Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between psychosocial factors and the burnout syndrome of Nursing staff in the area of growth and development during the covid-19 pandemic of the Diris Lima Norte Health Establishments. Methods: the study will be Quantitative – Correlational. The population will be made up of 142 Health professionals who work in the different Health Establishments of the DIRIS Lima Norte. The sample will be taken between June and November 2022 using the Psychosocial Factors Identification Questionnaire, which aims to obtain data to help determine the psychosocial factors that are related to work stress. Conducted by the Graduate Specialist Vilma Maritza Chavez Romani in her study “Psychosocial factors related to work stress of the Nursing Graduates in the Surgical Center of the María Auxiliadora Hospital 2017”. and the “Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)”, by Cristina Maslach, which will collect data to be processed and evaluate the relationship between both variables to understand how psychosocial factors influence burnout syndrome in health professionals.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre los factores psicosociales y el síndrome de burnout del personal de Enfermería en el área de crecimiento y desarrollo durante la pandemia covid-19 de los Establecimientos de Salud de la Diris Lima Norte. Métodos: el estudio será de tipo Cuantitativa – Correlacional. La población estará conformada por 142 profesionales de Salud que laboran en los diferentes Establecimientos de Salud de la DIRIS Lima Norte. La muestra se tomará entre junio y noviembre del 2022 utilizando el Cuestionario Identificación de Factores Psicosociales que tiene como propósito obtener datos para contribuir a determinar los factores psicosociales que se relacionan al estrés laboral. Realizado por la Licenciada Especialista Vilma Maritza Chavez Romani en su estudio ¨Factores psicosociales relacionado al estrés laboral de las Licenciadas de Enfermería en Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital María Auxiliadora 2017¨. y el ¨Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)¨, de Cristina Maslach, que recogerán datos para ser procesados y evaluar la relación entre ambas variables para conocer cómo influyen los factores psicosociales en el síndrome de burnout en el profesional de salud.
