The type of research is applied, the quantitative approach and the non-experimental design. The population consisted of obstetricians, gynecologists and patients of the obstetrics gynecology department of Chancay hospital and the non-probabilistic sample was represented by 80 people: 40 obstetricians, gynecologists and 40 patients. With respect to the techniques, the survey was used and the questionnaires as instruments. The 40 health professionals that make up the department of obstetrics were given a survey to assess their professional attitude. The 40 patients of the various departments of the obstetrics gynecology department were given a survey to assess the quality of care The general result of the study through the Spearman correlation test yielded a value of 4.72 corroborating the general hypothesis. The aim of this study was to determine whether the application of continuous improvement project influences the institutional climate Geriatric Hospital San José of the National Police of Peru in Lima Metropolitana, period 2015 - 2016. The population was constituted by workers at the Geriatric Hospital. The selection of the non-probabilistic sample, and was constituted by 56 workers extracted from the chosen population. The experimental group was then intentionally determined. The design that was applied was pre-experimental the instrument that was used was the questionnaire of Institutional Climate. It took into account the organizational climate and the dimensions: Organizational Culture, Organizational Design and Human Potential In the organizational culture dimension pre-test considered 38% that is regular. But after the implementation of the project of continuous improvement post test 64% considered that it is good. In the organizational design dimension in the pre-test, 40% consider that it is bad and post test after applying the continuous improvement project considers 44% that is good. In the potential human dimension in the pretest considers that 38% is regular. After the application of the project of continuous improvement is post test, 44% consider it good. Similarly to implement the effectiveness of continuous improvement project the results obtained through a survey before applying the continuous improvement project, it was found that the institutional climate of the geriatric hospital was rarely according to opinion was compared. Methodology: The study was quantitative, correlational, cross-sectional, observational, and retrospective based on information from medical records, with a population of 574 bedridden older adults, and a sample of 118 patients chosen by inclusion and exclusion criteria, applying the registry technique. documentary by means of files that registered the number of visits by ADOGE and the number of hospital readmissions for a period 2016-2017, being the institution's own files, valid and reliable due to its institutional regulations, files that do not reach the statistical level of reliability, and to process The data was performed with the Spearman correlation coefficient tests and the t-student test, the KolmogorovSmirnov (KS) test with the Lilliefors correction, and the Chi-square test of independence of Yates correction criteria. Results: the correlation of ADOGE in its medical care dimension with hospital readmissions with a p> 0.05, showing that there is no correlation of variables, and regarding the correlation of ADOGE in its dimension nursing care with hospital readmissions, they indicate a value of p> 0.05, indicating that there is no evidence of association between the variables. A study with a quantitative, correlational, prospective and cross-sectional type was carried out, the sample consisted of 200 users selected in a simple random probabilistic manner. For the data collection, the survey technique was applied, the instrument for the quality of health care was a questionnaire prepared with a Likert scale (Alpha de Crombach, α 0 = 0.88), in the same way for Attitude (Crombach's Alpha, α 0 = 0.71). As descriptive results, it was obtained that 98.5% (197) of the users perceive a high level of quality of health care, while the average level obtained 1.5% (3) and none at a low level, while the Attitude against vaccination it is of indifference 62% (124), acceptance 38% (76) and rejection 0% (0). And as inferential results, it was obtained that if there is a significant relationship between the quality of health care and the user's attitude towards vaccination, statistically Rho = 0.226 and p = 0.01 (p <0.05), determining a considerable positive correlation, as the second inferential result if There is a significant relationship between the Technical dimension and the user's attitude towards vaccination, statistically Rho = 0.202 and p = 0.004 (p <0.05), considering a positive correlation, as the third inferential result if there is a significant relationship between the Human dimension and the attitude of the user against vaccination at the international vaccination center Medical & Health, Abril 2020. Two structured questionnaires were applied: Litwin and Stringer and the General Satisfaction Scale validated by expert judgment. It was found that of the total of the unsatisfied workers 47 percent perceive an adequate work environment, while of the total of those satisfied 100 percent perceive the appropriate organizational climate, as we can see there are highly significant statistical differences (p < 0.001). Job satisfaction is related to some aspects of organizational climate dimensions: structure (organization and assignment of tasks), responsibility (trust for a job well done), reward (highlighting good work), risk (accessibility to new ideas and initiatives) ), interpersonal relationships (environment of friendship and respect), cooperation (teamwork and boss help), identity (predominance of personal interests) and performance standards (show interest in the completion of work). It does not show a significant relationship between the organizational climate in the dimension of conflict management and job satisfaction. In conclusion, there is a direct relationship between the two variables: organizational climate and job satisfaction. Material and Method: The research is quantitative approach, applicative type, non-experimental design, correlational scope and cross-sectional. The population consisted of health personnel and patients, with 201 and 80 people respectively. Two Likert-type questionnaires were applied. Results: There is a relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of care of health personnel, showing a significant positive correlation between the variables, with a value of 0.995. Conclusions: It is concluded that there is a relationship between the study variables, and the organizational climate variable and the human dimension, scientific technical and environment of the quality of care, with correlation values of 0.992, 0.989 and 0.969 respectively. The method used in the research was descriptive with a quantitative approach, this research used for its purpose the non-experimental design of correlational level, which stored the information in a given period, which was developed by using the instruments: Organizational Climate and Work Performance questionnaires, whose results are presented in tables and verbatim. The investigation was of an applicative, descriptive and correlational type, for which the data collected were applying the two instruments to the workers of said hospital, according to period and sequence, the study is transversal, since to each worker the 2 scales were applied for one only once, with prior informed consent; and according to study and scope of the product found. The instrument used for Motivational Factors and for the Organizational Climate is the Rensis Scale, Likert type, as a technique for the interview aimed at workers. The data were emptied in the Excel program for statistical treatment that allowed the creation of statistical tables and graphs. Objective: To determine the relationship between organizational climate and motivation in nurses at the Daniel Alcides Carrión National Hospital, Lima, October-2019. Methodology: The research had a quantitative, correlated, non-experimental and transversal approach. Non-experimental design for convenience, in which 132 nursing professionals from the Daniel Alcides Carrión National Hospital participated in the month of October 2019. For data collection, the survey technique was used and as instruments, 2 questionnaires validated by expert judgment by the author Rosales. The data were processed in the statistical program IBM spss version 25 and Microsoft Excel. Results: If there is a significant relationship between the organizational climate and motivation. Rho = 0.242 and p = 0.102, which indicates a positive and low relationship. If there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and motivation in the need for achievement dimension. Rho = 0.519 and p = -0.057, which indicates a negative relationship. If there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and motivation in the need for power dimension. Rho = 0.839 and p = - 0.018, which indicates a positive and low relationship. If there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and motivation in the affiliation need dimension. Rho = 0.527 and p = -0.055, indicating a positive and low relationship. Methodology: It was a study with a quantitative, applicative, cross-sectional and correlational descriptive approach with a non-experimental design with a sample of 38 medical technologists in Physical therapy and Rehabilitation who were working at the time of data collection, the sampling was census. The research instrument used two questionnaires validated by the Ministry of Health called "Technical Document: methodology for the study of organizational climate v.02" and "Survey of Satisfaction of health personnel-2002 ”, both widely used by various institutions. public in Peru. Material and method: Quantitative approach, not experimental. Correlational - descriptive design. The sample consisted of 29 workers from the sterilization center. The instruments used were the OPS Organizational Climate Questionnaire and the Labor Satisfaction Questionnaire (SL-SPC). Results: Regarding the organizational climate, an average score of 2.75 was obtained in a range of 0-5, 62.1% have a medium level, followed by a 34.5% low level and finally a 3.4% high level. Regarding the variable "job satisfaction”, an average score of 128.7 was obtained in a range of 0-180, the majority (96.6%) has a level of regular satisfaction. The Spearman bivariate correlation statistical test yields a correlation index of +0.572 (p = 0.001) between both variables. The study worked with the total population of 66 members of the nursing staff. The data collection technique was the survey and the instrument used was through the Likert scale. Results: In the organizational climate variable, the Regular level predominates for the Nursing staff in 71.2%. In the Satisfaction variable, the Medium level predominates for the Nursing staff in 83.3%. Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient is 0.887, this value indicates that organizational climate and job satisfaction have a high and direct correlation. Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient is 0.956, this value indicates that the structure dimension and job satisfaction have a very high and direct correlation. Conclusions: In the organizational climate variable, the Regular level predominates. In the Satisfaction variable, the Medium level prevails for Nursing staff. There is a direct and significant relationship between the organizational climate and the job satisfaction of the nursing staff.Publicación Acceso abierto Clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral del personal de salud de la micro red Santa Adriana, Juliaca, 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-05-22) Flores Mamani, Ana Luz; Rivera Lozada de Bonilla, OrianaThe research focuses on the reality of the Santa Adriana Micro Health Network in Juliaca, which presents difficulties related to staff motivation, lack of communication, some inadequate working conditions and poor conflict resolution; reasons why the study was carried out. The objective was to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction of health personnel in the Micro Network Santa Adriana, Juliaca, 2019, under an applied, descriptive correlational methodology and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The study population was 170 Micro Network collaborators and a census sampling was used. The Organizational Climate variable was evaluated based on three dimensions: Organizational behavior, organizational structure and management style; while the job satisfaction variable based on its intrinsic and extrinsic dimensions. The validated questionnaires of OC in Salud de Segredo (ECOS-S) and the SL SPC will be used. The results indicate an organizational climate in 65.9% bad and a job satisfaction in a regular level in 53.5%. According to the Spearman correlation test, there is a direct significant correlation between both variables, but of a weak degree (0.216). Likewise, a similar correlation (direct significant and weak degree = 0.241) was found between the organizational climate and the intrinsic dimension of job satisfaction; contrary to the extrinsic dimension, no significant correlation was found. Methodology: it was cross-sectional, prospective and correlational. A rating scale was used: Evaluation 360, through which information on performance was collected, and the interview was applied to collect the competencies of the nurses. The sample consisted of 173 nursing professionals. Results: The competencies of the professionals were: excellent 21%, good: 53% and fair: 26%, the final performance values were: fair: 27%, good: 54% and excellent: 19%. The research showed that there is a correlation between labor conflict and interpersonal relationships with Kendall's tau = .237. A correlation between interpersonal relationships and the disharmony dimension of labor disputes with Kendall's tau = -.960. A correlation between interpersonal relationships and the incompatibility dimension of labor disputes with Kendall's tau = .329. And a correlation between interpersonal relationships and the conflict dimension of labor disputes with Kendall's tau = .231. Lima, 2019. Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about adverse events in the patient safety culture of the health staff of the Divine Child Jesus Clinic. Material and method: Due to the type of research, the current work is basic, descriptive, quantitative, prospective, transverse. The population is 60 health personnel. In the variable attitudes the instrument will be a Likert Scale type questionnaire. They contain 28 items. The knowledge variable will use the questionnaire with 10 items, structured in 5 alternatives. Results: The null hypothesis is rejected, having a p = 003. The general hypothesis is fulfilled, there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes about events in the patient's safety culture, since the value is, X2 = 11, 429th; g.l. = 2; reason why independence between the research variables is rejected, the relationship between the variables is confirmed, being this positive and significant relationship according to Cramer's V statistic = 0.436. Methodology: study was quantitative, prospective, transversal and longitudinal; descriptive and observational, with a population of 90 nurses by inclusion and exclusion criteria. With 2 Likert-typerating scales, with the interview technique for nursing care and ethnographic observational for cross-cultural management. Results: two thirds (77.8%) of total nursing care divided between regular and deficient, two thirds (83.4%) predominates the total regular and excellent transcultural management, in the relation shown it indicates that (26.7%) is regular for both variables, direct type correlation, moderate level and highly significant among the variables (rho =, 238, p = 0.001). Conclusion: Therefore, the statistical evidence was enough to reject the null hypothesis of independence of the variables, proving that there is a direct relationship between them in the statistical limit. The objective was "to determine the relationship between the culture of patient safety and the organizational culture in the nursing staff of the San Bartolomé hospital." A study was carried out with a quantitative approach, type of applied research, non-experimental design and correlational level, crosssectional, carried out at the San Bartolomé Hospital during the month of August 2019, where 100 nurses who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria participated. For data collection, two instruments were applied for each variable, being validated by expert judgment. It was found that 97% were women, 44% were under 35 years of age, 54% were single, 75% were appointed and 38% were from the hospitalization area. A significant relationship was found between the patient safety culture and the organizational culture P <0.05 (p = 0.008). Materials and methods: Study is quantitative, scope or explanatory type and by its quasi-experimental design, with a single group with three measurements before and three measurements after educational intervention. The population consists of 27 nurses, the technique used for data collection is nonparticipating observation, and the instrument was developed based on the ESSALUD Biosafety Standards Manual. The validity of the content is made through the opinion of expert judgment; the instrument used is the checklist that serves to evaluate compliance with biosafety standards of nurses in their three shifts: morning, afternoon and night. Results: The level of compliance was identified before and after educational intervention in the three shifts, in the morning it is appreciated that before the educational intervention only 3.7% de las enfermeras presentar un cumplimiento alto, luego de la intervención educativa BIONEF, el cumplimiento fue de 14.8% se lugar en nivel alto. En el turno noche se evidencio que antes de la intervención solo el 7,4% de las enfermeras presentaron un modo moderado, luego de la intervención el 37% de las enfermeras se ubicación en el nivel alto. Conclusion: There is statistically significant difference in the mean of application of biosecurity standards before and after the BIONEF Educational Intervention.
