Objective: To determine the level of workload overload among the nursing team of a state hospital in Lima in 2020. Material and method: The research follows the inductive, deductive, and analytical methods, with a quantitative approach. It is a basic, descriptive study. The population consists of 80 members of the nursing staff from a national hospital. The technique used was the survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire appropriately contextualized and validated by the Peruvian researcher Gonzales in 2018, with a reliability coefficient of 0.92 according to the Kuder-Richardson table, obtained by the author through Kr-20. The measurement instrument, "Workload Overload," consists of 68 questions divided into four dimensions: Mental Load Level (15 items), Physical Load Level (16 items), Shift Work Load Level (13 items), and Organizational Factors Level (24 items). The classification is dichotomous: Yes (1), No (2). Data processing was carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26.0, and Excel for Windows 2016 was used to input data into a structured matrix based on the measurement instrument.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de sobrecarga laboral en el equipo de enfermería de un hospital estatal de Lima- 2020 Material y método: la investigación responde al método inductivo, deductivo y analítico, tiene enfoque cuantitativo, es básica, descriptiva, la población que lo constituye hacen un total de 80 miembros del personal de enfermería de un hospital nacional se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento será un cuestionario debidamente contextualizado y validado por el peruano Gonzales en el años 2018 y con la confiabilidad de 0.92 en la tabla de kuder Richanson , obtenida por dicha autora a través de Kr -20 . la estructura de este instrumento de medición Sobrecarga Laboral , está dividido 68 preguntas y cuatro dimensiones nivel de carga mental (15 item), nivel de carga física (16 item), nivel de trabjo a trunos (13item) y nivel de factores de organización ( 24 item) .La clasificación es dicotómica : Si (1) No (2 ). El procesamiento de datos se hizo haciendo uso del paquete estadístico para las ciencias sociales (SPSS) versión 26.0, asimismo se hizo uso del Excel para Windows 2016 en el vaciado de datos de acuerdo a una matriz estructurada como base de datos en relación al instrumento de medición.
