Thus, the applied methodology of the descriptive, non-experimental study, of correlational design with a quantitative approach, with a sample of 80 external users attended in the aforementioned, which is provided with two questionnaires, quality of care and the second, user satisfaction external, under their knowledge and authorship to continue with the answers according to their evaluation and perception of it. Once finished, the data is emptied into the Excel program and then processed with the SPSS.vrs 21 program, with descriptive analysis, graphic tables and interpretation, as well as the interferential analysis and correlation of variables and dimensions according to the objective set. The result obtained on quality of care is observed 58% of users consider having good quality of care in the different services, 35% regular and 6% bad, satisfaction 66.3% perceive to be satisfied, 28% little, 5% dissatisfied. Regarding the sociodemographic, women 60.5% consider that the quality of care is good, compared to men 56.8%; bad 10.8%., The analysis of the relationship between quality of care and satisfaction is observed, the Spearman Correlation coefficient is 0.795 which indicates that the quality of care and satisfaction are directly related; with probability of error is p = 0.000, less than the level of significance 1%; reject the null hypothesis; Therefore, the quality of care is statistically related to satisfaction. The relationship between the response capacity dimension of the quality of care and the satisfaction variable, we observe the Spearman Correlation coefficient is 0.657; direct value; having error p = 0.000, less than the level of significance 1%; the null hypothesis is rejected. The security dimension Spearman's Correlation coefficient is 0.727; error value is p = 0.000, less than the 1% level of significance; e reject the null hypothesis; the reliability dimension of the quality of care and the satisfaction variable. Spearman's Correlation coefficient is 0.641; error value is p = 0.000, less than the 1% level of significance; then the null hypothesis is rejected; Therefore, in the 3 dimensions of the quality of care, it is statistically related to the satisfaction of external users in different specialties of the Santa Rosa Hospital, Pueblo Libre, period, April-May, 2021.Publicación Acceso abierto Calidad de atención y nivel de satisfacción de los pacientes atendidos en el centro odontológico de la universidad privada Norbert Wiener 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-01) Schwan Silva, Ignacio Segundo; Maguiña Palma, Misael EriksonThe objective of this research work was to establish the relationship that exists between the level of satisfaction and the quality of care of patients treated at the Dental Center of the Norbert Wiener Private University, 2019. The average (variance) of each group compared using the ANOVA test, medians were compared with the Kruskal Wallis test; Student's T was used to evaluate distance and ANOVA to evaluate time. The correlation was evaluated using R of Pearson and Spearman, considering a level of significance of 5%. As a result, 61.5% of the population was female, the average age was 35.81±23.76 years and the ambulance's average distance of 9.21±17.58 km., The average response time to emergency was 34.69±17.58 minutes related to the distance (p=0.002). The average call reception was 0.68±0.32 minutes and the dispatch time was 0.72±0.35 minutes. Only 3 emergency response performed ≤ 8 minutes (1.17%) and 40 were between 9 to 19 minutes (p˂0.00). For priority I the average response times was 30.10 ± 15.65 minutes and for priority II of 33.64±17.48 minutes (p˂0.339). The patient satisfaction, 86% agreed with the time taken to receive the call, 96.7% agreed with the assistance provided, however, in the emergency response time only 66% were obtained. Concluding that only 3 emergency response care was performed in ≤8 minutes, according to international standards, despite this, high patient satisfaction was observed (90.2%) that is not different according to distance but different from the response time of patients. the ambulance (65.9%), being able to prove that there is a statistically significant quantitative correlation (P˂ 0.001) between operative quality and quality of care.Publicación Acceso abierto Efectividad del programa educativo “Madre Participante” en el mejoramiento de los conocimientos y prácticas para prevenir caídas y eritemas de pañal en los niños menores de cinco años hospitalizados en el Servicio de Medicina Pediátrica Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión – Callao 2014(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017-07-11) Akajosi Trujillo, Mirtha Edith; Paredes Huamán, Clotilde Rosa; Gutiérrez Villafuerte, CésarThe quality of healthcare and patient safety are fundamental concerns for health institutions, especially in hospitalized pediatric populations. Among the most frequent adverse events are falls and diaper rash, which are priority indicators established by the Ministry of Health. In the Pediatric Medicine Service of the Daniel Alcides Carrión National Hospital, recurrent cases of these events were observed, mainly associated with inadequate maternal practices during hospitalization, such as poor perineal hygiene, improper diaper use, and insufficient safety measures to prevent falls. In response to this situation, in February 2014 the educational program “Participating Mother” was implemented, targeting mothers of hospitalized children under five years of age, with the aim of improving their knowledge and preventive practices. The study had a quantitative, longitudinal, and quasi-experimental design, with a sample of 103 mothers. Data collection was carried out before and after the intervention through interviews and observation, using a questionnaire and an observation guide validated by expert judgment. The results showed a significant improvement in mothers’ knowledge and practices regarding the prevention of falls and diaper rash, demonstrating that the educational program was effective and that nursing education contributes to safer and higher-quality pediatric care.Publicación Acceso abierto Eficacia en el monitoreo de las historias clínicas del tratamiento de las infecciones de tracto urinario en pacientes hospitalizados en el servicio de medicina del Hospital Nacional Pnp “Luis N.
