Resumen
Objective: To determine the knowledge about neonatal percutaneous catheter care and its influence on nursing practice in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of a National Hospital in Lima 2022. Methodology: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, design without intervention of correlational scope, the population will be made up of 80 nursing professionals from the different shifts of the Neonatology Unit that includes the neonatology unit, intermediate care unit and the intensive care unit, the sample will be census by be a small population. For the data collection of the variable: Instrument 1 for the level of knowledge, the instrument The Questionnaire originally developed in Mexico, in 2014, was taken as a reference. This questionnaire contains 25 items and 2 dimensions (general and specific knowledge), At the level of Peru, the instrument was used by Livia, in the year 2019. Instrument 2 is an observation guide to evaluate the practice in the care of the percutaneous catheter: of 37 items structured according to the established dimensions: Healing and change dressing; system changes, extensions, was prepared by Camones, once the information is collected, the data will be processed in the statistical program SPSS V26, frequency tables, tables and/or graphs will be obtained; In addition, the hypotheses will be contrasted with Spearman's Rho Statistical Correlation Test, having a significance level of p < 0.05.
Resumen
Metodología: El método será hipotético–deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño sin intervención de alcance correlacional, la población será conformada por estará integrada por 80 profesionales de enfermería de los diferentes turnos de la Unidad de neonatología que incluye unidad de neonatología, unidad de cuidados intermedios y la unidad de cuidados intensivos, la muestra será censal por ser una población pequeña. Para la recolección de datos de la variable: El instrumento 1 para el nivel de conocimiento se tomó como referencia el instrumento El cuestionario desarrollado originalmente en México, en el año 2014. Dicho cuestionario contiene 25 ítems y 2 dimensiones (conocimientos generales y específicos), A nivel del Perú, el instrumento fue utilizado por Livia, en el año 2019, El instrumento 2 es una Guía de observación para evaluar la práctica en el cuidado del catéter percutáneo: de 37 ítems estructurados de acuerdo a las dimensiones establecidas: Curación y cambio de apósito; cambios de sistemas, extensiones, fue elaborado por Camones, una vez recolectada la información, los datos serán procesados en el programa estadístico SPSS V26, se obtendrán tablas de frecuencia, tablas y/o gráficos; además, las hipótesis serán contrastadas con la Prueba Estadística de Correlación Rho de Spearman, teniendo un nivel de significancia de p < 0.05.
