Publicación Acceso abierto Empatía y satisfacción percibida por los trabajadores mineros atendidos en la clínica de salud ocupacional Holomedic, Lima 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-04-29) Mercado Lengua, Fabiola Olga; Hermoza Moquillaza, Rocío VictoriaThe current perception of dehumanized, low-quality health care, lacking in human warmth, calls into question the ethics and capacity of health professionals, which generates interest in considering people's perception as an indicator of care offered by health personnel; which motivated me to develop this thesis project: "Empathy and satisfaction perceived by the mining workers cared for at the Holomedic occupational health clinic, Lima 2021", Objective: The objetive was to establish the relationship between empathy and perceived satisfaction by mining workers. The instrument used was the survey "Consultation and CARE Relational Empathy" for the empathy variable and the SERVPERF questionnaire for the satisfaction variable, which were validated by the judgment of three experts. For the validity and reliability of the instruments, Cronbach's alpha was performed (0.695 empathy variable and 0.830 satisfaction variable). The information obtained was analyzed with the help of the SPSS v. 22, and for the hypothesis test, the Spearman coefficient was used. Results: Regarding the empathy perceived by the mining workers, the majority had an average level of 57.41%, while 42.59% had a high level of empathy, with respect to the satisfaction perceived by the mining workers, the majority had an average level of 87.04% and only 12.96% had a low level of satisfaction. Conclusions: A relationship was obtained between empathy and the satisfaction perceived by the mining workers treated in the Holomedic occupational health clinic, with a (Rho 0.816), with a p-value less than 0.05, taking into account that there is a level 95% confidence, therefore the alternative hypothesis is accepted, but the null hypothesis is rejected.Publicación Acceso abierto Estrategias de telesalud y la satisfacción del paciente del servicio de cirugía de un hospital de Lima, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-02-11) Márquez Cerda, Mariela Nora; Curisinche Rojas, MaricelaObjective: to determine the relationship between telehealth strategies and the level of patient satisfaction in the surgical service of a hospital in Lima 2021. Methodology: observational, correlational and cross-sectional study, in a probabilistic sample of 191 patients receiving telemedicine care in the surgery service of a national social security hospital in Lima, a survey was applied using a validated and reliable instrument. In the chi-square hypothesis test, a p-value of 0.045 (< 0.05) was obtained, which allowed us to reject the null hypothesis. The nonparametric Spearman correlation coefficient test Rho= 0.145 and p= 0.045 (< 0.05) indicated that the relationship between the two variables is moderate and statistically significant. It was corroborated that there are statistically significant differences with a p-value of 0.000 in the level of satisfaction between the two groups of telehealth strategies. Conclusions: there is a statistically significant relationship (p<0.05) between the telehealth strategy, both by telecall and video-call, with the level of patient satisfaction in the surgical service of a hospital in Lima 2021, being statistically more significant with the video-call.Publicación Acceso abierto Estrés y desempeño laboral en el profesional de enfermería del hospital psiquiátrico Víctor Larco Herrera de Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-08-24) Cuya Calderón, Beatriz Maribel; Hermoza Moquillaza, Rocío VictoriaObjective of the study: To determine how the level of stress is related to work performance in the nursing professional of Víctor Larco Herrera Psychiatric Hospital in Lima, 2022. Result: the degree of correlation between the variables of Stress and Work Performance was by Spearman's Rho. The population that presents stress, 71.9% presents a low/medium level of work performance, while those who did not present stress, 75% present a high level of work performance. Conclusion: It is concluded that there is a link between stress and job performance (p=0.004).Publicación Acceso abierto Evaluación del riesgo nutricional en pacientes adultos del servicio de medicina del hospital Alberto Sabogal - Callao, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-11-08) Liñan Jara, Maycol Adolfo; Pasache Moreno, Julissa MaríaLa investigación titulada ‘Evaluación del riesgo nutricional en pacientes adultos del servicio de medicina del hospital Alberto Sabogal-Callao, 2023’; tuvo como objetivo identificar el riesgo nutricional en pacientes adultos del servicio de medicina del Hospital Alberto Sabogal-Callao 2022.
