This thesis corresponds to an experimental research design with descriptive quantitative level. Surveys, observation of teaching practices and poll: For data collection the following techniques are used. This master thesis for the research process chose a population sample is random type and is composed of 15 primary teachers of educational institution Ismael Santofimio Ibague, republic of Colombia and looks for new ways to researchers interested in leading formation processes primary teachers by school teachers and curriculum strategy for collaborative work. In developing the pilot project that encourages school teachers at the school described herein teachers to improve their teaching practices mediating cross-cutting themes with tics, with the knowledge learned they developed an educational software in visual basic.

The quasi-experimental research called "virtual activities compared to the face and its impact on the improvement of the teaching - learning in the area of chemistry at the primary school students in the school number six" held at the 2014 whose statistical results show that virtual activities affecting more and better academic improvement, skills development and learning strategies of students in the school No. 6 seat Jorge Arrieta in the area of chemistry that activities in person. The research spanned only Jorge Arrieta headquarters it is the one with basic secondary education. The statistics come from the results of the implementation of a survey at a time before and a time after application of virtual and a sample of 94 students for experimentation, taken from a population of 200 students activities. Thestatisticalresults show that virtual activitiesaffecting more and betteracademicimprovement, skillsdevelopment and learningstrategies of students in theschool No. 6 seat Jorge Arrieta in thearea of chemistrythatactivities in person.

Utilización de la hoja de cálculo excel en el rendimiento académico del área de matemáticas en estudiantes del grado noveno, Institución Educativa Juvenil Nuevo Futuro; Medellin-2014

The purpose of this research is to determine if the use of the Excel spreadsheet influences the academic performance of the mathematics area of the ninth grade students of the Nuevo Futuro Juvenile Educational Institution; Medellín-2014. It is an investigation of explanatory type, pre-experimental design, with pre-test / posttest, with a single group. This population is composed of 67 students and the sample is census. In the data collection a test instrument was used, standardized, validated by expert judgment and with a high reliability. In the obtained results it was verified that, the academic performance of the mathematics area, improved after the treatment was applied. In addition, it was evidenced that the numerical-variational and geometric-metric dimensions are the most difficult and easiest to learn, respectively, for grade level students. It is concluded, therefore, that the area of mathematics improves its academic performance by 76.12%, the dimension of the numerical-variational area improves the academic performance by 70.78%, the dimension of the geometric-metric area improves the Academic performance by 86.05% and the dimension of the random area by 80.01%.

This degree work has the general purpose establish the relationship of the use of virtual classrooms and learning mathematics in sixth graders Education Center the Laureles, Barrancabermeja-Colombia, 2015. Methodologically, it is a basic research, which follows a correlational design and not Experimental. The population under investigation corresponds to sixth the Laureles Education Center. The sample size was 43 students chosen for convenience to whom an instrument was applied to evaluate the variables of the study. The research method is quantitative. Observation, Application Likert questionnaire survey and analysis payrol note: For this research, using field research techniques how. The analytical data processing was performed using SPSS 23.0 statistical package for Windows XP. In conclusion, the results show a ρ (rho) = Spearman's rank correlation coefficient as follows; a positive correlation ρ (rho)= 0.705 for the level of knowledge of mathematics, a ρ (rho)= 0.681 for the receptive dimension; and ρ (rho)= 0.625 for performance and mastery of mathematics; which is demonstrated with the use of virtual classrooms is relationship the process of learning mathematics in sixth graders Education Center Los Laureles, Barrancabermeja – Colombia, 2015.

The present research study entitled "The Interactive Games and the learning of the mathematics in the students of third, fourth and fifth of basic primary, of the Educational Institution Real Campestre La Sagrada Familia, municipality of Fresno, Tolima, Colombia, 2015". It had as main objective the improvement that exposed the incorporation of interactive games in the progress of the mathematical learning of the students of third, fourth and fifth of basic primary. A non-experimental, basic level and explanatory type research was applied with a quantitative approach, applying as a tool for data collection the technique of the survey directed to students, which allowed to identify the level of reach and appropriation of use of computer tools and activities Through the web in their daily life and, that responded to the dimensions of study. The survey was applied to 169 students chosen by statistical formula for finite populations and then randomly, belonging to the third, fourth and fifth grades. As a result of this research, it was possible to conclude on the effectiveness of interactive games in the process of learning mathematics, evidencing itself in the appropriation of concepts, properties and mathematical procedures, allowing the application of these in problem solving context; In addition, it was possible to improve the competences in the different components and, therefore, to elevate the results in the external tests. Finally, the students' interest in learning mathematics and other areas was evidenced by the interactive methodology.

La gestión del docente y el desempeño académico de los estudiantes de Biología del grado séptimo primer periodo de la Institución Educativa Técnica Empresarial Alberto Castilla de la ciudad de Ibagué 2016

The main objective of this work was to determine the management of the teacher and the academic performance of biology students of the 7th grade of the Institución Educativa Técnica Empresarial Alberto Castilla of the city of Ibague 2016, analyzing the different factors involved in the Academic performance. A basic design with a quantitative approach was used, with a correlational, descriptive method that allows studying this phenomenon from the point of view of students. To this end, the technique (survey) was applied to the 67 students, the bar diagram was used, which allows to show percentage of the relationship between the teacher's management and the academic performance; In relation to competency-based curricula, didactic strategies and evaluation, since they are based on the development of students' skills and abilities for the fulfillment of basic, disciplinary and labor competencies, that strengthen the levels of learning posed in The dependent variable, taking into account the cognitive, procedural, attitudinal and coexisting levels, that allowed to analyze the problems of the level of performance of the students; The frequency crossing between the dimensions of the variables was then performed and the Chi square statistic was used through the IBM SPPS Statistics version (22.0) of August 2013. The data released were analyzed and thus concluded to meet the objectives and establish recommendations that lead to strengthen the improvement plan of the Educational Institution.

Programa JCLIC y el pensamiento crítico y lógico matemático en niños y niñas de grado primero de la Institución Educativa Distrital República de México, Bogotá 2015

The present research refers to the use of the JClic Program and to the critical and logical-mathematical thinking carried out students of the first degree of the Educational Institution District Republic of Mexico, Bogota 2,015 It was determined that the use of the JClic program has a correlation directly high and significant with the level of development of critical thinking and mathematical logic, evidencing that greater use of the JClic program by the first grade students of the educational institution I.E.D. Republic of Mexico, the higher the level of development of critical thinking and logical mathematics. In addition, according to the descriptive information of the data, it was observed that, in the majority of the obtained scores, either the maximum scores in both instruments are obtained, or the scores obtained in the mathematical logical thinking or for the critical mathematical thinking are greater Scores obtained in the use of the JClic program. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the correlation between the two variables: the development of critical thinking and mathematical logic and the impact of the JClic program as a favorable tool in the construction of knowledge. A non-experimental design was used because the variables were not manipulated and only the phenomena were observed in their natural environment and then analyzed. It is transectional or transverse because it allowed to observe the variables in a determined time.

Las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación y su relación con el proceso de aprendizaje en el grado cuarto del Colegio Almirante Padilla Bogotá, Colombia, 2013

Basic Research developed with the purpose of knowing the reality of the fourth grade students of basic with respect to the relationship between the variables of Information and Communication Technologies and Learning, developed in the College Almirante Padilla of Bogotá, Colombia in 2014. Its design was not experimental level correlational, based on the collection of two sets of data corresponding to the 401 and 402 degrees, extracted from a sample of 58 students 29 girls and 29 boys aged between nine and 13 years, through the application of a questionnaire with questions Likert-type. Data processing is carried out using the software SPSSv21. The results showed that 62.1 % described as "optimal" performance in the use of ICT in the classroom; the 60.3 % prevalence presented 'average', in relation to your desire to learn through ICT. In the validation of the hypotheses, the variables 'ICT and learning', are significantly related in accordance with the value of 0,280 reached by the coefficient Spearman's Rho. In regards to the relation of the ICT with the dimensions: conceptual learning, procedural and aptitude test, the values of the same coefficient Spearman's Rho, reached successively the following values: .016; .090 and .052. As all the coefficients responded affirmatively to the conditions of the test, were discarded the Ho and were validated the H1.

Uso didáctico de los dispositivos móviles y su influencia en el aprendizaje de las matemáticas en el grado 11º de la institución educativa tricentenario del municipio de Medellín – Colombia, año 2015

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence didactic use of mobile devices in learning area mathematics student’s 11th grade of the school tercentenary of the municipality of Medellin - Colombia in 2015. It is a research applied type, of pre experimental design, with a quantitative approach. The techniques and instruments used for data collection for this research were questionnaire and personal observation –directly, sample size group with which he worked was 70 high school students; and the Wilcoxon test was used for the contrast of the hypotheses. In this study, it was concluded from the results the educational use of mobile devices influenced learning area mathematics student’s 11th grade of the school tercentenary of the municipality of Medellin - Colombia in 2015 (value of Z = - 6,950 and value of p = 0,000), showing improvements in learning processes of concepts, application concept and attitudinal part.

The teaching-learning process aims to train children and young problem solvers, critical and analytical to apply in every time and place where they are, in order to respond to a changing society. Basic education is responsible for developing skills, abilities, skills, study strategies in order to develop logical thinking of students. The escaza preparation by teachers in the implementation of active teaching strategies in the teaching has made that students have a low level of mathematical logical thinking and learning it impinges on all areas of study. Faced with this situation, the research addresses the issue of mathematical logical thinking from the use of virtual blog and its impact on academic performance. Research on the low logical thinking in students of the educational institution Real Campestre La Sagrada Familia, headquarters; It allowed to demonstrate the problem in their size, so an alternative solution arises. This alternative solution is developed through the use of the methodology 2.0 blog, where students solve different exercises that involve math skills to promote learning from them. Specifically, the virtual blog was fed with activities involving the approach and solution of problem situations and subject-object interaction; using learning objects, because it was shown that the application of a strategy mediated by technological tools, can help overcome cognitive deficits of students in the area of mathematics. The main finding was the difference in yield, after working in the virtual blog; because the progress of the students gave significantly because of the teaching strategies and integrated into blog content area of mathematics. The most important recommendation is that teachers regularly use virtual blog, and several audiovisual resources; because these teaching strategies allow students an active and efficient participation in the learning process, which will contribute to the development of their mathematical logical thinking.

Study that aims to determine how the use of ICT resources are related to the improvement of natural science learning in 5th grade students from an educational institution in Santa Bárbara, Santander, Colombia. Methodologically the study is non-experimental, with a quantitative research approach. Twenty-two students participated, ranging in age from 8 to 11 years. A questionnaire on the use and knowledge of computer resources and a written evaluation on the learning of the natural sciences in the topic of global warming were used as instruments in three basic competences: concept appropriation, knowledge building and problem solving, results Show that there is a direct relation between the knowledge and use of ICT resources and the learning of the natural sciences in 5th grade students, in the appropriation of concepts (Spearman's rho: 0.8); Knowledge building (0.82) and problem solving (0.72).

Uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación y el desempeño de los docentes de educación básica secundaria en la institución educativa Jorge Eliécer Gaitán Tota - Boyacá 2016

The investigation: “Use of the technologies of the information and the communication and the performance of the basic secondary’s teachers in the Jorge Eliécer Gaitán School. Tota - Boyacá 2016 ", had as aim determine the relation between Use of the technologies of the information and the communication and the performance of the teachers, implied approaching a methodology of descriptive type and correlacional, of quantitative character, the compilation of the information was realized by means of the application of a questionnaire, validated across the Technology Delphi and in reliability by means of a test of pilotage applied to 10 teachers with Alpha de Cronbach to determine the fulfillment or not of the hypothesis the method of the Chi-square was in use, indicating in what measure the relation exists between the variables. The results of the investigation demonstrated that every competition had a moderate level of use of the technology of the information and communication with 70 % the technological competitions, 47 % communicative competitions and also 47 % investigative competitions , as the relation with the educational performance was obtained statistically sufficiently by one p = <0,0001. Nevertheless the values expressed by competition were 0,986: technological, 0,985: Communicative and 0,944: investigative; in the lowest score they need more attention on the part of the teachers in the appropriation of the technological resources to maintain the strategies in the classroom and to improve the educational quality.

This research aims to analyze the effect or influence of the application or incorporation of TICS as a methodological strategy in the development of communication skills of English in the fifth grade students of elementary Montessori Educational Institution headquarters Pitalito - Huila 2014. For obtaining and processing the survey data and participant observation were used, using as instruments of data collection the survey questionnaire and the field diary. Two questionnaires were applied , the first to measure the point of view of students about how they are taught and learn the English language and his attitude to the class and the second to measure the impact of ICT in both the motivation, and learning. As the field diary is recorded by observation, the way how, through the implementation of ICT supports the development of communicative competence in the English language to enable analysis on it. The sample size is 29 students selected statistically. As for the results is to detect whether the application of ICT influences positively and significantly in the development of communication skills of English language students in fifth grade headquarters Montessori primary Pitalito ( Huila) - 2014

The present study aims to determine if there is a relationship between the application of hypermedia learning environments in topics of analytic geometry, specifically the straight and the circumference and five categories of academic performance, such as motivation, achievements in learning, teaching methods, study habits and learning styles; of tenth grade students of the educational institution Antonio Lenis the city of Sincelejo, Sucre, Colombia, in 2014. Research results obtained from a sample of 50 students, and with a methodology applied, correlational, quantitative approach and longitudinal pre-experimental design, since it was made comparison of two times, before and after the application of hypermedia learning environments, in the same sample. Applied instruments were subjected to expert opinions and its reliability was calculated with the Cronbach's statistician. The correlation between the variables was determined using the Chisquare test, with a less than 0.05 significance level, which means that the hypermedia learning environments applied to topics of analytic geometry, specifically in the straight and the circumference, if they are related to the categories of the academic performance of students in 10th grade of the Antonio Lenis educational institution. However, it is suggested to extend the scope of the findings of this study to other topics of mathematics, to other areas and make the use of hypermedia learning environments contribute, in all areas, to develop competencies in students and raise their academic performance, thus contributing to improve the quality of the Colombian education.

Uso de la multimedia como estrategia pedagógica en el desarrollo de capacidades artísticas de los estudiantes de la educación básica de la Institución Educativa Silvestre Francisco Dangond Daza del Municipio de Villanueva, año 2015

The aim of the investigation is Silvestre Francisco Dangond Daza determines the influence of the tool multimedia on the level of development of the artistic capacities of the students of the educational institution; where the type of investigation was applied and the experimental design, being the quantitative approach, and the size of sample of 25 students. One thought that there exists influence of the use of tools multimedia as pedagogic strategy on the development of artistic capacities of the students (value Z = - 3,357 and p = 0,001); of similar form in each of the analyzed dimensions: visual Capacities (value Z = - 2,828 and p = 0,005); musical capacities (value Z = - 4,332 and p = 0,000); and literary capacities (value Z = - 2,887 and p = 0,004). Being the most out-standing aspects: to think that the pedagogic activities developed in classes favor the development of the imagination; to think that in classes the development of activities is stimulated often to strengthen the autochthonous culture; and to think that often they seek to stimulate his capacity of oratory.

In the study, it was analyzed the influence of gaming innovation with the Scratch software in creative thinking skills of students from ninth grade computer technology ofInstituto Agrícola de Alto Jordán de Vélez – Santander Colombia in 2016. To achieve the goal, it was developed a pre-experimental study with pre and posttest in which 18 students participated. By Torrance test it determined the performance level dimensions fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration of creative thinking before and after participating in the process of designing and building video games with Scratch. The results indicate positive influence of the variable innovation game with Scratch software in creative thinking skills; Originality was the dimension that reached higher performance and in elaboration students managed to improve more. Despite understanding reached programming logic, some difficulties associated with the delivery of a finished product were not overcome.

The research entitled "Strategies to improve the use of information and communications technology in the teacher's role and the process of forming" was held in the Educational Institution Gabriel Correa Velez Caracolí Township, Antioquia. Colombia. It was conducted under the qualitative approach where instruments such as interviews and observation Dicent teachers and applied with a single objective to determine how you can optimize the use of ICT to improve teaching practice in the process of learning. This study presents the results grouped by category constructed through a process of coding and constant comparison of data collected by establishing relationships and explanations leading to respond how he worked towards solving the questions would not allow improving the use and management of tic with good preparation of all teachers in our facility keep pace with the technological development that is under our society, a process in which education revolves around the world. The results obtained showed that teachers use traditional methods such as moving the Dicent to the computer room to consult concepts and transcribed the book without considering aspects of educational planning. So it was concluded that teachers have difficulties in technical and educational use of ICT made traditional educational practices. It is recommended as strategies for the optimal use of ICT to articulate education project reformulating the pedagogic practice from the educational advantage of visualization and communication tools.

Uso del microsoft office y su influencia en el desarrollo de habilidades lingüísticas en el Centro Educativo Sabanalarga de Sampués – Sucre – Colombia, 2014

This research aims to demonstrate that the use of Microsoft Office, contributes to the development of language skills of children from grade 2° of education basic primary of the central educational Sabanalarga based on the concept of reading as a process of constructing meaning from the relationship between the text, context, and reader; which in turn determine the understanding. The type of investigation was applied, of pre experimental design and of quantitative approach, there was effected a census of 16 pupils; for the contrast the statistician was in use the test of Wilcoxon's ranges. One thought that there exists influence (value of Z = - 3.521 and p = 0.000), of the use of the Microsoft Scullery on the development of the linguistic skills in the children of the 2nd degree; of similar form, influence exists in each of the dimensions of the dependent variable (development of the reading and writing; from the motivation to the reading; and the development of to listen and to speak).

The overall objective of the research is to find a better use and use ICT tools held by members of the Educational Institution Manuel Murillo Toro in the municipality of Chaparral Tolima, designing a project in order to offer the proposal of a model curriculum integration ICT in the learning process in each of the areas of study tools. The methodology used for this purpose is, is designing tools to help obtain the necessary information on the use of such ICT, as need within the school environment and foster the development of strategies for individuals facing a technologically active social reality, so that students must learn to make the most of ICT tools that account. The results show the great need to know the true meaning of abstraction of knowledge through ICT and the use of educational tools used inside and outside the classroom from the solid foundation of legal and theoretical basis, to thereby make good use of technological pedagogical devices.

The main objective of the present investigation is to verify what extent the application of the software Descartes improves the construction of the notion of fraction per the students of fourth degree of the Sede Central in the Institución Educativa Técnico Comercial Sagrado Corazón de Jesús of Chiquinquirá in the year 2016, considering the meaning of fraction as part-whole, measure and multiplicative operator. The research by its type is applied, of quasiexperimental level, of pretestpostest design with group of control equivalent, of approach or quantitative method, with sample non probabilistic equal to the totality of the population that is to say the 138 students of the four fourth grades, the groups were kept intact in order to preserve their initial equivalence, since they are not randomly assigned or matched, but that groups are already formed before the experiment (Hernández, R., Fernández, C. y Baptista, M. P., 2010), the instrument used for data collection was the questionnaire, the hypothesis test was applied for a normal distribution with a reliability level of 95% and a margin of error of 0,05. The results of the hypothesis contrasts in the input test indicated that at the beginning of the research, the performances where the construction of the notion of fraction from the meanings part, measure and multiplicative operator between the experimental and control groups were shown to be equal; and in the test of output indicated that the performances where the construction of the notion of fraction from the mentioned meanings were shown were higher where Descartes software (experimental group) was applied than where it was not applied (control group). For beafore written, it is concluded that the software Descartes improves in a statistically significant way the construction of the notion of fraction from the meanings part-all, measure and operator multiplicative per the fourth-grade students of the Education Educational in the year 2016.
