The instruments that were used in the study were two questionnaires, which were validated through expert judgment, all specialists in the area of public health, these five specialist persons in the field of study were checked by the alpha of Cronbach (α = ,909; α = ,785). The instruments also assessed parents at a single time in order to corroborate the research into the proposed variables. Thus, based on the results obtained in terms of the quality of nutritional counselling, he stressed that 57.5% was at a “good” level and according to adherence to treatment of anaemia, 50% was found at a “regular” level and 50% at a “suitable” level. It was concluded that the relationship between adherence to treatment of anaemia and the quality of nutritional counselling and infants was considerable (rho = ,624**), showing 62% verification among the children in the study.Publicación Acceso abierto Calidad de vida en el trabajo y compromiso laboral en tiempos de Covid-19 del personal de laboratorios moleculares, año 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-06-27) Balbuena Torres, Johanna Nery; Maguiña Palma, Misael EriksonObjective: To determine if there is a relationship between CVT and CL in times of COVID-19 of the molecular laboratory personnel of the regional reference laboratories in public health in Peru, year 2023. A strong inverse correlation was found between quality of life and oral health (r = -0.72, p = 0.000). Significant negative correlations were also identified with the following dimensions: economic well-being (r = - 0.694), self-esteem (r = -0.660), physical well-being (r = -0.599), social relationships (r = - 0.565), and emotional well-being (r = -0.523), all with p = 0.000. Primary school students showed greater oral deterioration and lower quality of life compared to secondary school students. Conclusion: There is a statistically significant and inverse relationship between quality of life and oral health. The most affected dimensions were physical, emotional, and economic well-being, social relationships, and self-esteem. The distribution of the type of immunoglobulins in patients with reactive SARS-CoV2/COVID-19 serology was: 91.1% had IgM/IgG, 6.5% had IgG and 2.4% had IgM. The association between clinical characteristics and SARS-CoV2/COVID-19 serology was not statistically significant (p>0.05). It is concluded that respiratory distress was the most important clinical manifestation, the age group from 30 to 59 years, the male gender and Lima as the place of origin, the most important epidemiological characteristics related to COVID-19 in the Hospital Emergencia Ate Vitarte, 2020.
