Resumen
The objective of the present study is to determine the relationship between family functioning and the soft skills presented by the students of I. E. 3024 José Antonio Encinas Franco. According to the methodology established by Hernández and Mendoza; This research presents a quantitative approach, the design used is non-experimental, finally it is descriptive and correlational. We work with an oblation sample of 107 secondary school students. The FACES IV instruments and the Soft Skills instrument are used.
Resumen
El objetivo del presente estudio es determinar la relación del funcionamiento familiar con las habilidades blandas que presentan los estudiantes de la I. E. 3024 José Antonio Encinas Franco. Según la metodología establecida por Hernández y Mendoza; esta investigación presenta un enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño que se utiliza es el no experimental, finalmente es de tipo descriptiva y correlacional. Se trabaja con una muestra de oblación de 107 estudiantes del nivel secundario. Se utiliza los instrumentos FACES IV y el instrumento Habilidades Blandas.
