From the methodological point of view, a basic research approach with a deductive method was adopted, using a non-experimental design and a quantitative approach with an explanatory level. The population included 42 nursing workers, so a census sampling was carried out, and data collection was carried out through surveys that used a questionnaire as an instrument. The results highlight a significantly high and solid correlation between the variable organizational climate and job satisfaction, determined by Spearman's correlation coefficient (ρ= .879**). Consequently, it is concluded that the improvement of the organizational climate is directly related to an increase in the job satisfaction of nursing professionals. This relationship is bidirectional, suggesting that an increase in job satisfaction also indicates an organizational climate prone to being positive. These findings underscore the importance of considering these interrelationships when implementing policies and practices aimed at optimizing the work environment, seeking to improve the well-being and performance of nursing professionals in this hospital.Publicación Acceso abierto Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo en el profesional de enfermería de una clínica privada de Lima, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-09-25) Hurtado Zarate, Lorena Fiorella; Pacahuala Palomino, Yhenny Milagros; Remuzgo Artezano, AnikaObjective: Determine the relationship that exists between effective communication and teamwork in the nursing professional of a Private Clinic in Lima, 2024.
