Study that aims to determine how the use of ICT resources are related to the improvement of natural science learning in 5th grade students from an educational institution in Santa Bárbara, Santander, Colombia. Methodologically the study is non-experimental, with a quantitative research approach. Twenty-two students participated, ranging in age from 8 to 11 years. A questionnaire on the use and knowledge of computer resources and a written evaluation on the learning of the natural sciences in the topic of global warming were used as instruments in three basic competences: concept appropriation, knowledge building and problem solving, results Show that there is a direct relation between the knowledge and use of ICT resources and the learning of the natural sciences in 5th grade students, in the appropriation of concepts (Spearman's rho: 0.8); Knowledge building (0.82) and problem solving (0.72).

Aplicación de la herramienta digital Geogebra en el proceso de aprendizaje de la función lineal en el grado noveno del Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria de Cimitarra Santander 2017

The objective of this research was to determine the extent to which the use of the GeoGebra tool influences the understanding of the linear function in ninth grade students of the Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria in Cimitarra Santander. The study was framed in an experimental design of quasi-experimental level. We worked with a population of 138 students of ninth grade, of which 70 students were selected as sample, so that an experimental group was established (formed by the ninth grade "C", with 36 students, who interacted with the digital tool GeoGebra) and a control group (Ninth Grade "A" with 34 students that was used as a witness), which were selected naturally as constituted in the institution. A pre-test was applied to the two groups in order to take a baseline and use it as a reference. Then the two groups were subjected for 13 sessions to the study of the linear function, with the difference that the experimental group (9ºC) was exposed to the influence of the GeoGebra digital tool and the control group to the traditional methodology, to develop this theme. Finally, a knowledge test on the aforementioned subject was applied again, in order to verify the fulfillment of the objectives and to check or reject the hypotheses. As a result, it was obtained that 100% of the students in the experimental group passed the test with a grade equal to or higher than 55 points, the average of this group was 78.19, which turned out to be 22.9 points higher than that obtained by the group. control that was of 55.29 and in addition half of the experimental group obtained notes superior to 80; 25 points more than the control group in this same indicator that was 55. It was evident that the continuous exposure to the digital tool Geogebra allowed to understand the concept and the different forms of expression of the linear function and were able to solve problems of their school environment , on this subject in a more easy and practical way.

The present research project whose theme is Application of Digital Tools and Web 2.0 Resources for the Achievement of Digital Competencies of Teachers of the Private Higher Education Institute of Banking Training CERTUS - Lima - Peru - 2014 ", deals with existing problems during the class sessions at the moment that the teachers have little knowledge on how to apply technological tools in their daily activities, likewise the students indicate that there is little interest in the fulfillment of their work, the teachers of the Private Higher Education Institute of Banking CERTUS Training of the academic year 2014, Lima is the lack of updated training in the use of pedagogical tools that help the development of the class, this due to the lack of academic advice regarding the utility that could have this tool causing an insufficient academic coordination difficult generation of nu evo models of information sharing, the methodology to be used for the study, methods and techniques of information collection were applied with surveys directed to the teachers of the institution as a study population, in addition statistical statistical tools were used to have a better analysis of the results , then proceeded to the development of a training on the management of web 2.0 tools for teachers of the Institute of Private Higher Education Banking Training, thus helping to improve the teaching-learning process for teachers in students of the educational institution, since by strengthening the use and use of digital tools and web 2.0 resources, progress will be made in updating new content for curricular activities in the different subjects, thereby improving the teaching-learning process as well as the use of content educational activities that contribute to the interaction and communication between the teacher and the students.

This thesis which is entitled "Implementation of a program to strengthen tic competences in teaching, school José Elías Puyana Floridablanca 2013" contains the research done in this educational institution on the use of Tic by principals and teachers. the present study according to the purposes thereof, leads us to make an applied according to the scope and the results of experimental research. in order to test the hypothesis surveys and interviews were conducted with a sample 60 teachers leaving two groups of teachers. a control group of 30 teachers and an experimental group in equal numbers tics program that seeks to promote training to true ownership of usable classroom ICT was applied, which involves developing skills ethical, technical and technological, communication and teaching so that teachers get to strengthen their ability to search, analyze and evaluate information found on the Internet; solve problems and analyze and publish information, using ICT resources efficiently, with creativity and innovation to contribute to knowledge and education. In conclusion it can be seen that arguments give sustainability to the hypothesis testing. With the application of an ICT program in the teachers of the school José Elías Puyana, there was a significant change, observing the following: in the ethical competition, an average value of 2.82 is given in the pretest of the experimental group, and An average value of 3.97 in the posttest of the same group, in the communicative competence there is an average value of 2.84 in the pretest of the experimental group, and an average value of 3.95 in the Posttest of the same group, in the technological competition gives an average value of 2.91 in the pretest of the experimental group and an average value of 3.76 in the posttest of the same group and in the pedagogical competition a value in The mean of 2.91 in the pretest of the experimental group and an average value of 3.76 in the posttest of the same group, data that are observed in the tables of the annexes 8 and 9.

The present work of investigation has as principal aim the determine the measure in which the aplication of an educational software that uses the tool flash Our Lady influences in the learning of the Englishman in the pupils of the educational institution the Antigua Sorca Abajo of the municipality sedates again Colon Boyacá, year 2016. It is a study of type applied with experimental design. Our Lady of the Antigua took as sample the total of the population of 90 pupils. From value of z = - 8,033 and p = 0,000 <0.05, one thought that there exists influence of the implementation of an educational software that uses the tool flash on the learning of the Englishman. Of equal form, the treatment influenced improving each of the dimensions of the dependent variable: conceptual, procedural Learning and actitudinal.

El aprendizaje significativo y el uso de las TIC en la enseñanza de la informatica de los estudiantes del grado noveno de la Institucion Educativa Sagrado Corazon de Paz de Ariporo Casanare

The purpose of this study is to determine if there is a relationship between the use of ICT and significant learning in students of the ninth grade of the Sagrado Corazón de Paz Educational Institute of Ariporo Casanare Colombia in 2014. The research is descriptive and a correlational descriptive design was used to test the hypothesis. The results of the research were obtained from data collected from a sample of 29 students selected statistically, and with a methodology with a non-experimental approach. To obtain and process data, the survey and observation were used, with data collection instruments and the survey questionnaire. The results show that yes, there is a direct relationship between the use of ICT and significant learning in the ninth grade students, according to the relationship obtained between ICT use and significant learning cognitive (0,668), procedural (0,611) and attitudinal (0,578), considering a value of p <0.05.

The objective of this research is to determine how the Blogger technological tool is correlated the academic performance of the Spanish area of the fifth grade students of the Superior Normal School of the Municipality of Villahermosa Tolima in 2018, based on the dimensions of computer network infrastructure, didactic material and the web. Starting from the identification is correlated of the Blogger technological tool as an independent variable and the academic performance as a dependent variable. After identifying the problematic and contextualizing the field of research, the main objective is identified: Determine how the Blogger technological tool is correlated the academic performance of the Spanish area of the fifth-grade students of the School's headquarters Normal Superior of the Municipality of Villahermosa Tolima in the year 2018. The research is basic, in the development a quantitative approach was used, under a correlational descriptive methodological design, through the use of the chi square method, which allowed to observe the behavior of the results of the data. Based on a survey applied to a significant sample of 65 fifth grade students who are part of the headquarters of the Higher Normal School Educational Institution of Villahermosa Tolima. For the solution to the problem have been taken into account various research carried out at international, national and local level, where authors such as (García, 2011), whose research focuses on the creation of an educational blog as an ICT tool applied to education; another author like (Aguilón, 2012) which had the purpose of motivating teachers to implement the blog as a communication and information tool; On the other hand, in Colombia (Padilla, 2014) concludes that the blog is a tool that facilitates the learning of physical education. Finally, it can be concluded that the use of the blog as an educational tool facilitates teaching-learning processes and positively affects the academic performance of students, as it facilitates interaction and presents information in a more interesting and interesting way for students.

The teaching-learning process aims to train children and young problem solvers, critical and analytical to apply in every time and place where they are, in order to respond to a changing society. Basic education is responsible for developing skills, abilities, skills, study strategies in order to develop logical thinking of students. The escaza preparation by teachers in the implementation of active teaching strategies in the teaching has made that students have a low level of mathematical logical thinking and learning it impinges on all areas of study. Faced with this situation, the research addresses the issue of mathematical logical thinking from the use of virtual blog and its impact on academic performance. Research on the low logical thinking in students of the educational institution Real Campestre La Sagrada Familia, headquarters; It allowed to demonstrate the problem in their size, so an alternative solution arises. This alternative solution is developed through the use of the methodology 2.0 blog, where students solve different exercises that involve math skills to promote learning from them. Specifically, the virtual blog was fed with activities involving the approach and solution of problem situations and subject-object interaction; using learning objects, because it was shown that the application of a strategy mediated by technological tools, can help overcome cognitive deficits of students in the area of mathematics. The main finding was the difference in yield, after working in the virtual blog; because the progress of the students gave significantly because of the teaching strategies and integrated into blog content area of mathematics. The most important recommendation is that teachers regularly use virtual blog, and several audiovisual resources; because these teaching strategies allow students an active and efficient participation in the learning process, which will contribute to the development of their mathematical logical thinking.

El Edublog y su influencia en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de tercero y cuarto primaria de la sede B del instituto veintiséis de marzo- Barrancabermeja, 2014

The main objective of this thesis is to determine the influence of Edublog in improving the learning of the third and fourth primary students of the “sede B” of the Instituto Veintiséis de Marzo de Barrancabermeja-2014, taking into account the attitudinal, procedural and cognitive dimensions of the learning process. An initial test was apply to identify the dimensions and created two educational blogs with the purpose of serving as didactic strategies for the orientation of the students of third and fourth primary respectively. The Edublogs had the functions of information, to promote participation and to consolidate contents according to the topics treated in the class and according to the educational needs of the students. After the intervention in the educational blogs, the initial instrument was apply again to determine if there are changes in the dimensions for the learning variable. The methodology used to obtain the data analysis consisted of a type of applied research, with a pre-experimental design. In order to access the information, the survey was use and a questionnaire was use as instrument, which was apply to the students of the third and fourth grades of the elementary level of primary education of said educational institution. The questionnaire consisted of 15 items that were apply under the Likert scale and were performer in two moments, an input test and an output test, in order to identify changes in student learning. For the validity of the questionnaire, three members made an Expert judgment and for its reliability; Cronbach's Alpha was use through the SPPS statistical program, giving favorable results for the use of the instrument. Information was consolidate in a database and organized into bar charts using averages. In order to properly analyze and test the hypotheses, we used the test for means of two samples. In the investigation, we conclude affirmatively that there is a great influence in the use of Edublog in the learning of the students of third and fourth primary taking into account the dimensions: attitudinal, procedural and cognitive, and according to the quantitative data observed in the verification. The hypothesis recommendations are provide to enrich the educational experience using the Edublog.

The present investigation called the use of virtual learning environments improves academic performance of students in the fifth degree of the educational institution well Otters 2 of the municipality of El Carmen de Chucurí, had as its objective to determine to what extent the use of virtual environments influence the improvement of the academic performance of students. Working with a sample of 22 fifth-grade students of the educational institution, which represents 5% of 100% of the total population of the group. This study is applied methodology with a deductive database type within a quantitative approach. An instrument was designed for the collection of data that corresponded to a survey, the same that catered to the indicators that in turn respond to the dimensions raised in the work. With the results obtained are able to identify the shortcomings of the students in their learning process by isolating the causes of these difficulties and achieving with this propose a solution to remedy the problems evidenced.

La estrategia del uso de tableros digitales como instrumento de apoyo pedagógico, incentiva al aprendizaje de los estudiantes del grado sexto en la asignatura de Lengua Castellana del Instituto Educativo León de Greiff de Aguazul 2015

The entry of the XXI century brought with it the technological advance and the opening to the educational globalization in which new ways of thinking, acting and conceiving the world arise. Hence, the idea of integrating information and communication technologies -Tic- into the curriculum; is part of the teaching - learning of the changing world. Colombia has not been unaware of these changes and demands from the Ministry of National Education (MEN) to implement educational content in thematic institutions supported by the use of technology. The research called "The strategy of the use of digital boards as a pedagogical support instrument, encourages the learning of sixth grade students in the subject of Spanish Language of the Leon de Greiff Educational Institute of Aguazul 2015", whose main objective of the study consisted in to awaken in the students educational competences that allowed the student to be formed as an Integral Being. The target population is centered on the students of the Educational Institution Leon de Greiff with a population sample made up of 22 students of the sixth grade, group to whom the direct observation sheet was applied with a content of 13 observations designed under the knowledge of the cognitive, procedural and attitudinal dimensions. The application of the data collection was directed to the students belonging to the control group and experimental group; each consisting of 11 students. Fieldwork was carried out at two time points - before and after - in order to obtain relevant data that allowed important findings for research; therefore, using the SPSS the Shapiro Wilk test was applied to determine the distribution of normality; and the verification of the experiment through the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test. It is concluded that the strategy of using the digital whiteboard positively impacts the learning process, the avidity, the commitment and the motivation to acquire new knowledge on the part of the students as well as increases the collaborative work, the interaction and makes possible the utilization of diverse resources facilitating the understanding of the subjects.

The objective of the investigation investigated "Methodological strategies and significant learning of the financial mathematicstics in the Institute of Banking Training Headquarters Independencia 2015"; It is to analyze the relationship between methodological strategies using the different TICSTICS tools and Financial functions of the Excel application program and the significant learning of financial mathematicstics in the students of the Institute of Bank Training; The problem was studied and it was concluded that a uniform methodology for the application of TICSTICS is scarce, in terms of the use of the Excel application program and the financial functions provided by the same program, all that entails To what is significant learning in the student. The research responds to the quantitative approach and non-experimental design. The study population was students of the II bank banking cycle of the Institute of Banking Training Independence, where the instruments were applied according to the objectives of the study, the sample consisted of 41 students. To obtain additional information, we worked with the teaching staff of the financial mathematicstics course, which was made up of 8 teachers. Among the most outstanding results is that teaching methodologies are not uniform, that is, to test all the appreciations of both students and teachers. The study concludes that the applications of methodological strategies uniformly by teachers result in an optimal educational standard for students of the institution, which guarantees their educational and professional training.

We live in a society undergoing a technological development, day after day, which has influence in all aspects of life, especially in the educational aspect, where you can take advantage and develop new teaching methodologies that allow you to take full advantage of information and communications technologies; reason by which is intended to determine the influence of these in the development by competencies in the area of mathematics. The present investigation called "Use of ICT and development" competency in high school students in the Rural educational institution El Rosal - Colombia in the year 2015 purpose was to learn how the inclusion of ICT in the teachinglearning process facilitates the acquisition of skills in the students of the educational institution mentioned and which have shown through the use of techniques such as direct observation and survey This work corresponded to a field study longer than the collection of data through a questionnaire, was done in the environment in which people live. Is could observe the end changes positive in the attitude of them students facing them mathematics, an improvement in the appearance academic and management of tools technology applied to them mathematics. Also in conceptual learning the 0.67 points change, occurred in the procedural learning was given a change of 0.61 and learning attitudinal change was 0.77 points.

The main objective of this work was to determine the management of the teacher and the academic performance of biology students of the 7th grade of the Institución Educativa Técnica Empresarial Alberto Castilla of the city of Ibague 2016, analyzing the different factors involved in the Academic performance. A basic design with a quantitative approach was used, with a correlational, descriptive method that allows studying this phenomenon from the point of view of students. To this end, the technique (survey) was applied to the 67 students, the bar diagram was used, which allows to show percentage of the relationship between the teacher's management and the academic performance; In relation to competency-based curricula, didactic strategies and evaluation, since they are based on the development of students' skills and abilities for the fulfillment of basic, disciplinary and labor competencies, that strengthen the levels of learning posed in The dependent variable, taking into account the cognitive, procedural, attitudinal and coexisting levels, that allowed to analyze the problems of the level of performance of the students; The frequency crossing between the dimensions of the variables was then performed and the Chi square statistic was used through the IBM SPPS Statistics version (22.0) of August 2013. The data released were analyzed and thus concluded to meet the objectives and establish recommendations that lead to strengthen the improvement plan of the Educational Institution.

This degree work shows the importance and influence of TIC in the educational context of the mathematics subject. It begins with a reflection at a general level, to continue delving into the area of mathematics and the stage of Primary Education (4th grade). Several investigations and experiences using TIC in the mathematics classroom are described, and with some conclusions that try to answer some of the questions raised in the work. The curriculum of the educational institution is analyzed, both its general and specific part of the area of mathematics. Through descriptive research we seek to raise some direct influences on the effectiveness of playful learning mediated by the use of TIC in that area, as well as aspects that affect the management of a class in general and specific mathematics using TIC. The approach is quantitative, the sample is non-probabilistic census type. Also, taking into account the characteristics of the object of study where there is no extreme manipulation of variables, the research is based on real facts to a group within a defined time, the design that was adjusted to these particularities is the non-experimental and using the observation, experimentation and characterization in which children manage to appropriate the numerical thinking in a playful and favorable way. For the validation of the information, the analysis using the Alfa-Cronbach test was used, in order to measure the reliability of the information, and it was also intended to demonstrate the strengthening of competent beings in the handling of mathematics within a rural context, where students are immersed from reality and technology, in addition to this lack of management of some educational tools by teachers does not improve skills in the field of mathematics, for this it was found that it is required of a teacher who thinks about the possibility of fostering enriched environments of learning, in which everyday situations are the pillar for the formulation and posing of problematic and contextualized situations, which allow the understanding of aspects as abstract as the effective play concepts mediated by TIC.

The process of Teaching - Learning of the Social Sciences in the Departmental Technical Educational Institution of Our Lady of Health, was considered as a space for participation, for learning and training in being, doing, knowing and living, where they were oriented significant pedagogical proposals. Unfortunately, the learning of Social Sciences for most students has become a little motivating, training and enriching process that allows to assume from other perspectives the applied knowledge of this area in the daily life of each one of the students. In this sense, it was necessary to implement a pedagogical proposal: ICT through the use of Virtual Learning Objects, which allowed access to Social Sciences with a more integrative vision, contrasted to individual, social and global realities. A research project was developed that started from the students' own interests in the area of Social Sciences, proposing a proposal focused on the OVA, as teaching tools that can favor the teaching - learning processes and the impact of these on work. cooperative and collaborative. The research process was quantitative experimental, through a control course group and an experimental one to which the OVA-based pedagogical strategy was applied, which later evidenced the contrasts in achieving a better learning process. This allowed to quantitatively establish the impact of ICT, specifically the OVA in the learning process in the area of social sciences and the analysis of the results obtained, which allowed to establish the types of relationships on the established problem.

This design is applied in a real situation by forming non-random groups Two tests (pretest and posttest) were applied for the purpose of collecting data, following the standards and guidelines of the Ministerio de Educación Nacional for the 9th grade. These instruments were validated by a group of experts, who determined its applicability in the investigation. It has a population of relatively small size, for which a census was carried out to the entire population (86 students). There were two groups: 9-1 as an experimental group with 43 students and 9-2 as a control group with 43 students. For the analysis, the non-parametric U-test of Mann-Whitney was performed since the data did not fit the normal distribution. The results in the research show that there is no influence between the implementation of the Moodle platform in the learning of random thinking, from the point of view of inferential statistics since there were no significant differences. Although there was an improvement from a qualitative point of view, because the results were slightly higher in the posttest for both groups and in each of the dimensions. Even this effect was presented with a low percentage (3% to 5% depending on the dimension), the advantages and benefits of the platform are seen to be implemented in the classes.

The present work has as principal aim manage determine the influence of the implementation of the Blended Learning in the learning of the natural sciences in students of the degree 11 of the educational institution Go out For Her Manrique - Colombia, 2017; being the type applied and of experimental design (pre experiment), the sample belonged 62 pupils, the technology was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire to analyze the level of learning, the approach was quantitative. One thought that there exists influence of the implementation of the Blended Learning in the learning of the natural sciences (value of Z = - 3,521 and value of p = 0,000); of similar form that exists influence of the implementation of the Blended Learning in each of the dimensions analyzed of the learning: The comprehensive use of the scientific knowledge (value of Z = - 3,342 and value of p = 0,001), the explanation of phenomena (value of Z = - 2,257 and value of p = 0,024), and the investigation (value of Z = - 2,796 and value of p = 0,005). Finally, the dimension "Explanation of phenomena" was where a major significant improvement was achieved, followed by the dimension "Investigation" and the dimension "Comprehensive use of the scientific knowledge".

This research is framed within the guidelines and educational Colombian policies of the Ministry of National Education (MEN) and the National Plan of Bilingualism and in order to improve the quality of education and the academic level in whole country and specially in the students of eighth grade from Braulio Gonzalez School, favoring the learning of four communicative skills of English language through individual, continuous work for the processes across the appropriate use of information Technology and Communications (ICT) in the teaching - learning process. Today's world requires competent persons occupationally, and as educators we must prepare for the demands of today's society. To reach this goal we must improve the quality of education, and among these improvements is the exploration of new contributions that technology gives us. With all this, young people must be able to perform with ability to face the new challenges that come your way. With the help of technology students will acquire skills that will contribute to your training as people and the high level of proficiency in communication skills in a foreign language (English). It is important to conceive the technologies of the information and communication as educational instruments inside and out of the classroom, which facilitate the comprehension and acquisition of the language, which allows that students grow up intellectually in all areas of knowledge and human developed, through the use of the four basic skills (listening- speaking – reading and writing) which allows the students be able to communicate in any country of foreign speaking. For this reason, the use of the social networks Facebook, You Tube and Skype helps to call the attention and development of communicative skills in the students, doing of the language a tool to create new environments of education – learning, with activities and more interactive, entertaining and motivating resources in a real context where the way of life of the young people interferes.

Influencia de las TIC en el aprendizaje del área de geometría en los estudiantes de la institución educativa “Francisco José de Caldas”, ciudad de Manizales – 2015

Objective: Determine the influence that the use of TIC in the learning of the area of geometry of the students of the educational institution "Francisco José de Caldas" of the city of Manizales, Colombia in the year 2015. Methodology: Quasi-experimental research applying pre-test and post test to two homogeneous population groups of grade 9, keeping in one of them the traditional teaching scheme 9 with 30 students, and in the other 9b with 34 students, a didactic strategy mediated by ICT, such as internet, specialized software, video tutorials and multimedia tools, for 10 weeks. Results: It confirms the general hypothesis that ICT significantly influence the learning of the area of geometry in students of the educational institution "Francisco José de Caldas" of the city of Manizales, which was validated statistically through the realization of t test for paired or related samples from the non-parametric approach, ie a Wilcoxon rank test. Conclusions: The use of ICT in teaching geometry positively influences students' performance by allowing a better understanding of concepts and problem solving with greater easy, facilitating meaningful learning through a technological environment that motivates and brings knowledge
