Objective: To analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge and the quality of the sterilization processes of surgical instruments of the nursing professionals of the Surgical Center of the Hermilio Valdizán Hospital - Huánuco, 2021 Material and method: The method to be used in the present study will be the explanatory one; since they explain the behaviors of the variable, quality of the methods for sterilization of the surgical instrument due to or because of the level of knowledge of the process mentioned by the nursing professionals of the surgical center, the technique to be used in the present study will be the survey, since two questionnaires were prepared, in order to measure the general characteristics and to measure the knowledge in the sterilization processes of surgical instruments; Likewise, the observation technique will be used to measure the quality of sterilization of surgical instruments. Description of instruments Questionnaire of general characteristics of Nursing professionals. This instrument has 5 items, it will allow to describe the sociodemographic characteristics (gender and age) and the work characteristics (type of contract, specialty and work experience). Its content validity was made and it was submitted to the judgment of experts. The reliability of the instruments will be carried out with the results to be obtained from the pilot test; Since the instruments are evaluated in a polytomous way, it was decided to use the "item homogeneity analysis method" and the technique used was the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient", the data analysis. The data will be entered into an Excel 2016 spreadsheet and will be transferred to the SPSS statistical program version 22 for Windows, so that the tables and graphs can be made, making use of descriptive and inferential statistics.
Resumen
"Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y la calidad de los procesos de esterilización del instrumental quirúrgico de los Enfermería de Centro Quirúrgico del hospital Hermilio Valdizán - Huánuco, 2021 Material y método: El método a emplearse en el presente estudio, será el explicativo; puesto a que explican los comportamientos de la variable, calidad de los métodos para la esterilización del instrumento quirúrgico en razón o a causa del nivel de conocimientos del proceso en mención por parte de los Enfermería de centro quirúrgico la técnica a emplearse en el presente estudio, será la encuesta, puesto a que se elaboró dos cuestionarios, para poder medir las características generales y para medir los conocimientos en los procesos de esterilización del instrumental quirúrgico ; del mismo modo se empleará la técnica de la observación para poder medir la calidad de esterilización del instrumental quirúrgico , Descripción de instrumentos Cuestionario de características generales de los Enfermería este instrumento cuenta con 5 ítems, permitirá describir las características sociodemográficas (género y edad) y las características laborales (tipo de contrato, especialidad y experiencia laboral), se hizo su validez de contenido y se sometió a juicio de expertos, la confiabilidad de los instrumentos se realizará con los resultados a obtener de la prueba piloto; puesto que los instrumentos se evalúan de forma politómica, por lo que se opta por emplear el “método de análisis de homogeneidad de los ítems” y la técnica utilizada fue el “coeficiente de Alfa de Crombach”, el análisis de los datos. Se digitarán los datos en una hoja de cálculo Excel 2016 y serán trasladados al programa estadístico SPSS versión 22 para Windows, para que se pueda realizar las tablas y gráficos, haciendo uso de la estadística descriptiva e inferencial."
