Resumen
The objective of the study was to determine the relationship of addiction to social networks and academic procrastination in time of covid_19 students of a private university in Lima_2023. The research was carried out under a quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive method, type of applied research, non-experimental cross-sectional design of correlational cross-section, counting with a sample population of 80 students from a private university in Lima. Being a non-probability sampling, due to the number of participants to complete the sample, for convenience, two validated instruments were used that helped the data collection The results showed that there is a significant direct correlation between the variables, using the Rho Spearman with a p value 0.000 less than 0.05 therefore there is a significant relationship, according to the general objective it is concluded that there is a moderate significant direct relationship between addiction to social networks and academic procrastination.
Resumen
El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la relación de adicción a redes sociales y procrastinación académica en tiempo de covid_19 ene estudiantes de una universidad privada de Lima_2023. la investigación se realizo bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo, tipo de investigación aplicada, diseño no experimental transversal de corte transversal correlacional, conto con una población muestral de 80 estudiantes de una universidad privada de Lima, siendo un muestreo no probabilístico, debido ala cantidad de participantes para completar la muestra, por conveniencia, se utilizaron dos instrumentos validados que ayudaron la recolección de datos. Los resultados demostraron que existe una correlación directa significativa entre las variables, utilizando el Rho Spearman con un p valor 0,000 menor a 0,05 por lo tanto existe relación significativa, de acuerdo al objetivo general se concluye que existe relación directa significativa moderada entre adicción a redes sociales y procrastinación académica.
