Publicación Acceso abierto La actividad física y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la especialidad de Terapia Física y Rehabilitación en una universidad privada, 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-01-20) López Núñez, Patricia Esperanza; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe objective of the study determined the relationship between Physical Activity and Academic Performance of the students of the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation specialty of the Norbert Wiener Private University, 2019. The design of this study was nonexperimental, cross-sectional because the data collection was performed in a single moment. Correlational level because it determined the degree of relationship between these two variables, it also corresponds to the hypothetical-deductive method. The statistical data that support this research have been obtained from the World Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) proposed by the WHO, and from the report cards of university students. The study was carried out with a population of 678 and a sample of 245 students. From the statistical test it can be seen that the significance value of p = 0.000; and a Rho Spearman degree of correlation of 0.291; with which it is affirmed that there is a low positive correlation between Physical Activity and Academic Performance.Publicación Acceso abierto Aplicación de Herramientas virtuales y aprendizaje significativo en estudiantes de enfermería de una universidad de Ancash, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-10-06) Salcedo Garayar, Viviana; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe objective of the study was to "Determine the relationship that exists between virtual tools and meaningful learning in nursing students at a university in Ancash, 2023", for this purpose it was developed taking a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational level, As a sample, 152 nursing students were considered, and two questionnaires were taken as instruments, the first belonging to Organista et al. (2017) to measure the use of virtual tools with 30 statements and 4 dimensions and the second a questionnaire to assess the level of significant learning of 12 items and 3 dimensions belonging to Oré and Villegas (2020); all applied through the survey, and had their respective validity through expert judgment and Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.94 and 0.86 respectively; As a result, p<0.05 and Rho= 0.354 were found between the variables studied; concluding according to the finding that there is a direct and moderate relationship between virtual tools and significant learning of nursing students at a university in Ancash, 2023.Publicación Acceso abierto Aplicación de talleres simulados de las claves obstétricas y su influencia en el desempeño académico en estudiantes internos de universidades de Huancayo – 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-09-16) Peña Paucar, Verónika Paola; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe present research sought to demonstrate that the application of simulated workshops of obstetric keys influences the academic performance of internal students of a university in Huancayo-2024, thus reinforcing their knowledge, procedures and attitudes, as well as the students' confidence in the care of pregnant women. The method used was hypothetical deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type, longitudinal experimental design and explanatory scope. 93 students participated in this study, of which 37 were obstetrics interns and 56 students from the 8th and 9th cycle of the specialty, of obstetrics from the different universities of Huancayo; designated to carry out their pre-professional practices in a Maternity Hospital in Huancayo, the questionnaire was used as an instrument, applied to the research participants. The main results were that the simulated workshops significantly influence the academic performance of obstetrics students: these results were scaled as low, medium and high, obtaining 94.6% low level before the implementation of the workshops and 0 after the workshops. %; an average level before the workshops of 5.38% and after the workshops of 9.68%; and a high level before the workshop of 0% and after the workshops at 90.32%. Likewise, it was proven that the dimensions of the dependent variable academic performance: conceptual learning, procedural learning and attitudinal learning are influenced by the independent variable.Publicación Acceso abierto Aprendizaje autogestivo y competencias digitales en estudiantes de obstetricia de una Universidad privada de Lima Metropolitana 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-06-28) Córdova Cueva, Luz Linda; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe aim of this study was to "Determine the relationship between self-managed learning and digital competences in midwifery students at a private university in Metropolitan Lima 2023". The methodology used was hypothetico-deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and descriptive correlational scope. A sample of 80 midwifery students was used, with two valid and reliable questionnaires to measure self-managed learning and digital competences, respectively. It was found that 100 % of the students had high self-managed learning, and with regard to digital competencies, 91.3 % had intermediate competence, while 8.8 % had advanced competence. Regarding the relationship between the two variables, Spearman's Rho test gave a coefficient of .447, while the significance level was 0.000, less than < 0.05. Therefore, it was concluded that there is a positive, medium and statistically significant correlation between self-managed learning and digital competencies in midwifery students.Publicación Acceso abierto Aprendizaje autorregulado y la evaluación formativa en los estudiantes de la segunda especialidad en salud familiar y comunitaria de una universidad particular, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-22) Tello Jimenez, Carmen Paula; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe objective of the study was to determine the relationship between self-regulated learning and the formative evaluation of the students of the second specialty in family and community health of a private university, 2022. The research was carried out under a quantitative approach, positivism paradigm, hypothetical-deductive method, type of applied research nonexperimental cross-correlational design, the study population was 150 students of the second specialty, the sample was 80 students with a non-probabilistic convenience sampling, two validated instruments were used that helped to collect the data. The results showed that there is a significant direct correlation using the Rho Spearman according to the non-parametric statistical non-normal data normality test and a p value of 0.000 less than 0.05, therefore there is a significant relationship. According to the general objective, it is concluded that there is a high significant relationship between self-regulated learning and formative evaluation.Publicación Acceso abierto Aprendizaje autorregulado y la evaluación formativa en estudiantes de la segunda especialidad en una universidad privada de Lima, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-10-31) Grados Zavala, Elida Luisa; Pinto Santome, Carmen Erlinda; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarEl estudio propuso como objetivo “Establecer la relación existente entre el aprendizaje autorregulado y la evaluación formativa en estudiantes de la segunda especialidad en la Universidad Privada Lima, 2024”, empleando una metodología con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y correlacional; la muestra estuvo conformada por 100 estudiantes, y se aplicaron dos instrumentos, el primero un cuestionario de la autoría de Tello (2022) y el segundo un cuestionario de la autoría de Pacheco (2019), ambos contaron con validez de contenido y validez de constructo, obteniendo en este último valores de KMO de 0.899 y 0.916 respectivamente y por la prueba de esfericidad de Bartlett un p < 0.05 en los dos instrumentos; del mismo modo, la confiabilidad fue para el primer instrumento de 0.956 y 0.971 para el segundo cuestionario; lo que indicó que ambos instrumentos contenían los valores aprobados para ser aplicados a la muestra; entre los resultados se obtuvo por medio del r de Pearson un p < 0.05 y r= 0.512 al correlacionar ambas variables; concluyendo que el aprendizaje autorregulado si se relaciona significativamente con la evaluación formativa en estudiantes de la segunda especialidad en la Universidad Privada Lima, 2024.Publicación Acceso abierto Aprendizaje basado en problemas y competencias profesionales en estudiantes de terapia física de un Instituto de educación superior, Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-09-14) Alcarraz Gonzales, Iris Marisol; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe present study entitled "Problem-based learning and professional skills in Physical Therapy students of an Institute of Higher Education, Lima 2022", aimed to determine the relationship between PBL and professional skills in Physical Therapy students. It was a quantitative approach, the method used was hypothetical deductive, the type of research was descriptive correlational of non-experimental design. Applied to 66 students who met the inclusion criteria. The survey was used as a data collection technique using a questionnaire for each variable. The instruments were validated by experts who, considering the studies carried out by Morales and Saldaña (2019) and Toledo (2018), indicated that it is applicable. Reliability was by Cronbach's Alpha with results of 0.851 for ABP and 0.867 for professional skills. The statistical results measured by Spearman's Rho indicated 0.645 and p= 0.001 for the general hypothesis, evidencing a moderate direct relationship between both variables, for which the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. In addition, there are connections of 0.372 and a value of p= 0.001 between active work and professional skills, being direct low; a value of 0.568 and p= 0.001 was also found between teamwork and professional skills. Lastly, connections of 0.687 and a value of p= 0.001 were found between PBL and professional skills. In conclusion, statistically there is a moderate direct relationship between problem-based learning and professional skills.Publicación Acceso abierto Aprendizaje cooperativo y competencias genéricas en estudiantes de la Escuela de Sanidad Naval, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-12-15) García Bernaola, Nina Jeanette; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThis investigation has the objective of determining if there is a relation between cooperative learning and generic competences of nursing students of the Naval Superior School of Healthcare, 2021. The study design was non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational in scope and with a quantitative approach. It was worked with a census sampling on a population of 90 students of the Naval Superior School of Healthcare. The technique used was the survey, with a questionnaire on cooperative learning taken from Guevara (2014) and a generic competencies questionnaire taken from Arévalo (2017). The instruments were validated by five experts and obtained a reliability of 0.880 and 0.911 in Cronbach's Alpha. The Spearman's Rho correlation test was applied to determine if there is a relation between both variables and it was concluded that there is a positive relations between cooperative learning and generic competencies, with a value of 0.765 in Spearman’s Rho and a significance value of p = 0.00 < 0.05, based on which the general hypothesis was accepted, as well as the specific ones.Publicación Acceso abierto Aprendizaje cooperativo y metas académicas en estudiantes de derecho y ciencias políticas de una universidad pública de Ica, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-09-26) Falcón Guerra, Carlos Gustavo; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe master's thesis titled "Cooperative learning and academic goals in law and political science students at a public university in Ica, 2024", the main purpose of the study was to investigate the connection between cooperative learning and the achievement of the academic goals of students. students of the tenth cycle of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences. from a Public University in Ica, during the year 2024. Applied research, with a non experimental design of a quantitative nature using the hypothetical-deductive method. The sample consisted of 92 students, to whom two questionnaires were administered, one to measure each variable on a Likert-type scale. were validated by experts, achieving reliability by applying Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, with a value of 0.912 for variable 1 and 0.923 for variable 2, the result with the findings obtained validated the affirmative hypothesis using Spearman's Rho coefficient (0.681), establishing a significant relationship between cooperative learning and academic goals in the research carried out. Likewise, the specific hypotheses have been confirmed by using Spearman's Rho coefficient, which has led to the conclusion that there is a significant positive relationship between the dimensions and the dependent variable. At the international level, the pandemic forced people to move from face-to-face education to a purely virtual one forcing teachers and students to have to adapt to the new situation. This research aimed to “determine the relationship between academic burnout and virtual education in law students from a private university in Huancayo, 2022” had a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental, transactional, descriptive correlational, method desing hypothetical-deductive. The population was 188 whose sample was 127 students from VII, VIII, X and XII cycle of Law from a private university in Huancayo. The Maslach Burnout Inventory-URPMSS (MBI-URPMSS) and the Virtual Education questionnaire were used. The results showed a degree of weak positive correlation with a Rho Sperarman of 0.295 between the variables academic burnout and virtual education and a significance of 0.001 with a significant correlation. Therefore, there is a relationship between the variables so the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted.Publicación Acceso abierto Calidad del sueño y habilidades metacognitivas en estudiantes de Segunda Especialidad de una universidad de Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-08-13) Jara Soto, Percy Joel; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe quality of sleep has been widely studied in recent years, as well as how it affects the learning and development of activities in people; For this reason, the study presented as its objective "Determine the relationship between sleep quality and metacognitive skills in students of the Second specialty in Cardiorespiratory Therapy of a university in Lima, 2022", for this purpose the study was developed under the quantitative approach and non-experimental design, with a correlational scope; the sample consisted of 80 students of Second specialty; As instruments, questionnaires were applied, through the survey, the first to assess the quality of sleep of the participants, the Carrillo questionnaire (2021), with 22 items with three dimensions and which was adapted from the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index by Buysse et al. to the. (1989), the second to assess metacognitive skills was a questionnaire by Huertas et al. (2014), with 52 items and two dimensions, both instruments after validation by expert judgment were considered applicable, in the same way the reliability was by Cronbach's Alpha of 0.878 for Sleep quality and 0.952 for Metacognitive skills, the data collected were processed and analyzed in SPSS v 25 and as a result it was obtained that there is a significant and positive relationship between the two referred variables, concluding that sleep quality is linked to metacognitive skills in second specialty students with a Pearson r of 0.196 and a significance value of 0.001.Publicación Acceso abierto Competencias digitales e inteligencia emocional en estudiantes de enfermería de una universidad privada de Lima Metropolitana, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2026-02-16) Valderrama Loayza, Hermitaño; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarLas competencias digitales e inteligencia emocional en estudiantes de enfermería se consolidan como un conjunto de habilidades para manejar la tecnología digital en el contexto clínico, como la telemedicina, las capacidades socioemocionales para regular las emociones y adaptarse al entorno virtual demandante en la actualidad. El objetivo fue establecer la influencia de competencias digitales en la inteligencia emocional de los estudiantes de enfermería de una universidad privada de Lima Metropolitana. Para dicho fin se siguió un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, transversal, nivel correlacional causal. La población estuvo conformada por 1524 estudiantes de una universidad privada; la muestra fue de 101 estudiantes de enfermería, muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. La confiabilidad del instrumento a través de Alfa de Cronbach para competencias digitales fue de 0.799; para la variable inteligencia emocional fue 0.850. Para el análisis de los datos, se empleó estadística descriptiva e inferencial, para estimar el grado de influencia; regresión logística ordinal. Los resultados evidenciaron que las competencias digitales influyen de manera significativa en la inteligencia emocional según Nagelkerke, con 0.200, que equivale al 20%. Se concluye que las competencias digitales influyen de manera significativa en la inteligencia emocional en los estudiantes de enfermería, lo cual evidencia que el dominio de las herramientas digitales no solo fortalece el desempeño académico, sino que también contribuye al desarrollo de las habilidades socioemocionales.Publicación Acceso abierto Competencias digitales y práctica docente en la facultad de Ingeniería de Sistemas e Informática en una Universidad Nacional, Lima 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-01-15) Godinez Tello, Carlos Raúl André; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarLa educación digital ha cambiado significativamente el panorama educativo, especialmente en la etapa posterior a la pandemia, donde se hizo evidente la necesidad de reforzar las habilidades digitales en el ámbito del aprendizaje y la enseñanza. En este contexto, la presente investigación busca analizar la relación existente entre la competencia digital y el desempeño docente en profesores de la Facultad de Ingeniería de Sistemas e Informática de una universidad ubicada en Lima, durante el segundo semestre del 2024. Este estudio se desarrolla bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño de tipo no experimental y un nivel correlacional, tomando como muestra a una población total de 80 docentes. Para la recolección de datos, se utilizaron el cuestionario "DigCompEdu Check In" de Cabero-Almenara y Palacios-Rodríguez (2020), el cual consta de 22 ítems distribuidos en 6 dimensiones, así como el cuestionario de Santos Rego et al. (2017), que incluye 12 ítems organizados en 3 dimensiones. El análisis de datos se llevó a cabo mediante la prueba de normalidad Kolmogorov-Smirnov y el coeficiente de correlación r de Pearson. Los resultados indicaron que el valor de p=0.000 y r=0.593, lo que permite establecer que existe una asociación positiva y estadísticamente significativa entre las competencias digitales y el desempeño docente. Research competence refers to the training of teachers in research methodologies and approaches that allow them to improve their educational practice and generate knowledge in their field. On the other hand, teaching performance implies the continuous growth of educators in competencies, skills and knowledge throughout their career. The main objective of this study is to analyze how research competence relates to teacher performance. A quantitative methodology is used to collect and analyze data, which allows obtaining measurable and objective results on the effectiveness of research competence in relation to teaching performance. The results of this research show that there is an asymptotic significance less than equal to 0.001, which leads to the decision to reject the hypothesis raised and concluding that there is a significant relationship between research competence and teaching performance at a probability level of 0.05. According to the Spearman Rho statistic, the calculated value is equal to 0.520, indicating a moderate and positive relationship between both variables.Publicación Acceso abierto Desempeño docente y metas académicas de los estudiantes de pregrado de una universidad pública, Ica – 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-12-05) Jeronimo Castillo, Jorge Antonio; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe research was carried out with the objective of "establishing the relationship between the teaching performance and the academics of the undergraduate students of a public university, Ica - 2022". It was applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational; The sample consisted of 98 Language and Literature students, selected by stratified probabilistic sampling, to whom two questionnaires were applied: the Class Observation Instrument and the Academic Goals Questionnaire. The results reported that there is a significant, direct, and weak relationship between teacher performance and student academic goals according to the Rho Spearman coefficient (p=0.000, r=0.340). Likewise, it was evidenced between the dimensions: class management, teaching conduction and evaluation with academic goals, with a correlation coefficient of r=0.350, r=0.361 and r= 0.390, respectively. It is concluded that the teaching performance and the academics of the undergraduate students of a public university, Ica - 2022 are significantly and directly related, to better teaching performance, better academic goals.Publicación Acceso abierto Estrategia de inducción para mejorar el uso pedagógico de los ambientes virtuales de aprendizaje de una corporación universitaria – Cundinamarca – 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-02-10) Pulido Díaz, Alba Enit; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe objective of the research was to determine if the implementation of the induction strategy improves the pedagogical use of Virtual Learning Environments in LIPID students of a University Corporation in Cundinamarca. It was based on the hypothetical deductive method, under the theory of socio-constructivism, in a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design in which an induction strategy was designed and applied aimed at improving the use of AVAs in their different environments (knowledge, collaboration, advice, experimentation and management). The population was 48 undergraduate students in Early Childhood Education, of which 13 were randomly chosen for the pilot sample and 28 for the study sample. The data were collected through a survey of the students through a questionnaire with 10 sociodemographic questions and 41 disciplinary questions, taking into account the five environments of the AVA under a Likert-type scale; which was validated by 10 expert judges, both methodological and disciplinary. Once the data analysis and validation have been carried out, it is concluded that the implementation of the induction strategy improves the use of Virtual Learning Environments. The research contributes academically since it serves as a reference for other studies in the same line, taking into account that induction strategies at the education level are poorly documented and that it is a prevailing need in the educational context of higher education.Publicación Acceso abierto Estrategias de afrontamiento y el estrés académico de los estudiantes de enfermería de una universidad privada de Lima, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-01-31) Ormeño Santisteban, Rosario Milagros; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe objective set was to establish the relationship between coping strategies and academic stress of nursing students at the Private University of Lima, 2023. Regarding to the material and method, the research was developed under the quantitative approach, through a non-experimental design correlational, and applied type. The population was 100 students made up of V, VI, VII cycle of the School of Nursing. The instruments used were the Stress Coping Questionnaire for the coping strategies variable and the SISCO Academic Stress Questionnaire that will measure the level of academic stress. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis was the parametric correlation coefficient r Pearson, a p=0.001 < 0.05 and r= 0.337 were found, this would mean that according to the result there is a significance less than 0.05, therefore the hypothesis is accepted alternates and the null hypothesis is rejected, likewise a Pearson's R of 337 was found, which means that it is direct and of moderate intensity in the sample. The present investigation proposed to elaborate a program with the use of the Matlab software in the didactic strategies to favor the mathematical learning of the Complex Variable course in Engineering students of a Peruvian university, 2022. The quantitative approach was used; the study was of the applied type and the design was preexperimental. The research was carried out through an academic program of 20 pedagogical sessions directed to 64 students; in them, mainly the didactic strategy, problem solving, making the use of said software was implemented. The results when applying the contrast statistical technique of the Wilcoxon test yielded a sig=0.000<0.05; therefore, the alternative hypothesis was accepted: the scores obtained in the prost and pretest tests were 18.36 and 11.05, respectively, which show that there were substantial improvements when applying the academic program. Research has shown that psychosocial factors, such as the work environment, stress, motivation, and social support, are determinants of faculty satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct relationship between psychosocial factors and the job satisfaction of university faculty members at a public university in Piura. A basic research study was conducted using a hypothetical-deductive method, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional correlational design, and a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 80 teachers from the Faculties of Industrial Engineering and Mechatronics, who were administered two questionnaires on psychosocial factors and job satisfaction S20/23. The results showed that this relationship is negative and of moderate magnitude. Spearman's rho = -0.429 and p = 0.000. This means that as psychosocial factors become more unfavorable, job satisfaction decreases among teachers. In the Job Satisfaction variable, 56.3% had a high level of job satisfaction, 38.8% had a medium level, and only 5% had a low level. This means that as psychosocial factors become more unfavorable, job satisfaction decreased among teachers.
