Corresponde a investigación cuantitativa, no experimental, descriptiva, de corte transversal para lo cual se estudió en una muestra de 25 personales de enfermería del servicio de centro quirúrgico a través de la aplicación de una ficha sociodemográfica y el cuestionario Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) adaptado.
