Publicación Acceso abierto Actitud hacia la educación online y el aprendizaje autónomo en los estudiantes de posgrado de una universidad privada de Lima, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-01-12) Ana Valeria, Cox Apolinario; Ramos Vera, Patricia MaríaThe objective of the research was to establish the relationship between the attitude towards online education and autonomous learning in postgraduate students of a private university in Lima, 2023. This research had as its methodology the deductive hypothetical with a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional analysis and correlational level; for the study, 95 postgraduate students were considered as a sample; to which, through the survey technique, the Attitude towards online education questionnaire was applied and for autonomous learning variable, the Autonomous Learning questionnaire was applied; finding as a result that there is a relationship between attitude towards online education and autonomous learning in postgraduate students (p<0.05 and Rho=0.814) also maintaining that this correlation was significant, direct and of strong intensity. The conclusion of the study is that the attitude towards online education is directly linked to autonomous learning, that is, by presenting a strong positive attitude towards online education, it favors high autonomous learning.Publicación Acceso abierto Actitud hacia la investigación y el pensamiento crítico en los estudiantes de Farmacia y Bioquímica de una universidad privada, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-01-31) Anco Maximiliano, Yanet Soleda; Palacios Garay, Jessica PaolaResearch today is considered one of the most important jobs for every professional because it forces the person to have critical thinking, generating new knowledge for its application according to the different needs, that is why the initiative for the development of this study with the objective of being able to determine the relationship that exists between the attitude towards research and critical thinking in the students of a private university, 2021. The methodological design was with a substantive quantitative approach and a correlational descriptive level, the results obtained were that there is a significant relationship between the attitude towards research and critical thinking in the students of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of a private university, 2021. Finally, it is concluded that the level of attitude of the students of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of Attitude towards research and critical thinking in pharmacy and biochemistry students a from a private university, 2021, is high, that is, out of 120 students surveyed, 74 of them, which is equivalent to 61.7%, consider that patience and curiosity for most of the things they analyze are key elements that reinforce their attitude towards research.Publicación Acceso abierto Actitud hacia la investigación y las competencias investigativas en estudiantes de pregrado de una universidad privada de Lima, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-06-21) Guerra Martel, Geraldine Stefanny; Baldeón De La Cruz, Maruja DionisiaThis research considered the objective of determining the relationship between the attitude towards research and investigative skills in undergraduate students of a private university in Lima, 2023. The research was framed in the quantitative approach, hypothetical - deductive method, applied type, design not experimental and correlational descriptive level. The sample consisted of 85 undergraduate students of VIII, IX and X cycles of a private university in Lima. Two instruments were available for data collection; Questionnaire of attitude towards research, by Barrios and Ulises (2020) which consisted of 28 items and the Questionnaire of investigative competences, by Ruiz et al. (2020) which consisted of 40 items. The results of the general hypothesis test reported that the significance level was 0.000 < 0.05, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between the attitude towards research and investigative skills; In the same way, it is observed that Spearman's Rho index = 0.418, indicating that the relationship between the study variables is positive and of moderate intensity, that is, that a positive attitude towards research favors the development of investigative skills.Publicación Acceso abierto Actitud, conocimiento y uso de tecnologías de la información y comunicación y la práctica docente en una Universidad Privada – 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-07-26) Mendoza Barrios, Jesús Richard; Palacios Garay, Jessica PaolaThis research study had as general objective to determine the relationship between attitude, knowledge and use of information and communication technologies and the teaching practice in a private university - 2022. The methodology used in the study was based on the positivist paradigm, hypothetical deductive method; this research is applied´s type, descriptive, with quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, observational and correlational. tThe population consisted of 250 teachers and the sample was 114 teachers, using two highly reliable instruments that went through the validity and reliability being highly reliable. The results demonstrated the existence of low levels for the variable attitude, knowledge and use of ICT with 43% and for the practice it was 55.3% teaching, The non-parametric test of Spearmen's Rho was applied for the correlation between the variables, obtaining a p value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the study variables, so, university teachers are not prepared in the attitude, knowledge and use of ICT; and this makes it difficult for the teacher to carry out a good teaching practice.Publicación Acceso abierto Las actitudes hacia la herramienta “Quizizz” y el rendimiento académico en estudiantes de odontología de una universidad de Lima, año 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-25) Manco Carhuavilca, Jesus Mario; Vásquez Tomás, Melba RitaThe objective of the study was to determine the relationship between attitudes towards the "Quizizz" tool and the academic performance of students in the anatomy course of the professional school of dentistry of a university in Lima. The study was characterized by the use of the hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, applied type and nonexperimental design, the level was observational, correlational and cross-sectional; the population consisted of 100 students to whom a Likert scale questionnaire was applied to measure the attitudes towards the Quizizz tool, while to measure the academic performance the averages obtained at the end of the academic semester of each student were taken into account. The research showed that there is a significant relationship between attitudes towards the Quizizz tool and academic performance. The results of the Spearman's coefficient value indicated the degree of correlation between the variables is 0.371 and the significance level was less than 0.05; furthermore, a significant relationship was observed between the behavioral component dimension of attitudes towards the Quizizz tool and academic performance with a Spearman's coefficient of 0.452. It was concluded that attitudes towards the Quizizz tool are directly and significantly related to academic performance, this being a low and positive relationship.Publicación Acceso abierto La actividad física y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la especialidad de Terapia Física y Rehabilitación en una universidad privada, 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-01-20) López Núñez, Patricia Esperanza; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe objective of the study determined the relationship between Physical Activity and Academic Performance of the students of the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation specialty of the Norbert Wiener Private University, 2019. The design of this study was nonexperimental, cross-sectional because the data collection was performed in a single moment. Correlational level because it determined the degree of relationship between these two variables, it also corresponds to the hypothetical-deductive method. The statistical data that support this research have been obtained from the World Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) proposed by the WHO, and from the report cards of university students. The study was carried out with a population of 678 and a sample of 245 students. From the statistical test it can be seen that the significance value of p = 0.000; and a Rho Spearman degree of correlation of 0.291; with which it is affirmed that there is a low positive correlation between Physical Activity and Academic Performance.Publicación Acceso abierto Adaptación de las competencias docentes en un escenario de cambio curricular(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-08-23) Ampuero Cabrera, Yudiza Reccy; Mescua Figueroa, Augusto CésarThe research explores the adaptation of teaching competencies in response to a curricular change at the School of Nursing of the National University of Amazonas. The main objective was to evaluate the pedagogical adaptations implemented by the faculty to adjust to a competency-based curriculum. Ten in-depth interviews were conducted with the faculty, processed using Atlas Ti version 24 software. The results indicate that although the faculty demonstrate adaptability and commitment, they face significant challenges due to the lack of training, organization, and institutional support. Despite these difficulties, they have adopted new pedagogical techniques and adjusted evaluation and tutoring methods. The evaluation of attitudinal competencies remains complex. The research highlights the importance of continuous training and institutional commitment for the success of the competency-based approach. Additionally, it underscores the need for greater faculty training and organizational strategies to facilitate this adaptation process. The main conclusion emphasizes that although significant pedagogical adaptations have been made, the lack of robust institutional commitment and adequate training limits the effectiveness of these adaptations, particularly in competency evaluation. A continuous training program for faculty is proposed, focusing on the development of pedagogical, methodological, and evaluative competencies.Publicación Acceso abierto Adaptación universitaria y procrastinación académica en estudiantes de medicina humana de una universidad privada de Lima Metropolitana, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-11-29) Gamero Polleri, Marco Antonio; Baldeón De La Cruz, Maruja DionisiaThe purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the university adaptation variables and academic procrastination in students of cycles I and II of human medicine at a private university in Lima for the period 2023; Regarding the methodology of the study, the quantitative approach, non-experimental design and correlational level were used; The sample for the study was made up of 100 students, the questionnaire was the technique for data collection and the instruments used were the reduced version of the Academic Experiences Questionnaire (QVA-r) adapted by Márquez et al. (2009) and the Academic Procrastination Scale (EPA) questionnaire adapted by Domínguez (2016), both instruments met the validity and reliability criteria to be applied. The research was carried out under a quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive method, type of applied research, non-experimental cross-sectional design of correlational cross-section, counting with a sample population of 80 students from a private university in Lima. Being a non-probability sampling, due to the number of participants to complete the sample, for convenience, two validated instruments were used that helped the data collection The results showed that there is a significant direct correlation between the variables, using the Rho Spearman with a p value 0.000 less than 0.05 therefore there is a significant relationship, according to the general objective it is concluded that there is a moderate significant direct relationship between addiction to social networks and academic procrastination.Publicación Acceso abierto Alineamiento curricular: experiencias en la formación inicial docente de educación primaria de un Instituto Superior Pedagógico - Lima 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-01-26) Tacilla Ramírez, Nancy Jesús; Palacios Garay, Jessica PaolaThe aim of the research is to analyse the process of curricular alignment in the formative proposal of the primary education syllabus of an Institute of Higher Pedagogical Education in Lima. The approach of the study is qualitative with a phenomenological design. The information was collected through the analysis of curricular documents and semistructured interviews applied to managers and teachers of the primary education curriculum involved in the processes of curriculum management, which allowed the description and interpretation of the experiences of the participants on the phenomenon of study. The discussion describes the meaning and specific nature of the curriculum alignment processes related to achieving coherence in the incorporation and approach of the National Basic Curriculum Design (DCBN) of Initial Teacher Education (ITE) in the institutional training proposal, as well as the implications of assuming the transversality of research and preprofessional practice, and its alignment in the syllabuses of the courses and modules of the curriculum. The conclusions show the starting point of the process of curriculum alignment from the experience of the training institution, the importance of the consistency of the messages for constructive alignment, the relevance of integrative projects in the articulation of the curriculum and for the development of research skills and reflective pedagogical practice.Publicación Acceso abierto Análisis de la doctrina para la educación E-Learning en los programas académicos de la Policía Nacional de Colombia 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-08-28) Ruiz Aguirre, Ruby Stella; Gómez Vásquez, Juana María; Palacios Garay, Jessica PaolaThe master's thesis "analysis of the doctrine for e-learning education in the academic programs of the National Police of Colombia 2022", focused on a phenomenological research with a qualitative approach, seeking to respond to the training needs developed in the Directorate of Police Education, which had as general objective to analyze how the doctrine contributes to e-learning education in the academic programs of the National Police of Colombia. This work allowed the participation of thematic experts to identify the categories required in the development of the research process and it was possible to prioritize the categories with the greatest need for research. The results obtained indicate that e-learning contributes substantially to the doctrinal training processes in the Colombian National Police. However, it is necessary to establish and unify clear guidelines on E-learning training and police doctrine that allow not only teachers but also students to have clarity on how to carry out this training modality and also to have clear aspects on doctrine by the academic community in order to be transmitted from generation to generation.Publicación Acceso abierto Análisis de la reforma educativa en el diseño curricular durante el gobierno militar en el Perú, en los años 1972- 1980(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-07-31) Jiménez Mendoza, Gustavo Ruy; Yangali Vicente, Judith SoledadThe study aimed to describe how the educational reform addresses the curricular design during the military government in the years 1972-1980. The research method used is functionalist, the research approach is qualitative, the research design corresponds to the case study. For the analysis of the data, three main themes raised in the research were chosen, namely, educational reform, curricular design and military government. In this sense, the educational reform of the military government proposed the total eradication of illiteracy and the schooling of the entire population. In this way, it was proposed to bring new elements taking as a reference the Peruvian reality, the isolation of a large part of the population, the lack of educational coverage, the shortage of teachers and the need for a curricular reform in which the first thing is knowledge of the country, topics that none of the previous ones had proposed. This educational reform had an accelerated end after the death of Augusto Salazar Bondy, who was one of the main leaders and ideologues of the reform, the fall of the Velasco regime, the conflict with the teachers' union that was not consulted, the lack of of continuity during the second phase of the military government with General Francisco Morales Bermúdez and the sudden death registered in 1980 with the return of Fernando Belaunde who proposed its total destruction.Publicación Acceso abierto Análisis del perfil de egreso del programa doctorado en salud de una universidad privada de Lima y su aporte a la responsabilidad social universitaria(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-12-04) Mezarina García, Rosa Isabel; Lozano Lozano, MariléThe educational programs are structured in order to provide the student with a comprehensive training with an analytical and reflective attitude, taking into consideration their relationship with the environment and the community. University social responsibility (RSU) is present in the training of students in a transversal way, in their: Responsible campus, professional and civic training, social management of knowledge and social participation. RSU is a commitment that all people must assume individually and with the community. The objective of the research was to evaluate the graduate profile of the doctoral program in health from a private university in Lima and its contribution to University Social Responsibility. The research was developed with a qualitative approach, the research design is phenomenological, the interview was used as a technique and a questionnaire as an instrument for collecting information. As a result of the study, it was evidenced that the university promotes the activities of social responsibility of the people who make up the university and include social responsibility issues in the development of subjects in the study programs in order to support society in the solution of their problems and the need to work on social responsibility issues in research subjects is mentioned. For reason, the objective of the research analyzed the incidence of creativity and socio-emotional capacity of 9 cases of teachers in Bogotá, and how they affect their pedagogical practice in 2020. The inductive method, qualitative approach, phenomenological design and study are used. of cases. The sample was selective, for which 3 teachers from official schools, 3 teachers from private schools and 3 teachers from agreed schools will be chosen. The TECA test to measure emotional intelligence, the CREA test to analyze creative intelligence, a Checklist and an in-depth interview were applied to analyze the pedagogical practice category. Each of the instruments was validated by 10 experts in the area. The application of instruments was divided, so as not to interrupt the teachers' work time. the investigation was fruitful for later studies of educational psychology.Publicación Acceso abierto Análisis sobre el uso de herramientas digitales en las competencias en farmacología desde la mirada de estudiantes universitarios, Lima-2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-11-20) Laynes Martínez, Aracelli; Herrera Álvarez, Ángela MaríaThe purpose of this study was to analyze the development of pharmacology competencies through the use of technological tools from the perspective of students at a university in Lima, in the year 2024.The methodology of the study was qualitative, the technique used was the interview and was applied to 8 students, where the results show that the most used digital technological tools are Google Academic, Virtual Vademecum and that, the Pubchem page is not used by most of them, it was also evidenced, that digital tools contribute to the development of competencies in pharmacology as, the mechanism of action of the drugs, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and the receptors where they act, however, they lacked to develop other types of competencies that are part of the career and generic competencies such as teamwork, leadership development, making informed decisions, developing creativity, reasoning and communicative competence. It is concluded that, technological tools help in the development of specific competencies of the pharmacology course and some generic ones, but at the same time there were specific competencies of the career that have not been able to be developed; likewise, they point out the importance of the proper use of ITC, because not all information that exists on the Internet is good or reliable and that does not allow the development of some generic skills, such as empathy, solidarity, resilience, among others.Publicación Acceso abierto Ansiedad y motivación del logro de estudiantes de la facultad de medicina de una Universidad Privada de Lima – 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-09-28) Liliana Carmen, Angeles Cadenillas; Ramos Vera, Patricia MaríaThe general objective of the study was to determine the relationship between anxiety and achievement motivation in students of the medical school of a Private University of Lima - 2022. For this purpose, a quantitative approach was chosen in the research, in addition to a non-specific design. experimental, descriptive - correlational, applied type and a hypothetical deductive method; Meanwhile, we worked with a sample that included 90 students from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycle of the university under study, which was chosen according to a non-probabilistic sampling. As data collection instruments, the Hamilton scale for anxiety validated and adapted by Lobo et al. (2009) and the attributional achievement motivation scale of Morales and Gómez (2009). As a result of the statistical processing carried out, it was found that there is an indirect, significant correlation and a low intensity between anxiety and achievement motivation (p= 0.006 and Rho = -0.289), concluding that low or absent levels of anxiety are associated to an increase in the motivation to achieve the students at the medical school of a Private University of Lima - 2022.Publicación Acceso abierto Aplicación de Herramientas virtuales y aprendizaje significativo en estudiantes de enfermería de una universidad de Ancash, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-10-06) Salcedo Garayar, Viviana; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe objective of the study was to "Determine the relationship that exists between virtual tools and meaningful learning in nursing students at a university in Ancash, 2023", for this purpose it was developed taking a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational level, As a sample, 152 nursing students were considered, and two questionnaires were taken as instruments, the first belonging to Organista et al. (2017) to measure the use of virtual tools with 30 statements and 4 dimensions and the second a questionnaire to assess the level of significant learning of 12 items and 3 dimensions belonging to Oré and Villegas (2020); all applied through the survey, and had their respective validity through expert judgment and Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.94 and 0.86 respectively; As a result, p<0.05 and Rho= 0.354 were found between the variables studied; concluding according to the finding that there is a direct and moderate relationship between virtual tools and significant learning of nursing students at a university in Ancash, 2023.Publicación Acceso abierto Aplicación de mentefactos conceptuales para desarrollar aprendizaje significativo de conceptos sociales en estudiantes de grado noveno, Colombia – 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-29) Avila Martínez, Rosa Antonia; Yangali Vicente, Judith SoledadThe research sought for determining what extent the application of conceptual facts develops meaningful learning of social concepts in ninth grade students of the I.E. Pio Alberto Ferro Peña 2020. It is a quantitative, applied research, with an experimental design and a quasi-experimental level. I worked with a population of 500 students, corresponding to the secondary section of the I.E. mentioned and with a sample of 80 students. Information was collected through two questionnaires; on the independent variable and the dependent variable, respectively; both applied as pretest and posttest, the intervention to the control group was 24 sessions. Reliability was determined through Cronbach's alpha, with a value of 0.825. The validation of the instruments was carried out through the judgment of experts. Statistically, through the Mann Whitney U test at a significance level of 0.05, it was found that the application of “mentefactos conceptuales“ influences the development of meaningful learning of social concepts in the population under study.Publicación Acceso abierto Aplicación de secuencia didáctica de resolución de conflictos para mejorar el clima social de aula en estudiantes, Colombia-2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-29) Ávila Martínez, Luna Deissy; Yangali Vicente, Judith SoledadThe research entitled “application of a didactic conflict resolution sequence to improve the social climate of the classroom in students, Colombia- 2019” aimed to determine the extent to which the application of a didactic conflict resolution sequence from the subject of Chair de la Paz improves the social climate of the classroom in EI group 7-1 Pío Alberto Ferro Peña de Chiquinquirá Technique -2019. It is a quantitative research, of an applied type, with an experimental design, of a quasi-experimental level. We worked with a population of 500 students and a sample of 80 students, 40 in the control group and 40 in the experimental group. The degree of reliability of the instruments was established through Cronbach's alpha is 0.885 and validation through expert judgment. With loan and poles to the two groups. The conclusion is that the application of the intervention significantly improves the classroom climate in group 7-1 of the I.E. In mention, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 so the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted.Publicación Acceso abierto Aplicación de talleres simulados de las claves obstétricas y su influencia en el desempeño académico en estudiantes internos de universidades de Huancayo – 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-09-16) Peña Paucar, Verónika Paola; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe present research sought to demonstrate that the application of simulated workshops of obstetric keys influences the academic performance of internal students of a university in Huancayo-2024, thus reinforcing their knowledge, procedures and attitudes, as well as the students' confidence in the care of pregnant women. The method used was hypothetical deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type, longitudinal experimental design and explanatory scope. 93 students participated in this study, of which 37 were obstetrics interns and 56 students from the 8th and 9th cycle of the specialty, of obstetrics from the different universities of Huancayo; designated to carry out their pre-professional practices in a Maternity Hospital in Huancayo, the questionnaire was used as an instrument, applied to the research participants. The main results were that the simulated workshops significantly influence the academic performance of obstetrics students: these results were scaled as low, medium and high, obtaining 94.6% low level before the implementation of the workshops and 0 after the workshops. %; an average level before the workshops of 5.38% and after the workshops of 9.68%; and a high level before the workshop of 0% and after the workshops at 90.32%. Likewise, it was proven that the dimensions of the dependent variable academic performance: conceptual learning, procedural learning and attitudinal learning are influenced by the independent variable.
