Análisis del consumo de café y su relación con los efectos en la salud en personas con hipertensión arterial que acuden a boticas de la urbanización Los Alisos. Callao, 2024
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-04-11) Bonilla Mundaca, Lucerito Mayde; Mamani Yauyos, Julia Cristina; Llahuilla Quea, José Antonio
Coffee has established itself as one of the most popular and widely consumed beverages worldwide and has been the subject of studies on its impact on cardiovascular health, especially blood pressure. Despite its high prevalence, the effects of caffeine on the risk of hypertension remain uncertain. Some studies suggest that regular coffee consumption may increase this risk, while others find no significant relationship. This lack of consensus is of concern, as hypertension is a key factor in cardiovascular disease, a major cause of global morbidity and mortality. Objective: “To evaluate the relationship between coffee consumption and health effects in people with arterial hypertension”. Methodology: This basic research used a quantitative approach and a hypothetical-deductive method, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, whose scope was descriptive-correlational, through the application of 384 surveys to people with arterial hypertension who consume coffee and go to the different drugstores in the Los Alisos urbanization, Callao. Results: A direct and significant relationship was obtained (Rho=0.512), indicating that greater coffee consumption (time, frequency and type) is related to greater health effects. Conclusion: Coffee consumption is related to health effects in people with arterial hypertension who go to the drugstores in the Los Alisos urbanization, supported by the p value <0.05, rejecting the null hypothesis.

(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-03-26) Roman Sinche, Betsabe Belén; Maguiña Palma, Misael Erikson
The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the assertive communication of the Nursing professional in the adherence of the anti-tuberculous treatment of the patients. Quantitative research with a non-experimental, descriptive correlational cross-sectional design, the sample was 40 patients who received antituberculous treatment sensitive scheme in health facilities in DIRIS East Lima, applying a survey to patients as a technique and collecting information on their adherence to treatment. TB treatment. The results were analyzed with the IBM SPSS version 25 program and the inferential analysis was performed looking for the association between variables, for which the Spearman's Rho statistical test was used. Of the 40 patients surveyed, it was observed that within the group of patients who were adherent 35 (87.5%), we found that 3 (7.5%) did not have adequate communication, 3 (7.5%) had medium communication and 29 (72.5 %) had adequate communication, in turn in the group of non-adherent patients 5 (12.5%), we observed 1 (2.5%) had average communication and 4 (10%) had adequate communication. Since the Spearman's Rho value (-0.010) has a negative sign, in addition to the fact that the p-value (0.952) is greater than the alpha (0.05), therefore, the null hypothesis is not rejected. According to the data obtained, it is possible to determine that there is no relationship between the assertive communication of the Nursing professional and the adherence to the anti-tuberculous treatment of the patients who attend the EESS in DIRIS East Lima.
