Resumen
Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between Burnout Syndrome and quality of life of the nursing professional who works in the internal medicine service of a National Hospital of Lima - 2022 Material and methods: Quantitative, non-experimental, correlational, transversal. The population of 85 participants. Two (02) instruments were applied, the “CVP-35 Professional Quality Scale version 3” of 35 items and the “Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)” of 22 items.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el Síndrome de Burnout y calidad de vida del profesional de enfermería que labora en el servicio de medicina interna de un Hospital Nacional de Lima – 2022 Material y métodos: Cuantitativa, no experimental, correlacional, transversal. La población de 85 participantes. Aplicó dos (02) instrumentos, la “Escala de Calidad de Profesional CVP-35 versión 3” de 35 ítems y el “Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)” de 22 ítems.
