Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practice in the care of polytraumatized patients in nurses of the Emergency Service of the Huacho Regional Hospital-2021. Basic, quantitative, non-experimental research; with an inductive method. We will work with 30 nursing professionals who work in the emergency service, defined by simple random probabilistic sampling with a 95% confidence level. The information will be collected using two questionnaires validated in previous studies: on knowledge, consisting of 28 questions, whose consistency was 0.76 and reliability 0.69 obtained by Cronbach's Alpha. The observation guide, consisting of 29 questions, validated with a Pearson Correlation of 0.76 and 0.77 reliability of Cronbach's Alpha. Statistical analysis will be carried out through SPSS software, for the correlation hiring the Chi square test will be used.

"Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y la práctica en los cuidados del paciente politraumatizados en enfermeros del Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Regional de Huacho-2021. Investigación básica, cuantitativa, no experimental; con método inductivo. Se trabajará con 30 Enfermería que laboran en el servicio de emergencia, definidos mediante el muestreo probabilístico, aleatorio simple con 95% nivel de confianza. La recopilación de la información se usara dos cuestionarios validados en estudios anteriores: sobre conocimiento, consta de 28 preguntas, cuya consistencia fue de 0.76 y confiabilidad 0.69 obtenido por Alfa de Cronbach. la guía de observación, que consta de 29 preguntas, validado con una Correlación de Pearson de 0.76 y 0.77 de confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach. Los análisis estadístico se realizarán a través de software SPSS., para la contratación de correlación se empleara la prueba Chi cuadrado."
