Publicación Acceso abierto Actividad física y calidad de vida en los estudiantes del 4to y 5to grado de secundaria de una institución educativa estatal, Ate Vitarte 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-12-13) Palomino López, Renzo Ronaldo; Diaz Mau, Aimee YajairaLos estudios que exploran la relación entre la actividad física y la calidad de vida en jóvenes están limitados, especialmente en momentos donde estas prácticas no se realizan de manera adecuada y no se cumple las recomendaciones mínimas que indica la OMS, por ello es la siguiente investigación que tiene por título “ACTIVIDAD FÍSICA Y CALIDAD DE VIDA EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL 4TO Y 5TO GRADO DE SECUNDARIA DE UNA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA ESTATAL ATE VITARTE 2024”, su objetivo fue determinar si la actividad física y la calidad de vida en los estudiantes se relacionan . La muestra está conformada por 150 estudiantes de la institución educativa estatal, se aplicó el muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Metodología de investigación utilizada fue hipotético-deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación fue básico, observacional, descriptiva no experimental, con diseño transversal y correlacional, los instrumentos que se utilizo es el cuestionario de PAQ-A para evaluar la actividad física y el cuestionario KIDSCREEN-52 para evaluar calidad de vida. Resultados: El 48.7% de los estudiantes fueron de 15 años, los hombres representaron el 52% de la población y las mujeres el 48%, referente al nivel de actividad física el 91.3% representaron una actividad física baja y el 96% de los estudiantes representaron una calidad de vida moderada. Conclusiones: En el estudio, la mayoría de los estudiantes de 4to y 5to de secundaria tiene 15 años y son del sexo masculino, el nivel de actividad física de los estudiantes fue bajo, mientras que su calidad de vida se ubicó en un nivel moderado. Methodology: The research adopts a quantitative approach, using the hypothetical-deductive method, applied type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional study, and correlational level. The population consists of 80 patients attending the Nephrology Department. Two questionnaires will be applied: “Evaluación de la Adherencia Terapéutica” developed by Claudia Bonilla (Colombia) and validated in Peru by Sánchez with 86% agreement through expert judgment, and the KDQOL-SF-36 questionnaire designed by Ware JE (United States) and validated in Peru by Flores with 89.20% agreement through expert judgment. Both instruments are reliable, with Cronbach's alpha values of 0.81. The database will initially be constructed in Excel, and the statistical software SPSS version 26.0 will be used to create contingency tables and establish the relationship between variables. Methodology: Quantitative, correlational, non-experimental study and cross section. The population was made up of 210 patients who attended the clinic in the month of May, in which instruments that included demographic variables were used: the Morisky–Green test (adherence) and the MINICHAL (quality of life). Results: Of a total of 210 patients, 20.5% were adherent, 51.4% evidenced health-related quality of life in a high range. Between the variable Adherence to pharmacological treatment and Health-related quality of life, the test obtained a significance value of 0.008 (p < 0.05), which indicates that there is a relationship. The Morisky Green test and the MINICHAL were used as measurement instruments. Results: In the research hypothesis, there is a significant relationship between adherence to treatment and quality of life (p<0.05). In the specific hypotheses, a significant relationship was found in both cases (p<0.05). Materials and methods: This study was quantitative, its methodological design was correlational-cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 114 participants. The data collection technique was the survey and the instruments used to measure the variables were the Morisky Green Scale and the MINICHAL Questionnaire. Results: Of the 114 participants, 70.2% were female (n = 80) and their average age was 50.61 years. Regarding the general hypothesis, it was found that there is a significant relationship between adherence to treatment and quality of life (p <0.05). Sin embargo, existen diversos factores que intervienen con la adherencia y que pudieran influir en las condiciones de vida; de esto deriva el Objetivo “determinar la relación entre adherencia al tratamiento y calidad de vida en pacientes oncológicos de un Instituto de Enfermedades Neoplásicas”; para ello se utilizará como Metodología un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo y de diseño correlacional, cuya población estará compuesta por 197 pacientes de consultorios externos que reciben tratamiento de quimioterapia y/o radioterapia ambulatoria. Se empleará como técnica de estudio la encuesta para lo cual se hará uso de dos cuestionarios para la recolección de datos, para la variable 1 el cuestionario la escala sobre adherencia al tratamiento EAT y para la variable 2 respecto a la calidad de vida el cuestionario EORTC QLQ-30, finalmente los datos obtenidos se analizarán utilizando programas estadísticos como Microsoft Excel y el SPSS versión 22. Por ello en este estudio tiene como Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación entre la adherencia al tratamiento y la calidad vida en pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica en hemodiálisis del Hospital del Seguro Social Callao, 2024. Metodología: Método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación aplicada, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y nivel correlacional. Población: Estará conformada por 80 del servicio de nefrología en hemodiálisis. Dos encuestas como técnicas y dos cuestionarios como instrumentos, servirán para la recolección de la información para la investigación, para los cuales se tomará como referente el trabajo de Zapana del año 2023 aplicado a nivel nacional exitosamente. La validación contó también con el juicio de tres expertos quienes aprobaron el instrumento con un valor de 95% para el instrumento 1 y 98% para el instrumento 2. Para la confiabilidad se realizó una prueba piloto con 20 personas para evaluar la fiabilidad del instrumento y el alfa de Cronbach resultó ser de 0,835 y 0.970 para el instrumento 2. El tipo de investigación es de naturaleza no experimental, descriptivo, correlacional, corte transversal y prospectivo destinada a aplicarse a un grupo de 80 personas de acuerdo al perfil de los criterios esenciales de inclusión, utilizando encuestas como método, aplicando un instrumento validado denominado Escala de Estrategias Coping Modificada (EEC-M) que mida el afrontamiento emocional y otro instrumento llamado STOMA QQL para evaluar la calidad de vida de los individuos con ostomía. El procesamiento, análisis de información, utilizará primero Microsoft office Excel, seguido del software SPSS versión 23. Los hallazgos encontrados se expresarán en forma de gráficos y tablas y para evaluar la conexión entre variables de estudio, se empleará el coeficiente de Pearson.
