scale of self-care behaviors was used, both got a Jisquare of independence reliably with a 95% CI, in addition both instruments were validated by expert judgment. Result Only de dimension of workplace conditions and performance compensations are associated with mental health self care. A study with a quantitative, correlational, prospective and cross-sectional type was carried out, the sample consisted of 200 users selected in a simple random probabilistic manner. For the data collection, the survey technique was applied, the instrument for the quality of health care was a questionnaire prepared with a Likert scale (Alpha de Crombach, α 0 = 0.88), in the same way for Attitude (Crombach's Alpha, α 0 = 0.71). As descriptive results, it was obtained that 98.5% (197) of the users perceive a high level of quality of health care, while the average level obtained 1.5% (3) and none at a low level, while the Attitude against vaccination it is of indifference 62% (124), acceptance 38% (76) and rejection 0% (0). And as inferential results, it was obtained that if there is a significant relationship between the quality of health care and the user's attitude towards vaccination, statistically Rho = 0.226 and p = 0.01 (p <0.05), determining a considerable positive correlation, as the second inferential result if There is a significant relationship between the Technical dimension and the user's attitude towards vaccination, statistically Rho = 0.202 and p = 0.004 (p <0.05), considering a positive correlation, as the third inferential result if there is a significant relationship between the Human dimension and the attitude of the user against vaccination at the international vaccination center Medical & Health, Abril 2020. The Methodology used was basic research, cross-sectional, operational, prospective and Analytical. This research was applied to 80 nurses from the health center, this being nonprobabilistic, since it had to be collected for convenience. As a data collection instrument, two questionnaires were used, one to determine the organizational climate and the other to measure the job satisfaction of the nursing staff. The first questionnaire consisted of 38 items with 5 response alternatives, while the job satisfaction questionnaire was composed of 36 items also with 5 response alternatives. In this research work, it was determined that there is a very good relationship between the variables, organizational climate and job satisfaction among the nursing staff of the Surgical Center of the San Borja Child Health, Lima - Peru, with a value of Spearman's Rho = 0.866. It was also determined that the work environment in the Surgical Center of the San Borja National Institute of Child Health, Lima - Peru, is considered to be regular with 48% of the 100% consulted. The data collection technique used was the self-administered survey, applied to 100 health professionals working in the emergency service. To measure the variable level of knowledge, the instrument Taken and modified from Falcon (2014) was used, while for the variable efficiency in cardiopulmonary resuscitation the instrument was self-made. The data were analyzed in the statistical program SPSS version 24, where the Spearman Rho statistic was used to contrast the hypotheses raised. Methodology: The study was quantitative, correlational, cross-sectional, observational, and retrospective based on information from medical records, with a population of 574 bedridden older adults, and a sample of 118 patients chosen by inclusion and exclusion criteria, applying the registry technique. documentary by means of files that registered the number of visits by ADOGE and the number of hospital readmissions for a period 2016-2017, being the institution's own files, valid and reliable due to its institutional regulations, files that do not reach the statistical level of reliability, and to process The data was performed with the Spearman correlation coefficient tests and the t-student test, the KolmogorovSmirnov (KS) test with the Lilliefors correction, and the Chi-square test of independence of Yates correction criteria. Methodology: observational, correlational and cross-sectional study, in a probabilistic sample of 191 patients receiving telemedicine care in the surgery service of a national social security hospital in Lima, a survey was applied using a validated and reliable instrument. The chi-square hypothesis test and Spearman's correlation coefficient were used for correlation. Results: the telehealth strategy has a high level of satisfaction (90.6%) in the patient attended in the surgery service of a hospital in Lima, 2021. In the chi-square hypothesis test, a p-value of 0.045 (< 0.05) was obtained, which allowed us to reject the null hypothesis. The nonparametric Spearman correlation coefficient test Rho= 0.145 and p= 0.045 (< 0.05) indicated that the relationship between the two variables is moderate and statistically significant. It was corroborated that there are statistically significant differences with a p-value of 0.000 in the level of satisfaction between the two groups of telehealth strategies. Material And Methods: quantitative type, descriptive correlational-prospective method, not experimental. The population consisted of 22 nurses. The techniques were the survey for the questionnaire by means of a rating scale; and the observation technique using the instrument the checklist, passed by pilot test and expert judges, and are validated at 95% and reliable with 0.807 and 0.916 consecutively, the statistics were performed in SPSS version 25 and the V test was used Cramer's for hypotheses. Results: There is no relationship between the personal factor and the cross-sectional, critical and generic dimension of nursing performance, it is given by the Cramer's V value (p = 0.095) and significance (p = 0.462) and (p = 0.449) p ³ 0.05 consecutively. There is no institutional factor relationship with the cross-sectional, critical and generic dimension of nursing performance, it is given by the Cramer's V value (p = 0.394), (p = 0.207) (p = 0.784) p ³ 0.05 consecutively, which indicates independence of variables. There is a relationship of general variables, according to Cramer's V = 0.058 means strong intensity of association, with a significant relationship (p = 0.000). Materials and methods: Quantitative approach study, hypothetical-deductive method, correlational level and non-experimental, crosssectional design. The population will be made up of 120 people between nursing graduates and nursing technicians who work at the PNP Augusto B. Leguía hospital. The technique to be used was the survey and the instruments used were: the quality of care questionnaire and the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire to measure Burnout syndrome. Results: There is a significant negative correlation between the variables burnout syndrome and quality of care of the nursing staff with a correlation coefficient of -0.992. Conclusions: It is evident that there are negative and significant relationships between the Burnout syndrome and the human, technical-scientific and environment dimensions of the quality of nursing care, showing relationship coefficients of -0.844, -0.927 and -0.982 respectively.Ítem Acceso abierto Relationship between rational use of personal protective equipment and work stress of the surgical team at PNP Luis N. Sáenz Hospital Complex during 2022. The research was conducted using a quantitative, applied approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. The population consisted of healthcare professionals from the surgical center, who participated voluntarily. Data collection was carried out using the survey technique, applying validated instruments to measure the variables rational use of personal protective equipment and occupational stress, considering dimensions such as biological and ergonomic risks, as well as emotional aspects related to professional performance. Statistical analysis made it possible to identify the relationship between the study variables. The results showed a significant relationship between the rational use of personal protective equipment and the level of occupational stress among the surgical team, demonstrating that inadequate or insufficient use of PPE is associated with higher stress levels among healthcare professionals. Furthermore, proper use of PPE contributes to reducing exposure to occupational risks and improving staff well-being. Results: There is no significant statistical relationship between the variables emotional intelligence and work performance (p = 0.809), nor was a significant statistical relationship found in the emotional attention dimension (p = 0.159), the emotional clarity dimension (p = 0.802) and the emotional repair dimension (p = 0.606). The population is 157 nurses, and a sample of 121. It has as a non-experimental design, in addition to these, it is descriptivecorrelational and transversal in nature. A survey was conducted with the use of these two instruments: for the one that has no influence of other factors "management skills" was used the instrument of Alcon Noris developed in the year 2014) and for the dependent variable "job performance" of the author Refulio Aliaga Nora developed in the year 2011. From the results it is described that 66.9% of the nurses possess good managerial ability, 29.8% possess regular managerial ability and 3.3% possess poor managerial ability. On the other hand, 80.2% of the nurses have adequate job performance, 18.2% have fair job performance and 1.7% do not have adequate job performance. Therefore, the conclusion of the study is, In case there is a significant correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable, "management skills" as the dependent variable "job performance", The calculation of Kendall's correlation coefficient resulted in a value of 0.569.
