Resumen
The sterilization center is an exclusive area where it is responsible for providing all services with the sterile medical devices necessary for the care of the user, the performance of the activities the worker may suffer some injury or damage to the detriment of their health, this occupational exposure requires being determined in order to take the necessary prevention and control measures. Objective: to determine the occupational risks presented by the staff of the Sterilization Center of the Dos de Mayo National Hospital between the months of October to December 2021Materials and methods: this research will have a quantitative approach, with a descriptive and cross-sectional methodological design. The population will be made up of 47 workers, both women and men, who work at the Sterilization Center. The data collection technique will be the survey through a questionnaire prepared by the author, the instrument was subjected to expert judgment with validity and reliability tests with an accepted level, it was worked with the Kuder-Richarson dichotomous statistical analysis (1: yes it is favorable and 0: it is not favorable). Each survey will be applied with prior informed consent and respecting ethical principles.
Resumen
La central de esterilización es un área exclusiva donde se encarga de proveer a todos los servicios los dispositivos médicos estériles necesarios para la atención del usuario, el desempeño de las actividades el trabajador puede sufrir alguna lesión o daño en perjuicio de su salud, esta exposición laboral requiere ser determinada para tomar las medidas necesarias de prevención y control. Objetivo: determinar los riesgos laborales que presentan el personal de Central de Esterilización del Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo entre los meses de octubre a diciembre 2021Materiales y métodos: esta investigación tendrá un enfoque de tipo cuantitativo, de diseño metodológico descriptivo y de corte transversal. la población estará conformada por 47 trabajadores entre mujeres y varones que laboran en la central de Esterilización. la técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta atreves de un cuestionario elaborado por la autora, el instrumento fue sometido a un juicio de expertos con pruebas de validez y confiabilidad con nivel aceptado, se trabajó con el análisis estadístico Kuder-Richarson dicotómicas (1: si es favorable y 0: no es favorable). Cada encuesta será aplicada previo consentimiento informado y respetado los principios éticos.
