The study aims to: "Determine the relationship between the workload of nursing staff and the quality of care in the patient of the emergency service of a Hospital in Lima, 2022". Regarding the methodology, the method will be deductive, with a quantitative approach, type of applied research, correlational design and cross-section. We will work with the total population, which will be made up of 60 nurses from the adult emergency area of a hospital in Lima. 2 instruments that have been validated will be used, the Workload Scale measurement questionnaire, created by Hart and Staveland, validated by Susanibar in 2019 and the self-assessment questionnaire of the quality of nursing care, prepared by Zuñiga K. in the 2021, the Cronbach's Alpha test will be used; For both variables, the first instrument had a reliability of 0.879 and the second of 0.881, for the collection of information a time of no more than 25 minutes will be established for each study subject, the data analysis will be through statistical tables for which Spearman's test will be used; and finally they will be presented in a table and graphs.
Resumen
El estudio tiene como objetivo: “Determinar cuál es la relación entre la carga laboral del personal de enfermería y la calidad del cuidado en el paciente del servicio de emergencia de un Hospital de Lima, 2022”. En cuanto a la metodología, el método será deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación aplicada, de diseño correlacional y corte transversal. Se trabajará con la población total, la cual estará conformada por 60 enfermeros del área de emergencia adultos de un hospital de Lima. Se utilizarán 2 instrumentos que han salido validados, el cuestionario de medición de Escala de carga laboral, creado por Hart y Staveland, validado por Susanibar en el 2019 y el cuestionario de autoevaluación de la calidad del cuidado enfermero, elaborado por Zuñiga K. en el 2021, se utilizara la prueba de Alfa de Cronbach; para ambas variables, el primer instrumento tuvo una confiablidad de 0.879 y el segundo de 0.881, para la recolección de la información se establecerá un tiempo no mayor a 25 minutos por cada sujeto de estudio, el análisis de datos será mediante tablas estadísticas para lo cual se empleara la prueba de Spearman; y finalmente se presentaran en una tabla y gráficos.
