Resumen
This research will be applied to the nursing professional in the area of intensive care and addresses the problem related to the knowledge and practices on biosecurity measures of the central venous catheter of the nursing staff, a condition in which a significant number of patients in the intensive care unit area arrive and which requires specialized knowledge on the part of the nursing staff, in order to assume the correct actions that allow reducing infections of the central venous catheter and subsequent complications.
Resumen
En esta investigación se aplicara al Enfermería en el área de cuidados intensivos y aborda la problemática referido a los conocimientos y prácticas sobre medidas de bioseguridad del catéter venoso central del personal enfermero, condición en la que llega a un significativo número de pacientes del área de unidad de cuidados intensivo y que requiere de conocimientos especializados por parte del personal enfermero , a fin de asumir las acciones correctas que permitan disminuir las infecciones del catéter venoso central y posterior a complicaciones.
