Resumen
Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and nursing practice on the management of peripherally inserted percutaneous catheter, neonatal intensive care unit. Lima, 2021 Material and method: The research responds to the deductive method, has a quantitative approach, The research study is observational, cross-sectional, descriptive, correlational level, the population that constitutes it is a total of 60 nurses from the neonatal intensive care unit of the San Bartolome Hospital, Lima, Peru. The survey technique was used and the instrument is the questionnaire, which describes the level of knowledge of the nurses of the neonatal intensive care unit called the Questionnaire on knowledge of percutaneous catheters aimed at nursing staff working in the neonatal intensive care unit. It was measured with the Kuder Richardson coefficient because the response is dichotomous. Cronbach's alpha value of 0.719. Likewise, the Guide to procedures on the care applied by nursing staff in the installation of the peripherally inserted venous catheter (PICC) in the Intensive Care Unit was used. It was measured using the statistical test of Cronbach's Alpha coefficient because the response is on a Lickert scale. Cronbach's alpha value of 0.793
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y practica de enfermería sobre manejo del catéter percutáneo de inserción periférica, unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales. Lima , 2021 Material y método: la investigación responde al método , deductivo, tiene enfoque cuantitativo, El estudio de investigacion es observacional de corte transversal de nivel descriptivo correlacional, la población que lo constituye hacen un total de 60 enfermeras de la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales del hospital san Bartolome, Lima,Peru. se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento es el cuestionario , que describe el nivel de conocimiento de las enfermeras de la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales denominado Cuestionario sobre conocimiento de catéter percutáneo dirigido al personal de enfermería que labora en la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales . fue medido con el coeficiente de Kuder Richardson por ser dicotómica la respuesta. valor de alpha de cronbach de 0.719 Asi mismo se empleo .Guía de procedimientos sobre el cuidado que aplica el personal de enfermería en la instalación del catéter venoso de inserción periférica (PICC) en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos fue medido mediante la prueba estadística del coeficiente Alpha de cronbach por estar la respuesta en una escala de lickert. . valor de alpha de cronbach de 0.793
