Objective: Determine the evidence that exists in the scientific literature on the most frequent obstetric complications in pregnant adolescents. Material and methods: The review of published publications was made up of 30 studies published in different virtual libraries such as Scielo, Lilacs, Dianet and Pubmed, during an interval of no more than 5 years to obtain a final sample of 22 bibliographic reviews. Results: It was determined that there is evidence from the scientific literature on the most frequent obstetric complication of pregnant adolescents, which was High Blood Pressure, where we found preeclampsia, followed by anemia, which was the presence of mild anemia. And in relation to urinary tract infection was the presence of cystitis in pregnant adolescents. Conclusions: It was determined that there is evidence from the scientific literature that the most frequent complication of pregnant adolescents was high blood pressure, followed by anemia and urinary tract infections.
Resumen
En la presente investigación se encontró que el grado depresivo con mayor concurrencia en las adolescentes atendidas en el Hospital Hipólito Unánue fue moderada, los factores asociados, relacionados fueron con la familia y con la pareja, siendo mala relación con cada actor social y de las agresiones físicas o psicológicas por parte de sus parejas, fueron las causantes para que ingresaran a un cuadro depresivo de significancia moderada.
