La presente investigación tiene como finalidad presentar la relación entre el uso de las TIC y la labor pedagógica de los docentes de la Institución Educativa Santa María del municipio de Ubaté-Cundinamarca-Colombia. Se manejó un tipo de investigación aplicada, de nivel descriptivo correlacional, con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y enfoque cuantitativo; donde se analizó una muestra censal de 60 docentes a través de dos cuestionarios, los cuales fueron validados a través de juicio de expertos y se determinó el grado de confiabilidad mediante el Alfa de Cronbach; cuestionario uso de las TIC (α=0,948) y el cuestionario de labor pedagógica (α=0,925). Para determinar la relación entre las variables se usó el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman. De los resultados se concluye que existe evidencia estadística suficiente para determinar que el uso de las TIC se relaciona significativamente con la labor pedagógica de los docentes (ρ=0,938 y p valor =0,000); por lo tanto se acepta la hipótesis general, la cual indica que existe una relación directa y significativa entre el uso de las TIC y la práctica pedagógica del docente en la Institución Educativa Santa María, de Ubaté - Colombia, en el año 2014.
Resumen
The present investigation has as purpose present the relation between the use of the TIC and the pedagogic labor of the teachers of the Educational Institution Santa Maria of Ubaté-Cundinamarca-Colombia's municipality. Correlacional managed a basic type of investigation, of descriptive level, with a not experimental design of transverse court and quantitative approach; where there was analyzed a sensual sample of 60 teachers across two questionnaires, which were validated across experts' judgment and the degree of reliability decided by means of Cronbach's Alfa; questionnaire I use of the TIC (a=0,948) and the questionnaire of pedagogic labor (a=0,925). To determine the relation between the variables there was used the coefficient of Spearman's correlation. Of the results does one conclude that there exists statistical sufficient evidence to determine that the use of the TIC relates significantly to the pedagogic labor of the teachers (? =0,938 and p value =0,000); therefore there is accepted the general hypothesis, which indicates that there exists a direct and significant relation between the use of the TIC and the pedagogic practice of the teacher in the Educational Institution Santa Maria, of Ubaté - Colombia, in the year 2014.
