Publicación Acceso abierto Aplicación de mejora continua en clima institucional en el Hospital Geriátrico San José de la Policía Nacional del Perú periodo 2015-2016(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017-11-26) Sequeiros Pastor, Silvia Irene; Bernardo Pozo, Nélida Miguelina; Salcedo Rioja, Mercedes RitaThis research was able to measure the influence of applying Continuous Improvement Project in the organizational climate of the Geriatric Hospital of the National Police of Peru (205-2016) to assess the organizational climate, before and after application of continuous improvement project. The aim of this study was to determine whether the application of continuous improvement project influences the institutional climate Geriatric Hospital San José of the National Police of Peru in Lima Metropolitana, period 2015 - 2016. The population was constituted by workers at the Geriatric Hospital. The selection of the non-probabilistic sample, and was constituted by 56 workers extracted from the chosen population. The experimental group was then intentionally determined. The design that was applied was pre-experimental the instrument that was used was the questionnaire of Institutional Climate. It took into account the organizational climate and the dimensions: Organizational Culture, Organizational Design and Human Potential In the organizational culture dimension pre-test considered 38% that is regular. But after the implementation of the project of continuous improvement post test 64% considered that it is good. In the organizational design dimension in the pre-test, 40% consider that it is bad and post test after applying the continuous improvement project considers 44% that is good. In the potential human dimension in the pretest considers that 38% is regular. After the application of the project of continuous improvement is post test, 44% consider it good. Similarly to implement the effectiveness of continuous improvement project the results obtained through a survey before applying the continuous improvement project, it was found that the institutional climate of the geriatric hospital was rarely according to opinion was compared. The following conclusions were drawn: That the application of the Continuous Improvement Project significantly influences the institutional climate of the Geriatric Hospital of the National Police of Peru.Publicación Acceso abierto Clima organizacional y la autoevaluación del desempeño laboral en el personal de enfermería de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, Lima 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-08-31) Vilca Casas, Rina Teresa; Bonilla Asalde, Cesar AntonioIntroduction: The organizational climate is a useful tool in the management of human talent, allowing the organization to diagnose and carry out accurate interventions in the face of conflicts, inconsistencies and dissatisfactions, eliminating negative behaviors, attitudes and perceptions towards the structure and organizational processes. As pointed out by the WHO, an adverse organizational climate (OC) leads to problems in physical and mental health, absenteeism and losses in productivity and work performance (5). Objective: To determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the self-assessment of work performance in the nursing staff of the Intensive Care Unit. Method: The research methodology that will be used will be the Hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, nonexperimental design and applied, quantitative, cross-sectional, prospective and correlates. The study will work with the total population, which will be made up of 120 nurses who work in the General Intensive Care Unit Service of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital, 2023. The data collection technique will be the survey and as measurement instruments 2 questionnaires will be used: “Organizational Climate Scale (EDCO)-MINSA” and Evaluation of the work performance of the nursing professional in critical areas”. Both instruments have been validated through expert judgment and with a reliability index according to Cronbach's alpha of 0.87 and 0.94, respectively, concluding that both instruments are reliable for their applicability. For the processing and analysis of the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used, using the Kolmogórov-Smirnov normality test, due to having a population greater than 50, thus determining that the data do not come from a normal distribution (α = ,000), and therefore non-parametric tests were used for the statistical contrast. The relationship between the variables was established through Spearman's Rho statistic. Result: a direct, positive, moderate correlation (Rho= 0.443**) was evidenced between the variables organizational climate and self-assessment of Labor performance, as well as in its dimensions human talent (Rho = 0.494**) and organizational design (Rho= 0.440**), while the organizational culture dimension (Rho=0.347**) has a direct, positive, low correlation. El cuestionario para evaluar la satisfacción laboral fue elaborado por Meliá J. y Peiró J., consta de 30 ítems y 5 dimensiones. This study has a quantitative approach, a correlational level, a nonexperimental design and as far as to the type is applied. The population was 95 workers from which, through census sampling, the sample of 80 workers was obtained. The instruments were validated. The result indicates that the organizational climate instrument presented Cronbach's alpha of 0.915 and the instrument applied for job satisfaction presented Cronbach's alpha of 0.60, with very high and medium or acceptable reliability, respectively, evidencing that both instruments are reliable; Thus, both variables are significantly associated, being p < 0.05 by Fisher's exact test. Concluding that there is a relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction in the care and administrative workers of the Pachacamac health facility, it was also found that the organizational climate is at a level to be improved and that the majority of the workers of the Pachacamac health facility show feel satisfied in their workplace.Publicación Acceso abierto Conocimiento y cumplimiento de la atención humanizada en el personal asistencial de un centro de atención primaria de Lima ,2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-02-20) Quispe Oncebay, Ayde Maria; Maguiña Palma, Misael EriksonThe objective of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and compliance with humanized care in the healthcare personnel of the Carabayllo Health Center, 2023. Methodologically, the study was based on the quantitative approach, with the research being applied, with an observational design - correlational - transversal. The sample consisted of 67 healthcare workers from the institution under study, using two instruments to collect data, which were reliable through the KR20 test (0.702) and Cronbach's Alpha (0.951). The results demonstrated the existence of significant relationships between knowledge of humanized care and the dimensions of compliance with humanized care, as follows: phenomenological (p= 0.015), interaction (p=0.000) and human needs (p= 0.000). Materiales y Métodos: Las Revisiones Sistemáticas son un diseño de investigación observacional y retrospectivo, que sintetiza los resultados de múltiples investigaciones primarias. Son parte esencial de la enfermería basada en la evidencia por su rigurosa metodología, identificando los estudios relevantes para responder preguntas específicas de la práctica clínica. Resultados: Se revisaron 7 artículos científicos, que tuvieron como tema principal los criterios y estándares para la dotación de personal de enfermería, de todos los artículos que se encontraron, se incluyeron los artículos los más relevantes según el nivel y calidad de evidencia evaluando la concordancia y la discrepancia entre los artículos, y se excluyeron los menos relevantes. Los artículos fueron ubicados en las base de datos: Scielo, Lilacs Lipecs, Medline. Conclusiones: Existe varios criterios y estándares diversificados en el Perú para la dotación de personal de enfermería, que hacen necesario un trabajo coordinado a nivel de las entidades representativas de los enfermeros del Perú. Las empresas o instituciones prestadoras de salud no aplican un modelo estandarizado en el proceso de gestión de recursos humanos. Sáenz in Lima. Methods: It is hypothetical - deductive, quantitative approach, non-experimental design and correlational scope. The sample consisted of 246 patients from the Cardiology consulting room, the sampling was of a simple random probabilistic type. Two instruments were applied: "Percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería PCHE Clinicountry 3rd version" with 32 items and the "Morisky and Levine Test" with 4 items. Results: The predominant age is older than 60 years (35.37%), male (52.43%), in relation to humanized care and adherence to pharmacological treatment, it was obtained that those patients who always perceive humanized nursing care have a level of adherence of 37.8%, it can be seen that those patients who always perceived the quality dimension of nursing have a percentage of adherence of 31.7%; the patients who perceived Always Openness to communication have a percentage of 38.2%; the patients who always perceived the willingness to care have a level of adherence of 39.8%. The assumption made was that the education program is effective in improving the level of knowledge and practice on prevention of cervical cancer in young adults - Trujillo 2014. The research design corresponds to a quantitative study, quasi-experimental, prospective, longitudinal to measure the effectiveness of an educational program on knowledge and practice on prevention of cervical cancer, the results of measurement of the variables are given in numerically. The population consisted of 40 women aged 20 to 40 who belong to the club of mothers Neighborhood 1B - Trujillo Alto, the current sample includes the entire population. Two surveys were used: one is the level of knowledge about prevention of cervical cancer, and other, preventive practice of cervical cancer. We conclude that the education program is effective in improving the level of knowledge and practice on prevention of cervical cancer in young adults, Area 1B - Trujillo Alto. The level of knowledge and practice on prevention of cervical cancer increases after participating in the educational program for young adults. We recommend running the educational program on the prevention of cervical cancer in young adults and improve the level of knowledge and practice of prevention.Publicación Acceso abierto Empoderamiento del personal de enfermería y el cuidado humanizado en las áreas críticas en un Hospital Ventanilla 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-08-20) Talavera Vizcarra, Lizette Maribel; Hermoza Moquillaza, Rocío VictoriaThe research study was carried out with the objective of "Determining the relationship between the empowerment of nursing professionals and humanized care in the critical areas of a Ventanilla hospital, 2022". The methodology used is of an applied type, with a quantitative, correlational, non-experimental, transversal design. The population surveyed was 80 nurses from the Ventanilla hospital. The data collection technique was the survey and two questionnaires as instruments validated for the Peruvian reality. The structural empowerment variable with 4 dimensions and 20 items, while the other humanized care variable with 7 dimensions and 63 items. The SPSS Statistics 25 program was used for data analysis. Results Spearman's correlation coefficient (Rho) was applied to test the hypothesis. The values obtained show that the surveyed population has a high level of empowerment 48%, a moderate humanized care 45% and only 6.3% report having a low level of humanized care. Rho = 0.253 was found, with p value < 0.05 and a significance level of 0.024. Sáenz de Lima, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-11-21) Valencia Villafana, Diana Luisa; Millones Gomez, Segundo GermanThe purpose of the study was to “Determine how work stress is related to the humanized care of nurses in the immunization care of patients at the PNP Luis N. Sáenz National Hospital in Lima. The approach used in this research was applied quantitative with a non-experimental design, correlational scope and cross-sectional. The sample population was made up of 92 nurses. The survey with The Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) and the Nyberg Caring Assessment (NCA) was applied as a collection procedure; each was subjected to a reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha with values of 0.695 to 0.855 for the NSS and 0.622 to 0.726 for the NCA, which determined its reliability (See Annex 4). The result determined the existence of a negative correlation between work stress and humanized care, this was reflected by Spearman's Rho of -.791, likewise, it was possible to corroborate that work stress is negatively correlated with each dimension. of humanized care (nurse-patient interaction Rho - 0.404, transpersonal care Rho - 0.706, moment of care Rho - 0.664, phenomenological field Rho - 0.649), and finally, in the cross-information between the variable work stress and humanized care, it was observed that the high level of stress converges with the low level of humanized care by 51.6% and the medium level of stress converges with the medium level of humanized care by 27.5%. It is concluded that when nurses' work stress increases, then humanized care is diminished in parallel; This means that the negative correlation between the research variables is verified. Material and method. Non-experimental design, correlational level, and cross-sectional study, which had a sample made up of 152 health professionals from the referred health facility, selected by random sampling. Two virtual instruments were applied: the Perceived Stress Scale (EEP-10) and the CVT-Gohisalo questionnaire, short version for the quality of work life. Results. Most of the professionals surveyed were obstetricians (55.3%), were appointed (71.1%) and had more than 21 years of service (25.0%). The presence of stress was found in 62.5% of them, followed by a very high presence of stress in 23.7%. In relation to the quality of working life, 62.5% were found to have a medium level. The Spearman correlation test showed that the quality of work life has a low, inverse and significant relationship with stress (ρ = -0.188) and with the perception of stress dimension (ρ = -0.183). Conclusion. The workers of the OB / GYN service who presented greater stress had a lower quality of work life.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores motivacionales y desempeño laboral en el personal de enfermería del área de neonatología del Hospital Vitarte, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-28) Villafane Sipán, Sandra Elizabeth; Caycho Valencia, Felix AlbertoEl presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre los factores motivacionales y el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería del área de neonatología del Hospital Vitarte. El método de estudio fue deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo analítico correlacional, diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 66 personas que conforman al personal de enfermería del área de neonatología. La técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta, se tuvo como instrumentos dos cuestionarios tipo escala de Likert, tanto para la variable factores motivacionales, cuyas dimensiones motivación intrínsecas y extrínsecas, constituidos por 20 ítems; y para la variable desempeño laboral, con sus dimensiones calidad de trabajo, iniciativa, relaciones humanas y logro de metas, constituidos por 27 ítems; los cuales fueron sometidos a juicio de expertos para la validez de contenido y para la confiabilidad se aplicó una prueba piloto a 25 personas que no forman parte del estudio. Los resultados fueron que predomina el nivel bajo en los factores motivacionales en un 69.7 % y predomina el nivel regular en el desempeño laboral con un 45.5 % en el personal de enfermería, el análisis de correlación para la dimensión motivación intrínseca con la calidad de trabajo (Rho=0.620, p= 0.000) y el logro de metas (Rho= 0.638, p= 0.000); la correlación factores motivacionales y la dimensión relaciones humanas (Rho=0.681, p=0.000). Sáenz Police Hospital, the type of study was descriptive associative, on the field, with non – experimental design. The population was composed by two groups, one of 18 subjects for the variable human resources management and the other 91 subjects for the variable quality of service. The technique of data collection was the observation through survey, with an instrument with questionnaire Likkert type, divided in two parts, one to measure the human resources management and the other to measure the quality of service. Both were validated by experts, later a pilot test was implemented and the reliability was estimated through the use of Alpha Cronbach Coefficient, indicating that the instrument is highly reliable for both variables. Analysis of results was made using percentage, and descriptive statistics from which it was concluded that there was a high association between human resources management and the quality of service. In the present work it was found that the management of human resources in the National Hospital Luis N. Sáenz PNP, is regular, as it was referred by 61.3% of the health personnel, therefore the Human Resources Management has a positive relationship degree 56.9%; that is to say to better Human Resources Management there will be a better quality of service to the patients of the Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery service of the National Hospital Luis N. Sáenz of the National Police of PeruPublicación Acceso abierto Gestión del capital humano y carga mental laboral en el profesional de enfermería en un hospital, Lima, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-01-15) Huamán Raymundo, Essy Janeth; Palacios Cabrera, Julyana Evelyn; Millones Gomez, Segundo GermanEste estudio tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre la gestión del capital humano y la carga mental laboral en profesionales de enfermería en un hospital de Lima en el año 2023. El método fue de tipo hipotético deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental. La población comprendió a 504 profesionales de enfermería y la muestra se seleccionó mediante un muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple, contando con la participación de 219 profesionales. Los resultados revelaron que el grupo más representado se encuentra en el rango de 30 a 39 años con predominio del sexo femenino (61.2%). La mayoría de los participantes (61.2%) cuenta con 5 años o más de experiencia laboral y un 47.5% se desempeña como enfermero asistente. En cuanto a la gestión del capital humano, el 48.4% obtuvo un nivel eficiente, el 39.3% se situó en la categoría regular y un 12.3% fue calificado como deficiente. En relación con la carga mental laboral, el 54.3% experimentó un nivel medio y 36.4% se clasificó en nivel alto, sugiriendo que gran parte de los participantes enfrenta demandas cognitivas y emocionales moderadas en sus roles laborales debido a la complejidad de las tareas o la presión en el entorno de trabajo. Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-27) Santos Zutta, Natividad; Maguiña Palma, Misael EriksonEl estudio de “Gestión del Talento Humano y Compromiso Organizacional de los enfermeros del Hospital PNP de Lima, 2022” tiene por objetivo principal la determinación de relación con las variables Gestión del Talento Humano y Compromiso Organizacional. Es una investigación de tipo Aplicada, de diseño No experimental; de corte Transversal o transeccional; de alcance Correlacional. La muestra está constituida por 240 Licenciados de Enfermería del Hospital PNP “Luis N. Sáenz”. La técnica que se usó es la encuesta; los instrumentos que recolectaron la data informativa constaron de dos cuestionarios, ya validados por otros autores, aplicados a nuestra población. La validación de instrumentos se llevó a cabo mediante el juicio de expertos; para estas variables, la confiabilidad de instrumentos fue medida con alfa de Cronbach: 0.898 para la Gestión del Talento Humano y 0.809 para el Compromiso Organizacional. Los Resultados muestran que: el 67.1% de los enfermeros perciben la gestión del talento humano como Regular; el 98.3% de los enfermeros tienen un nivel Medio de Compromiso Organizacional. Se resuelve que, existe una relación significativa y directa entre la Gestión del Talento Humano y el Compromiso Organizacional de los enfermeros del Hospital PNP “Luis N. Sáenz”, con valores de p = .000 (< 0.05) y r = 0.269, que nos dice que su relación es positiva débil. En cada una de las empresas la parte importante es el capital humano, ya que gracias a ello se consigue la ejecución y desarrollo de negocios. El estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la Gestión del Talento Humano y la Satisfacción Laboral del Enfermero/a del Hospital Barranca Cajatambo 2021. Esta investigación es aplicada de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, de nivel correlacional y transversal. La población y muestra son los Enfermero/as del Hospital Barranca Cajatambo durante el periodo de junio a diciembre 2021. La técnica realizada será la encuesta y el instrumento será el cuestionario que medirán ambas variables, que fue validado por Daza en su investigación en el año 2015, el instrumento de Gestión del Talento Humano constituido por 30 items dividido en tres dimensiones tiene una confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach 0,948, y para la Satisfacción Laboral el instrumento está constituido por 35 items dividido en 7 dimensiones y tiene una confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach 0,947. The population is 157 nurses, and a sample of 121. It has as a non-experimental design, in addition to these, it is descriptivecorrelational and transversal in nature. A survey was conducted with the use of these two instruments: for the one that has no influence of other factors "management skills" was used the instrument of Alcon Noris developed in the year 2014) and for the dependent variable "job performance" of the author Refulio Aliaga Nora developed in the year 2011. From the results it is described that 66.9% of the nurses possess good managerial ability, 29.8% possess regular managerial ability and 3.3% possess poor managerial ability. On the other hand, 80.2% of the nurses have adequate job performance, 18.2% have fair job performance and 1.7% do not have adequate job performance. The method was quantitative, non-experimental design and correlational scope, there was a sample of 92 health professionals, the questionnaire was used to collect data. The descriptive results for management skills, 53.3% are at a high level, while 35.9% are at a medium level and only 10.9% are low, while for work motivation, 43.5% are at a level. medium, while 32.6% say high and only 23.9% say low. Consequently, a very strong positive correlation was concluded between management skills and work motivation in the emergency service, because r=0.815 and p=0.000 were achieved, that is, by improving management skills, the Work motivation of health professionals in the emergency service of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren National Hospital.
