Resumen
La investigación ha tenido por finalidad establecer la relación que se desarrolla entre la Gestión del cambio y la comunicación interna en la Unidad Ejecutora 010 del Ministerio Publico, Lima 2023. La metodología empleada fue un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo y nivel tipo correlacional en base al método deductivo e hipotético y un diseño no experimental. Para efectos de la presente investigación se utilizó el total de la población, siendo los 113 trabajadores de la institución de estudio, se utilizaron dos cuestionarios como instrumentos para la recopilación de datos, los cuales han sido valorados por expertos y en el análisis de fiabilidad se hallaron coeficientes de la prueba de Cronbach que han sido superiores al valor de 0.7. Como resultados se obtuvo una sig. estadística (p = 0.000) menor al 0.05 de error y un coeficiente correlacional de la prueba de Spearman (rho= 0.653), permitiendo que se afirme que la gestión del cambio se relaciona de forma significativa y positiva con la comunicación interna de la unidad ejecutora en estudio del Ministerio Público.
Resumen
The purpose of the research was to establish the relationship that develops between Change Management and internal communication in the Executing Unit 010 of the Public Ministry, Lima 2023. The methodology used was a study with a quantitative approach and a correlational type level based on the deductive and hypothetical method and a pre-experimental design. For the purposes of this investigation, the entire population was used, being the 113 workers of the study institution, two questionnaires were used as instruments for data collection, which have been valued by experts and in the reliability analysis, coefficients of the Cronbach test were found that have been greater than the value of 0.7. As results, a sig was obtained. statistical (p = 0.000) error less than 0.05 and a correlation coefficient of the Spearman test (rho = 0.653), allowing it to be affirmed that change management is significantly and positively related to the internal communication of the executing unit under study of the Public Ministry.
