The type of research is applied, the quantitative approach and the non-experimental design. The population consisted of obstetricians, gynecologists and patients of the obstetrics gynecology department of Chancay hospital and the non-probabilistic sample was represented by 80 people: 40 obstetricians, gynecologists and 40 patients. With respect to the techniques, the survey was used and the questionnaires as instruments. The 40 health professionals that make up the department of obstetrics were given a survey to assess their professional attitude. The 40 patients of the various departments of the obstetrics gynecology department were given a survey to assess the quality of care The general result of the study through the Spearman correlation test yielded a value of 4.72 corroborating the general hypothesis. The aim of this study was to determine whether the application of continuous improvement project influences the institutional climate Geriatric Hospital San José of the National Police of Peru in Lima Metropolitana, period 2015 - 2016. The population was constituted by workers at the Geriatric Hospital. The selection of the non-probabilistic sample, and was constituted by 56 workers extracted from the chosen population. The experimental group was then intentionally determined. The design that was applied was pre-experimental the instrument that was used was the questionnaire of Institutional Climate. It took into account the organizational climate and the dimensions: Organizational Culture, Organizational Design and Human Potential In the organizational culture dimension pre-test considered 38% that is regular. But after the implementation of the project of continuous improvement post test 64% considered that it is good. In the organizational design dimension in the pre-test, 40% consider that it is bad and post test after applying the continuous improvement project considers 44% that is good. In the potential human dimension in the pretest considers that 38% is regular. After the application of the project of continuous improvement is post test, 44% consider it good. Similarly to implement the effectiveness of continuous improvement project the results obtained through a survey before applying the continuous improvement project, it was found that the institutional climate of the geriatric hospital was rarely according to opinion was compared. The following conclusions were drawn: That the application of the Continuous Improvement Project significantly influences the institutional climate of the Geriatric Hospital of the National Police of Peru.Publicación Acceso abierto El clima organizacional desde el enfoque de Litwin y Stringer en relación con la satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería que labora en el Hospital Cayetano Heredia, Año 2015(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-05-21) Nieto Astete, Nélida; Guerrero Ruiz, Edi; Alzamora de los Godos Urcia, Luis AlexIn order to determine the relationship of the organizational climate from the approach of Litwin and Stringer in the job satisfaction of the nursing staff working at the Hospital Cayetano Heredia, an analytical, correlational design work was performed on a representative sample of 51 nurses selected by systematic probabilistic sampling. Two structured questionnaires were applied: Litwin and Stringer and the General Satisfaction Scale validated by expert judgment. It was found that of the total of the unsatisfied workers 47 percent perceive an adequate work environment, while of the total of those satisfied 100 percent perceive the appropriate organizational climate, as we can see there are highly significant statistical differences (p < 0.001). Job satisfaction is related to some aspects of organizational climate dimensions: structure (organization and assignment of tasks), responsibility (trust for a job well done), reward (highlighting good work), risk (accessibility to new ideas and initiatives) ), interpersonal relationships (environment of friendship and respect), cooperation (teamwork and boss help), identity (predominance of personal interests) and performance standards (show interest in the completion of work). It does not show a significant relationship between the organizational climate in the dimension of conflict management and job satisfaction. In conclusion, there is a direct relationship between the two variables: organizational climate and job satisfaction. The institution presents a moderately adequate work environment and nurses show job satisfaction in 33.3% due to the fact that they feel that: the institution welcomes new ideas and work initiatives (risk dimension), existence of good social relations between heads and subordinates (dimension relations interpersonal), and they can count on their bosses and peers in difficult procedures (cooperation dimension).Publicación Acceso abierto Clima organizacional y calidad de atención del personal de salud del Centro Materno Infantil Perú Corea Bellavista, Lima - Perú 2021.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-08-27) Vega Tomasto, Melissa Jesenya; Arispe Alburqueque, Claudia MilagrosThe present study "Organizational climate and quality of care of the health personnel of the Peru Korea Bellavista Maternal and Child Center, Lima-Peru 2021", had the objective: To determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of care of the health personnel. Material and Method: The research is quantitative approach, applicative type, non-experimental design, correlational scope and cross-sectional. The population consisted of health personnel and patients, with 201 and 80 people respectively. Two Likert-type questionnaires were applied. Results: There is a relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of care of health personnel, showing a significant positive correlation between the variables, with a value of 0.995. Conclusions: It is concluded that there is a relationship between the study variables, and the organizational climate variable and the human dimension, scientific technical and environment of the quality of care, with correlation values of 0.992, 0.989 and 0.969 respectively. The method used in the research was descriptive with a quantitative approach, this research used for its purpose the non-experimental design of correlational level, which stored the information in a given period, which was developed by using the instruments: Organizational Climate and Work Performance questionnaires, whose results are presented in tables and verbatim. Objective: To determine the relationship between organizational climate and motivation in nurses at the Daniel Alcides Carrión National Hospital, Lima, October-2019. Methodology: The research had a quantitative, correlated, non-experimental and transversal approach. Non-experimental design for convenience, in which 132 nursing professionals from the Daniel Alcides Carrión National Hospital participated in the month of October 2019. For data collection, the survey technique was used and as instruments, 2 questionnaires validated by expert judgment by the author Rosales. The data were processed in the statistical program IBM spss version 25 and Microsoft Excel. Results: If there is a significant relationship between the organizational climate and motivation. Rho = 0.242 and p = 0.102, which indicates a positive and low relationship. If there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and motivation in the need for achievement dimension. Rho = 0.519 and p = -0.057, which indicates a negative relationship. If there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and motivation in the need for power dimension. Rho = 0.839 and p = - 0.018, which indicates a positive and low relationship. If there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and motivation in the affiliation need dimension. Rho = 0.527 and p = -0.055, indicating a positive and low relationship. Conclusions: If there is a significant relationship between the organizational climate and motivation in nurses at the Daniel Alcides Carrión National Hospital, Lima, October-2019. Methodology: It was a study with a quantitative, applicative, cross-sectional and correlational descriptive approach with a non-experimental design with a sample of 38 medical technologists in Physical therapy and Rehabilitation who were working at the time of data collection, the sampling was census. The research instrument used two questionnaires validated by the Ministry of Health called "Technical Document: methodology for the study of organizational climate v.02" and "Survey of Satisfaction of health personnel-2002 ”, both widely used by various institutions. public in Peru. Results: on the sociodemographic data of the sample, it was obtained that the largest age group corresponds to 42.1% (between 35 to 45 years old), the female sex prevails with 73.7% (28 women), the predominant work condition is the "contracted" With 73.3 (28 workers), on the inferential statistics it is extracted that there is a relationship between the subvariables of the organizational climate (human potential, organizational design and the culture of the organization) with job satisfaction. Research methodology: Study with a quantitative approach, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional design. The study worked with the total population of 66 members of the nursing staff. The data collection technique was the survey and the instrument used was through the Likert scale. Results: In the organizational climate variable, the Regular level predominates for the Nursing staff in 71.2%. In the Satisfaction variable, the Medium level predominates for the Nursing staff in 83.3%. Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient is 0.887, this value indicates that organizational climate and job satisfaction have a high and direct correlation. Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient is 0.956, this value indicates that the structure dimension and job satisfaction have a very high and direct correlation. Conclusions: In the organizational climate variable, the Regular level predominates. In the Satisfaction variable, the Medium level prevails for Nursing staff. There is a direct and significant relationship between the organizational climate and the job satisfaction of the nursing staff.Publicación Acceso abierto Clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral del personal de salud de la micro red Santa Adriana, Juliaca, 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-05-22) Flores Mamani, Ana Luz; Rivera Lozada de Bonilla, OrianaThe research focuses on the reality of the Santa Adriana Micro Health Network in Juliaca, which presents difficulties related to staff motivation, lack of communication, some inadequate working conditions and poor conflict resolution; reasons why the study was carried out. The objective was to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction of health personnel in the Micro Network Santa Adriana, Juliaca, 2019, under an applied, descriptive correlational methodology and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The study population was 170 Micro Network collaborators and a census sampling was used. The Organizational Climate variable was evaluated based on three dimensions: Organizational behavior, organizational structure and management style; while the job satisfaction variable based on its intrinsic and extrinsic dimensions. The validated questionnaires of OC in Salud de Segredo (ECOS-S) and the SL SPC will be used. The results indicate an organizational climate in 65.9% bad and a job satisfaction in a regular level in 53.5%. According to the Spearman correlation test, there is a direct significant correlation between both variables, but of a weak degree (0.216). Likewise, a similar correlation (direct significant and weak degree = 0.241) was found between the organizational climate and the intrinsic dimension of job satisfaction; contrary to the extrinsic dimension, no significant correlation was found. In conclusion, if the organizational climate were to improve in the Micro Network Santa Adriana de Juliaca, job satisfaction would also improve, although in a small proportion.Publicación Acceso abierto Conflictos laborales y las relaciones interpersonales en enfermeras y personal técnico del Hospital Aurelio Díaz Ufano y Peral - 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-11-27) Chavez Dávila, Zoila Doris; Maguiña Palma, Misael EriksonThe objective of this research was to determine the relationship between interpersonal relationships and labor conflicts in the technical staff and nurses of the Aurelio Díaz Ufano y Peral 2020 hospital The research was of the Deductive, Cuantitative, descriptive correlational type, for which the data collected were applied the two instruments to the workers of said hospital, according to period and sequence, the study is cross-sectional, since the 2 scales were applied to each worker by only once, with prior informed consent; and according to study and scope of the product found. The research showed that there is a correlation between labor conflict and interpersonal relationships with Kendall's tau = .237. A correlation between interpersonal relationships and the disharmony dimension of labor disputes with Kendall's tau = -.960. A correlation between interpersonal relationships and the incompatibility dimension of labor disputes with Kendall's tau = .329. And a correlation between interpersonal relationships and the conflict dimension of labor disputes with Kendall's tau = .231. The objective was "to determine the relationship between the culture of patient safety and the organizational culture in the nursing staff of the San Bartolomé hospital." A study was carried out with a quantitative approach, type of applied research, non-experimental design and correlational level, crosssectional, carried out at the San Bartolomé Hospital during the month of August 2019, where 100 nurses who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria participated. For data collection, two instruments were applied for each variable, being validated by expert judgment. It was found that 97% were women, 44% were under 35 years of age, 54% were single, 75% were appointed and 38% were from the hospitalization area. A significant relationship was found between the patient safety culture and the organizational culture P <0.05 (p = 0.008). A significant relationship was found between the patient's safety culture and the visible artifacts dimension (p = 0.030), however, no relationships were found with the dimensions of the business environment, communication system, managerial and administrative system, and system of values and beliefsPublicación Acceso abierto Factores asociados al absentismo laboral del profesional de enfermería de cuidados intensivos pediátricos y neonatales en un hospital del Ministerio de Salud, 2020.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-07-24) Vega Montesinos, Diana Luz; Arispe Alburqueque, Claudia MilagrosThe present investigation on Factors associated with work absenteeism of the pediatric and neonatal intensive care nursing professional was carried out in a Hospital of the Ministry of Health, with the objective of determining the factors associated with the work absenteeism of the pediatric and neonatal intensive care nursing professional in a Ministry of Health Hospital, having a crosssectional, prospective, descriptive, quantitative approach methodology. Applying a non-experimental design with a sample of 46 nursing professionals, having a probabilistic sampling; using the survey technique, having as an instrument the questionnaire on absenteeism and determining factors, having an extension of 21 items; resulting in the existence of factors related to absenteeism, being the individual factors where the causes of health, personal, family and geographical distance and with respect to organizational factors economic benefits, work overload, emotional exhaustion and facilities for change are the roles, both are related to absenteeism. In turn, it is evident with the present study that justified absenteeism has an incidence of 85% versus unjustified absenteeism, which has 15%, generating the following conclusions, there are factors associated with the nursing professional's absenteeism, determining them as individual factors and factors organizational.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores estresores y el síndrome de Burnout en enfermeras que laboran en la unidad de cuidados intensivos de adultos en la Clínica Ricardo Palma, 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-30) Aquise Garcia, Susana Janeth; Bonilla Asalde, Cesar AntonioThe study proposed as a general objective: To determine the relationship between stressors and burnout syndrome in Nurses who work in the Adult Intensive Care Unit at the Ricardo Palma Clinic. Material and method. The type of research was applicative, with a correlational level, consigned a hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, involving 80 nursing professionals, applying two valid and reliable instruments, the stressors questionnaire developed by Fornes and the Burnout Syndrome inventory developed by Maslash and Jackson. Results: From the evaluation carried out, 35.6% of the participants perceived that the stressors and the burnout syndrome are centered on a medium level, in addition, 41.2% stated that the pressure-demand stressors, 31.2% human relations and 45.5% environmental are linked to burnout syndrome; while 72.5% showed average levels of burnout syndrome, in emotional exhaustion 56.2%, depersonalization 64.0% and low personal fulfillment 41.4%. Conclusion: It has been shown that: There is a direct relationship between stressors and Burnout syndrome in nurses who work in the adult intensive care unit at the Ricardo Palma clinic, 2019; Furthermore, a direct relationship was found between the pressure-demand factors, labor relations, the environment, and the Burnout syndrome with significance values lower than 0.05.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores laborales asociados al estrés del profesional de enfermería en los Servicios de Cirugía del Hospital Militar Central, periodo 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-05-29) Simeón Aldana, Sonia; Sánchez Coronel, DaniloAt present, the working conditions in hospital centers cause the over-demand of the nursing health professional, often causing a state of tension that would activate stress symptoms that progressively impair the development and service of the professional in their various clinical functions. In this context, the study proposed as an objective to determine the relationship between work factors and stress in the nursing professionals of the surgery services of the Central Military Hospital. While the methodology used was, of application type and descriptive level, with correlational design and in transactional time, with 85 professional nurse participants, administering two questionnaires Labor Factors and Stress, the data were contrasted with the Chi-square coefficient Pearson's 5% statistical significance. The result of the study showed that 65% of the nursing professionals would be mediately affected by work factors, with a predominance of 50.6% in the pressure and demand dimension, while 78.8% high levels of stress, with a high proportion 81.2% in the stress dimension psychological. Regarding the conclusions, a significant association was found between work factors and stress in nursing professionals. The main objective of the research was to determine the relationship between labor factors and satisfaction the nursing staff at the Edgardo Rebagliatti Martins hospital sterilization center; the research focus is quantitative, correlational level scope, experimental design cross section; the sample conformed by 80 individuals between nursing technicians and nurses. The technique used was the survey and the instrument used were two questionnaires, for the variable work factors the Reymundez questionnaire was used with 33 items and for the variable job satisfaction the instrument der Sonia Palma MINSA with 36 items; are presented by expert judgments: The results showed that 59% (47) of the nursing staff of the sterilization center qualify the labor factor at a high level and are moderately satisfied, Rho Spearman = 0.160, significance level (0.039) , has significant evidence (p <0.05), to affirm that, if there is a significant relationship between labor factors and job satisfaction of the nursing staff at the sterilization center of the Edgardo Rebagliatti National Hospital.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores personales y laborales relacionados con la incapacidad temporal en los servidores públicos del Hospital III Suarez Angamos de ESSALUD, 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-05-29) Motta Candela, Jeannette Milagros; Caycho Valencia, Félix AlbertoObjetive: To determine the personal and work factors related to temporary disability in public servants al Hospital III Suarez Angamos de ESSALUD, 2019. Material and metod: Type of applied research of correlational level. The design is NonExperimental and Cross-sectional. The sample was made up of 260 public servants who received health benefits in the IPRESS for outpatient consultation, emergency, hospitalization, regularization and validation between Januery 1 to December 31, 2019 and in favor of those who were granted Disability Certificates Temporary for Work (CITT). The information on the variables perosnal and work factors and temporary disability was collected in two forms prepared by the researcher and analyzed using the IBM® SPSS® STATISTICS versión 25.0 computer software. Statistical tables and graphs were used for the descriptive analysis and contingency tables were used for the independence of variables (Chi-Square), accepting p<0.05 values as significant. Results: It was determined thar statistically there is only a relationship between the personal factor, history of chronic diseases (p=0.002 <0.05) and temporary disability. Conclusions: There is no statistically significant relationship between temporary disability and personal factors (age, gender, marital status, place of residence and level of education) and employment factors (profession, occupational group and usual job).Publicación Acceso abierto Gestión de recursos humanos y su relación con la calidad de atención de pacientes del servicio de otorrinolaringología y cirugía de cabeza y cuello del Hospital Nacional Luis N. Sáenz PNP(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2016-01-27) Chacaltana Ayerve, Rosa Rosana; Sanchez Ortega, Jaime AgustínThis research was made to determinate the association between the management of human resources and quality of service in the Ear Nose and Throat and Head and Neck Surgery Service at Luis N. Sáenz Police Hospital, the type of study was descriptive associative, on the field, with non – experimental design. The population was composed by two groups, one of 18 subjects for the variable human resources management and the other 91 subjects for the variable quality of service. The technique of data collection was the observation through survey, with an instrument with questionnaire Likkert type, divided in two parts, one to measure the human resources management and the other to measure the quality of service. Both were validated by experts, later a pilot test was implemented and the reliability was estimated through the use of Alpha Cronbach Coefficient, indicating that the instrument is highly reliable for both variables. Analysis of results was made using percentage, and descriptive statistics from which it was concluded that there was a high association between human resources management and the quality of service. In the present work it was found that the management of human resources in the National Hospital Luis N. Sáenz PNP, is regular, as it was referred by 61.3% of the health personnel, therefore the Human Resources Management has a positive relationship degree 56.9%; that is to say to better Human Resources Management there will be a better quality of service to the patients of the Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery service of the National Hospital Luis N. A study of quantitative approach, type of applied research, nonexperimental design and correlational level, was carried out at the Heart of Jesus Health Post during the month of January 2018, where 50 workers of the Post participated who met the criteria of inclusion. For data collection such as the technique of observation, interview and survey, and the instrument through a questionnaire validated by the expert judgment of the author Kiember Inca Allccahuaman. For the processing of information, the SPSS program version 22 and Excel were used. Correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional study. 91 professionals from various hospital areas participated, who answered two questionnaires on "management skills" and "job satisfaction". Spearman's correlation coefficient (significance level of 5%) was used for inferential statistics. Most of the subjects were nursing graduates (51.6%). A considerable positive simple linear correlation was found between managerial skills and job satisfaction (Rho: 0.781). A considerable positive simple linear correlation was also found between the dimensions communication (Rho: 0.701), leadership (Rho: 0.754), motivation (Rho: 0.709) and job satisfaction. It was concluded that when managerial skills increase, job satisfaction also increases.
