For the academic performance variable, the weighted averages of the students were used, which were collated through the corresponding record of grades. The Rho Spearman correlation test was used to measure the results, determining that there was an association between the two variables of 0.480, with values close to + 1.0 indicating a strong association between the variables, this value indicated that there is a correlation positive mean between the two. We conclude then that, although there is a relationship between the variables, this relationship is not totally decisive for good academic performance.Publicación Acceso abierto Factor afectivo y el rendimiento académico en estudiantes de beca 18 de la universidad peruana Cayetano Heredia(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-06-25) Martínez Ampuero, Adela Luzmila; Yangali Vicente, Judith SoledadThe objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the affective factor and academic performance in students of "Beca 18" of the Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia.
