    The investigation was carried out in the Educational Institution Camacho Angarita sedate the Jazmínea of the Municipality of Thicket of the department of the Tolima, Colombia, with the target to know that so much there intervenes the use and the handling of the new technologies and the implementation of the TIC in the integral development of the children of preschool grade in an academic period obtaining as turned out the acceptance of the children in 85 % and the implementation of the TIC on the part of the teachers of 100 % showing a positive expectation to the implementation of the new technologies in the classes. This result can be used like effective sample to analyze and to suggest changes in the PEI of the Institution showing the importance and the acceptance of the TIC on the part of the students and the teachers for the implementation of this new alternative of education – learning. The present investigation has an approach based on the quantification of the results obtained across the questionnaire, for what, the method that corresponds to him for the analysis of the information is the quantitative one. To hypothesis test it was carried out by Rho de Spearman determined with the software SPSS, for talking each other of qualitative variables and quantitative. The results of the investigation demonstrate direct relation and as per statistics significant of 0,825 (the information technologies and the communication TIC related to the integral development of the children of preschool of the Educational institution Camacho Angarita); of the competitions: Of communication (0,789), cognitive (0,677), competition of the information technologies her and communication (0,788), With the information technologies and the communication TIC. All these interrelations have a level of bilateral significancia of 0,01. The information technologies and communication TIC it has direct bearing on the integral development of the child of preschool. As conclusions before the positive answer of the children of preschool as for the use of the new technologies there were encouraged the teachers and managers of other courses to which this hardware is used so much for the use in the classes as for the school organization, bearing in mind that the above mentioned insertion must be realized by the inclusion of the teachers in the topic of the handling of the technological hardware used in the TIC.

    This research called ecological techniques of the school garden and its influence on attitudes towards cross pedagogical processes aimed to develop a school garden as a teaching and methodology based on creativity strategy, individual responsibility and collaborative work with students in grade sixth of an educational institution of the municipality of San Antonio Tolima. Its aim of study was to determine the institutional orchard through mainstreaming areas; the sixth graders learned how to produce vegetables in an orderly manner and technically obtaining variety of products of good quality and improved food quality. The project is aimed at implementing the active teaching, applying the learning to learn, so that teachers developed curriculum content through keynote speeches, workshops, discussions, field trips, experiential practices, forums, research, exchange of experiences among others, taking into account prior knowledge based on the conceptual reality where the student develops We worked with a sample of 33 sixth grade students under the model of quasiexperimental research. the survey instrument to collect data applied under the test mode input and output test whose results we can say that the implementation of the school garden has improved by 95% at the general level was designed.

    This will perform a diagnostic to identify the level of satisfaction of service users, the technological diagnosis and analysis of each of the component processes, which have been targeted through the use of the guide 34 Colombian MEN. With a purposive sample is able to determine these factors for designing a route supported by the tools afforded by MEN, supported through the use of ICT Organizations are structured to meet its mission, vision and goals and targets set in their planning’s. By incorporating in them the concept of quality is implied the issue with her assessment and analysis of criteria for determining how to respond to the terms of efficiency and effectiveness and how it is conducted feedback for continuous improvement. Educational institutions like competitive organizations, innovative, established in a highly permeated by global change, to respond effectively to the demands of the new society. In this sense, the educational institution as official establishment meets the requirements and guidelines issued by the Ministry of National Education. That is, inside develop academic, administrative, financial and community to carry out the primary role of competent human form of life. Yet to undergo the evaluation process, educational institutions usually have difficulties that are detrimental to the quality of services provided. Therefore, there is a need to improve these processes. However, it is considered essential for improving the implementation of a technology strategy, by which it seeks to implement the use of ICT as a resource to energize and streamline, but above all strengthen each of these processes.
