Acercamiento de las habilidades comunicativas a niños con dificultad atencional por parentesco genético soportadas por neuropsicología y psicología educativa, en un colegio colombiano, 2020

Bringing communication skills closer to different subjects of a school curriculum, is the objective of this study, aimed at children with difficulties at the attention level due to the genetic proximity maintained by the families of the populated center from which they come, without there being any investigative antecedents on the theme. With a qualitative approach methodology, through the multiple case study method, a technique of three neuropsychological tests whose instruments are Weschler Scale, NEUROPSI Battery and ENI Battery, which provide information on the real state of the children attentively, analysis of genograms that report on the familiarity that exists between them and structured interviews with teachers, with an initial population of 23 students and 12 teachers defined in 10 children and nine teachers to create ways to approximate communication skills to their subjects assertively, with the use of tools pedagogical that allow improving their academic performance, which has obvious weaknesses. Neuropsychology is taken together with educational psychology as independent categories and communication skills as a dependent category of the previous two, which are triangulated to find the emphasis of relevance in the game and the use of ICT tools, as keys to bring the communication skills to any subject and its adaptation for children with attention difficulties in this case due to the genetic rapprochement between families.

Análisis del nivel felicidad y su impacto en el rendimiento académico e inserción laboral de los egresados de ingeniería de una universidad de Lima 2020

In different societies or cultures it has been considered that happy people are successful in multiple aspects of life, which implies a causality between success and happiness. The present study aimed to analyze happiness and its impact on the academic performance and job placement of university graduates. The research was developed under a hypothetical deductive method, of the correlational descriptive type, with a non-experimental design. The population was defined as all 2020 engineering graduates from a private university in the city of Lima-Peru. The instrument used to measure happiness was the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, which consists of 29 items with answers on a six-point Likert scale, with a reliability of Cronbach's alpha of 0.823, 2 questions were added to know the employment situation and the academic performance was obtained from the weighted averages; To complement the results, the interview technique was used, collecting descriptive information according to the guide prepared; In the conclusions, a significant relationship between the happiness variable and academic performance was confirmed, since 60% of graduates with a high level of happiness belonged to the upper third. Likewise, with a Chi-square statistic of 0.750 with p = 0.400, it was found that happiness was not significantly related to the labor insertion of the graduates belonging to the upper third. This research contributes in Peru to the research line of cognitive processes, learning psychology and educational psychology.

Estudio comparativo de la formación, dominio y práctica de la evaluación formativa en docentes contratados y nombrados de educación secundaria – Huancavelica 2020

Formative assessment is a key process for the development of competencies because it is a permanent, comprehensive, systematic and learning-centered process that allows the progress of learning from the training needs of students and because it is such an important process, it was carried out this study with the objective of determining the similarities in the training, domain and formative assessment practices between the appointed and contracted secondary education teachers of the Huancavelica region. A comparative descriptive-level quantitative approach was used. The survey technique was applied through three questionnaires to a sample of 106 appointed and hired teachers. It is concluded that there are similarities in training, mastery and formative assessment practices. Using the Mann Whitney U statistical test, it was obtained that the results allow us to affirm that from both samples they received more training in feedback processes, interrogation techniques, co-evaluation and use of the portfolio. While, at the mastery level, both groups believe they have little mastery in formative evaluation processes, evaluation techniques and instruments. As for evaluative practice, communication of learning purposes is the one that is most practiced in the classroom. The most used evaluation technique is the co-evaluation and the most used evaluation instrument is the checklist and the least used is the follow-up sheet.

Habilidad del pensamiento inferencial en la comprensión lectora de los estudiantes del grado séptimo en la ENSUP – Nariño, 2020

The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship of inferential thinking skills in reading comprehension in seventh grade students of the Escuela Normal Superior de Pasto, understanding comprehension is a complex process and especially strengthening it from the classroom is a situation that still continues to cause difficulties in basic education in different educational institutions, which do not have an effective curriculum plan to meet these academic needs. For this, this research was oriented with the deductive and inductive methods with a mixed quantitative approach (CUAN-which) under the non-experimental design, sequential explanatory (DEXPLIS), with a non-random sample population corresponding to 98 students, for data collection using the Likert test technique and direct observation, and for data analysis SPSS (Version 25) and ATLAS.ti software (Version 7.5.4) were used. (Version 7.5.4) were used for data analysis. The results showed that, by strengthening reading comprehension through inferential thinking skills, significant learning was developed, competencies that allowed academic growth, enriching the vision of reality in a critical, analytical, holistic, logical and creative way. This facilitated the capacity for verbal and intellectual expression, contributing to the development as an independent, empathetic human being, who respects differences and learns to live with others, with a high-level reading processing that impacts the school and social context.

Implantación del sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la norma ISO 9001:2015 y calidad de servicio de los docentes tiempo completo de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener para el año 2018

The main objective of this research is to determine to what extent the implementation of the Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard influences the Quality of Service with full-time Teachers of the Private University Norbert Wiener for the year 2018. Type of research: The type of research is basic, the level of the study is explanatory. Design and method of the investigation: Of method and correlational design. Population and sample: The sample consists of 57 full-time teachers. The instrument developed by the researcher was taken, which is the QMS Questionnaire based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard and Quality of Service, which has 6 dimensions. Hypothesis test: In the contracting of the hypothesis the Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient is equal to 0.853, this indicates that there is a positive correlation of the independent variable SGC based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard with the variable Quality Service. Also, the level of significance (sig. = 0.000) is less than p value 0.05, therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Conclusion: The influence of the SGC based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard on Quality of Service was determined. Likewise, the influence of Commitment with Administration and Leadership, Customer Focus and Quality Audit Systems was established at the Private University Norbert Wiener for the year 2018.

This research work aims to determinate the pedagogical proposal incidence based on Ardora 8.0 in order to improved life in the school community as a key factor in the educational quality from a public school. It was delimit in cognitive processes investigation line. Learning psychology. Psychology educational. The methodology was action- research with a qualitive approach and the observation, the research workshop and the Likert type questionnaire were used as information collection techniques that allowed us to approach the institutional reality about the students thoughts, perceptions and motivations; in the first phase a diagnosis was made about life school ways in the institution. In the second phase, 6 activities on the research workshop and observation were designed and implemented; the situations were distributed in: values reflection, conflicto resolution, prejudice, stereotype and exclusión concepts, community handbook, disciplinary rules construction and students interests inquiry to improve teaching practices to having examined the intervention observations, in the third phase it was evaluated the students life in the school community and educational quality improving based on the intervention and design observated in the post test. This investigation describes the impact about the educational practices and school management on the relational and school climate to impact educational quality.

Nivel de participación de la escuela de padres y la gestión educativa en las instituciones del municipio de Florencia Caquetá – Colombia, en el año 2015

The present investigation, entitled "Level of participation of the school of parents and the educational management in the institutions of the Municipality of Florencia Caquetá - Colombia, in the year 2015", was proposed to determine the relationship between the school of parents and the educational management. The methodology of the research is applied, quantitative approach, correlational method and non-experimental design. As a population, the 6,500 parents were taken from the Technical Industrial, Salle and Jorge Eliecer Gaitán educational institutions in Florence. The sample consisted of 363 parents from the respective institutions and a simple random sample was used. The instruments used were the survey, the semistructured interview, the focus group and the workshop. The test of the hypothesis was made through the Chi Square Test, concluding that there is a significant relationship between the school of parents and educational management in the Institutions of the Municipality of Florencia- Caquetá- Colombia, in 2015, meaning that There is a relationship between the dimensions of institutional strategies, parental involvement, communication and knowledge of the school, parent training and parent-child relationships of the variable parent school and human resources, material resources, management and management academic and administrative and the pedagogical aspects of the educational management variable.

Procrastinación y estrés en el engagement académico de los estudiantes de medicina de una universidad privada 2021

The study of procrastination and stress in the academic engagement of medical students at a private university 2021, aimed to establish the relationship between procrastination and stress in the academic engagement of medical students at a private university 2021. The methodology corresponds to the quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive method, applied type, with descriptive correlational scope. The population was 1904 medical students from a private university, the sample was 320 students from the Professional School of Human Medicine. The technique was the survey, and the instrument was the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using Spearman’s nonparametric Rho test due to the quantitative nature of the variables. The research concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between the variables procrastination and stress in the academic engagement of medical students at a private university in Lima in 2021.

Supervisiónpedagógica y calidad educativa en docentes de centros de educación básica alternativa – privados de la Ugel 04 de Comas, para el año 2018

The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship that exists between Pedagogical Supervision and Educational Quality in teachers of Alternative Basic Education Centers - Private of the UGEL 04 de Comas, for the year 2018. The research was developed under the deductive method, quantitative approach. Type of research: The type of research is applied, the level of the study is descriptive - correlational. Research design: non-experimental. Population and sample: The sample is made up of 113 teachers who work in the Private Alternative Basic Education Centers of the UGEL 04 in Comas. The instrument developed by the researcher was considered, which is the Questionnaire which has 3 dimensions. Hypothesis test: In the hypothesis testing, the Spearman Rho correlation coefficient shows an index of 0.973, that is, 97.3%, with a freedom index of .027 or 2.7%, with which we validate said correlation, therefore , the alternate hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Conclusion: It was determined that pedagogical supervision influences directly and significantly the educational quality. Likewise, it was established that there is a relationship between Control, Monitoring and Pedagogical Accompaniment with Educational Quality, in teachers of the Centers for Alternative Basic Education - Private of the UGEL 04 in Comas.

Tecnologías de la información y comunicación en la gestión de la educación rural en instituciones educativas del municipio de Los Santos. departamento de Santander, 2019

The purpose of this study is to establish how information and communication technologies influence the management of rural education in educational institutions of the municipality of Los Santos. Santander department, 2019. The research is framed within the methodology of quantitative approach; To collect the information, the structured Likert-type survey is used with the intention of evaluating and estimating two variables: the first, related to information and communication technologies, and the second, associated with the management of rural education, in a population of four educational institutions in the rural area of the municipality of Los Santos in Santander, where a sample of 336 students is surveyed; For greater rigor, the instrument has been previously endorsed and approved through the expert judgment technique. Among the results, among others, it is found that there is a significant influence of the variables studied; that is, information and communication technologies in the management of rural education; from which it is inferred that the gap between urban education and rural education in Colombia could decrease in part or somehow balance, if the Colombian state provides, supplies or endows the necessary digital educational resources in rural classrooms; which suggests that there must be a vast and abundant commitment of the Colombian State and of the organizations or Institutions that we are part of, in front of the educational institutions and students of the Rural areas of the country.
