Objective: Determine the sexual behaviors and attitudes of men during their partner's pregnancy, at the María Auxiliadora Hospital, in the period March-April 2017. Materials and methods: Descriptive observational, cross-sectional study, with a sample of 300 men. Results: 26% of men are between 25 and 29 years old; The marital status of 73.7% of them is a stable union; The educational level of 76% of respondents is secondary education; 44.3% claimed to have independent work; 71% say they profess the Catholic religion; 75.7% of men in the study are of mixed race; and finally 61.7% claimed to have been born in the coastal region; Regarding sexual behaviors, 51%, 57.7%, 34% had coital relations with their partner between 1 to 3 times a week; before pregnancy, I trimester, II trimester respectively; Likewise, in the third quarter, 31.7% suspended coital relations; 24.3% practiced oral sex; 42.3% performed the side position more frequently in their sexual relations; 51.3% both had the initiative to have sexual relations; 70% of men showed love with hugs and caresses to their pregnant partner; 14.7% had another sexual partner during their spouse's pregnancy; On the other hand, 87.4% of men surveyed have favorable sexual attitudes during their partner's pregnancy. Conclusion: The sexual behaviors of men during their partner's pregnancy, at the María Auxiliadora Hospital, with respect to the frequency of intercourse, experience a progressive decrease with the passing of each trimester of pregnancy; while their sexual attitudes are favorable.

Se determinó que el nivel de conocimiento es alto de los estudiantes de 5toi de secundaria sobre las vías de transmisión del VIH-SIDA. Y que presentaron actitudes favorables sobre las vías de transmisión de VIH-SIDA.
