Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between the knowledge of mothers and compliance with the immunization schedule in children under 1 year of age in a private institution Lima, Peru 2024. Methodology: it had a quantitative approach and the design of the study was non-experimental cross-sectional correlational. The sample was made up of 80 mothers selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The technique used was the survey and the instrument were a questionnaire developed by Anguis and Esteban. in 2017 and adapted by Gabriel, Loardo and Ramos, consists of 16 questions about the first variable and a checklist of observations to test the second variable. The data collected through the use of each tool will be entered into tables created in Excel 2021 and from there into SPSS vs. 27, where descriptive statistics can be performed and presented in tables and figures. Inferential statistics allows you to use hypothesis testing to determine whether a relationship exists between variables. For this purpose, Spearman's nonparametric rho test is used.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre el conocimiento de las madres sobre inmunizaciones y cumplimiento del calendario de inmunizaciones en menores de 1 año en una institución privada Lima, Perú 2024. Metodología: fue de un enfoque cuantitativo y el diseño del estudio fue correlacional de corte transversal no experimental. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 80 madres seleccionadas según los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario elaborado por Anguis y Esteban. en el año 2017 y adaptado por Gabriel, Loardo y Ramos, consta de 16 preguntas sobre la primera variable y una lista de verificación de observaciones para probar la segunda variable. Los datos recopilados mediante el uso de cada herramienta se ingresarán en tablas creadas en Excel 2021 y desde allí en SPSS vs. 27, donde se pueden realizar estadísticas descriptivas y presentarlas en tablas y figuras. La estadística inferencial le permite utilizar pruebas de hipótesis para determinar si existe una relación entre variables. Para este propósito se utiliza la prueba no paramétrica rho de Spearman.
