Resumen
Objective: To establish the relationship between the knowledge and practices of nurses on the care of the neurodevelopment of premature neonates from the neonatology service in a Hospital in Huaraz 2023. Methodology: it will be based on the quantitative approach, with a study of applied type, of, it will also be based on confirmation, of a non-experimental crosssectional type with a sample of 98 nurses who will draw two tools, the first is a knowledge questionnaire, the second is a practical observation guide for nurses in the neurodevelopmental care of premature infants. Descriptive analyzes and inferences will then be carried out using the IBM SPSS version 26.0 program, resulting in the creation of tables and graphs, as well as the degree of association between the variables under study.
Resumen
Objetivo: Establecer la relación entre los conocimientos y las prácticas de enfermeras sobre el cuidado del neurodesarrollo de neonatos prematuros del servicio de neonatología en un Hospital de Huaraz 2023.Metodología: el estudio se basará en el enfoque cuantitativo, con un estudio de tipo aplicado, además se basará en un alcance de correlación, no experimental de corte transversal con una muestra de 60 enfermeras que utilizó dos herramientas, la primera es un cuestionario de conocimientos, el segundo es una guía práctica de observación para enfermeros en el cuidado del neurodesarrollo del prematuro. Luego se realizarán análisis descriptivos e inferencias utilizando el programa IBM SPSS versión 26.0, dando como resultado la creación de tablas y gráficos, así como el grado de asociación entre las variables en estudio.
