The objective of the research was to establish the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding sex education among school-aged adolescents in the district of Iquitos, 2025. For this reason, the methodological framework employed the hypothetical-deductive method, and the research was conducted using a basic quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational design. The population consisted of 19,990 school-aged adolescents in the district of Iquitos, and the sample comprised 377 adolescents, requiring the use of simple random probability sampling. Similarly, a survey was used as a technique, and questionnaires on knowledge about sex education, attitudes toward sex education, and practices related to sex education were administered respectively. The findings show that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes (Sig. = <.001; X2t = 5.99 < X2c = 86.555; gl = 2), there is a significant relationship between knowledge and practices (Sig. = <.001; X2t = 9.49 < X2c = 381.125; gl = 4), and there is a significant relationship between attitudes and practices (Sig. = <.001; X2t = 5.99 < X2c = 69.650; gl = 2). In this sense, it allowed us to conclude that there is a significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding sex education in adolescents, since the Sig. values were <.001 and the assumption was met X2t < X2c.
