Materials and Methods: Systematic Reviews are an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. Results: 7 scientific articles were reviewed, whose main topic was the criteria and standards for the provision of nursing staff. Of all the articles that were found, the most relevant articles were included according to the level and quality of evidence, evaluating the agreement. and the discrepancy between the articles, and the least relevant ones were excluded. The articles were located in the databases: Scielo, Lilacs Lipecs, Medline. Conclusions: There are several diversified criteria and standards in Peru for the provision of nursing staff, which make coordinated work necessary at the level of the representative entities of Peruvian nurses. Health care companies or institutions do not apply a standardized model in the human resources management process. Said management is conditioned by the type of organizational system used, applied technology, action policy, work philosophy and existing human resources policy, purpose and functions of the personnel.Publicación Acceso abierto Gestión del recurso humano y la calidad de atención de las enfermeras del servicio de traumatología y ortopedia de un hospital de Lima 2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-02-02) Ruiz Domínguez, María Isabel; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MaríaObjetivo: “Identificar la relación que existe entre la gestión del recurso humano y la calidad de atención de las enfermeras”. Población: Será de 90 enfermeras que trabajan en el servicio de Traumatología y Ortopedia de un Hospital, Lima. Dado 1ue la población es finita no se contará con muestra, Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. El método será hipotético-deductivo, diseño observacional, descriptivo, trasversal y correlacional. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable: “Gestión del recurso humano”, se aplicará el cuestionario, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0,990 y para evaluar la variable: “Calidad de atención”, se aplicará el cuestionario, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0,908. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. The term job satisfaction is the “positive feeling towards a job that arises from the evaluation of its properties.” In each of the companies the important part is human capital, since thanks to this the execution and development of business is achieved. The study aims to determine the relationship that exists between Human Talent Management and Job Satisfaction of the Nurse at Hospital Barranca Cajatambo 2021. This research is applied with a quantitative, descriptive, correlational and transversal approach. The population and sample are the Nurses of the Barranca Cajatambo Hospital during the period from June to December 2021. The technique carried out will be the survey and the instrument will be the questionnaire that will measure both variables, which was validated by Daza in his research in the year 2015, the Human Talent Management instrument consisting of 30 items divided into three dimensions has a reliability of Cronbach's alpha 0.948, and for Job Satisfaction the instrument is It consists of 35 items divided into 7 dimensions and has a reliability of Cronbach's alpha 0.947. The data will be statistically processed in the SPSS system presented in tables and figures.Publicación Acceso abierto Implementación de la Norma NTP 17020 para la inspección de grúas móviles, Rigger Crane SAC, 2018(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-07-12) Claudio Piñan, Beker Luis; Cáceres Trigoso, Jorge ErnestoEl trabajo de investigación titulado “Implementación de la Norma NTP 17020 para la inspección de grúas móviles, Rigger Crane SAC, 2018” tuvo como objetivo proponer la implementación de la Norma NTP 17020 para acreditarse ante el INACAL como organismo de inspección para otorgar certificados de inspección a grúas móviles. El método de estudio fue de carácter holístico, tipo proyectiva, nivel comprensivo. Se trabajó con una muestra de 30 colaboradores evaluados con encuestas a escala likert para evaluar las subcategorías recurso humano, funcionamiento de los equipos y documentos de gestión y de trabajo. Además, desde el aspecto cualitativo, se entrevistó a tres personales de la empresa, para el análisis de la situación problemática de la empresa. Luego se trianguló esa información para obtener un diagnóstico profundo basado en el desconocimiento de los colaboradores de la visión, misión, normas y políticas internas de la empresa; la ausencia de procedimientos de trabajo que hayan sido cuidadosamente elaborados para garantizar la buena actuación en la revisión de las maquinarias y equipos y la falta de formatos estándares y preestablecidos para la evaluación de los procedimientos de inspección. The survey technique will be used and the questionnaire instrument to be used is “Human Talent Management Questionnaire” and “Job Satisfaction Questionnaire”, the data processing will be carried out through an administrative procedure, in the Professional Academic School of Nursing, it will also be will submit a request to the Executive Director of the Hospital, to obtain authorization and coordinate with the head of the Nursing Department, presenting the plan of activities to be executed, taking place in the month of July 2022, in The data analysis will use descriptive statistics in order to interpret, express and accumulate the scores achieved by each variable, the distribution will be by frequencies, bar graphs and tables, processed by SPSS statistical analysis, the significant verification of the hypotheses raised, will determine the affinity value between variables by performing Spearman's Rho.Ítem Acceso abierto Organizational Climate and job Satisfaction of the Professional Nursing staff of the Medical Service of a Hospital in North Lima, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-01-23) Espinoza Asencio, Ruth; Avila Vargas Machuca, Jeannette GiselleMethods: The study will be observational, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population will be made up of 45 nursing professionals from a Hospital in North Lima. The instruments will be administered in person, after obtaining informed consent. A descriptive and correlational statistical analysis will be performed. The instrument to measure the organizational climate, whose authors were Koys D. and DeCottis A., consists of 40 items and 8 dimensions. The questionnaire to evaluate job satisfaction was developed by Meliá J. and Peiró J., and consists of 30 items and 5 dimensions. The validation process of both questionnaires was carried out by the judgment of 3 experts, who suggested some changes in the items for their application in the national context, with a very high final rating. The reliability of the organizational climate instrument was Cronbach's alpha of 0.969 and for the job satisfaction questionnaire 0.903.
