Resumen
The objective of this study is to determine the workload and satisfaction of nurses working in the Emergency Department of the Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz Hospital, Lima-2023". The method of this research is hypothetical deductive, applied quantitative approach, nonexperimental, correlational, cross-sectional design. The population for the present study will consist of 90 nursing graduates. To measure the variables of workload and nurse satisfaction, the survey technique has been estimated with a questionnaire as an instrument for each variable respectively, with validation and reliability of Macedo (2022) "Carga laboral y satisfacción de la enfermera en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital Víctor Ramos Guardia- Huaraz" (Workload and satisfaction of the nurse in the emergency service of the Hospital Víctor Ramos Guardia- Huaraz). To process the data, the information coming from the instruments made available by the IBM SPSS statistical software in its version 26 will be used. The results will be shown in frequency and double-entry tables, in percentages and as numbers. Spearman's Rho test will be performed to determine the connection between the research variables in order to compare them.
Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar la carga laboral y la satisfacción del profesional de enfermería que trabajan en el Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz, Lima 2023”. El método de la presente investigación es hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, correlacional, de corte transversal. La población para el presente estudio estará constituida por 90 licenciados de enfermería. Para la medición de las variables de carga laboral y satisfacción del enfermero se ha estimado la técnica de encuesta con un cuestionario como instrumento para cada variable respectivamente, con validación y confiabilidad de Macedo (2022) “Carga laboral y satisfacción de la enfermera en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital Víctor Ramos Guardia- Huaraz”. Para procesar los datos se utilizará la información procedente de los instrumentos que pondrá a disposición el software estadístico IBM SPSS en su versión 26. Los resultados se mostrarán en tablas de frecuencias y de doble entrada, en porcentajes y como números. Se realizará la prueba Rho de Spearman para determinar la conexión entre las variables de la investigación con el fin de compararlas.
