The research aims to: Determine the relationship that exists between compliance with Good Dispensing and Prescribing Practices in the Pharmacy Service of the 2 de Mayo Hospital, January-March 2021. The study method was: descriptive, cross-sectional observational, with the basic analysis type, the sample consisted of 377 prescriptions, collected over three months in the Pharmacy Service of the 2 de Mayo Hospital, Lima - Peru. Using the GPP and BPD manual, in order to make the data collection sheets having the reference points the particularities of the prescriptions and in this way evaluate if there is a relationship between compliance with the GPD and GPP attended in the Pharmacy Service of the 2 de Mayo Hospital. The Conclusions with which the research was reached was that the relationship that exists between compliance with GPD and GPP was determined using Spearman's Rho correlation strength, accepting as an alternative hypothesis and having a correlation coefficient of 0.933 showing that it has a very high degree of positive relationship.
Resumen
La investigación tiene como objeto: Determinar la relación que existe entre el cumplimiento de las Buenas prácticas de dispensación y prescripción en el servicio de farmacia del hospital 2 de mayo Enero-marzo 2021. El Método del estudio fue: descriptivo, observacional transversal, con el tipo de análisis básico, la muestra estuvo conformada por 377 recetas, recolectadas durante tres meses en el servicio de farmacia del hospital 2 de mayo, Lima – Perú. Utilizando el manual de BPP y BPD, a fin de hacer las fichas de recolección de datos teniendo los puntos de referencia las particularidades de las recetas y de esa manera evaluar si hay relación entre el cumplimiento de las BPD y BPP atendidas en el servicio de farmacia del hospital 2 de mayo. La Conclusiones con la cual se llegó la investigación que se determinó la relación que existe entre el cumplimiento de las BPD y BPP utilizando, la fuerza de correlación de Rho de Spearman aceptando como hipótesis alternativa y teniendo un coeficiente de correlación de 0,933 mostrando que tiene un grado de relación positiva muy alta.
