Aim. Determine hospital anxiety and depression in relatives of patients admitted to the intensive care unit of the Apoyo Rezola Cañete hospital, 2020. Materials and methods. This research work is quantitative, descriptive with methodological design and cross section. Population, sample and sampling: There will be a finite population made up of 60 families of patients admitted to the ICU of the Rezola Cañete Support Hospital, 2020. All families that participate will be selected according to the exclusion and inclusion criteria given in this document. investigation. Study variable: This work presents a main variable that is depression and hospital anxiety. Given its nature, it belongs to the qualitative variable, which will be analyzed using the ordinal scale. Justification: The care provided by the nursing professional to patients with depression and anxiety is important to avoid complications, which is why the topic addressed in our study is one of necessity and is justified by its social relevance. The research work will be carried out applying to families of patients who are hospitalized in the intensive care unit to improve the quality of care and provide emotional support to the family. Resumen
Objetivo. Determinar la ansiedad y depresión hospitalaria en familiares de pacientes ingresados en la unidad de cuidados intensivos del hospital de Apoyo Rezola Cañete, 2020. Materiales y métodos. Este trabajo de investigación es cuantitativo, descriptivo con diseño metodológico y corte transversal. Población, muestra y muestreo: Se tendrá una población finita integrada, por 60 familias de pacientes que ingresan a la UCI del hospital del hospital de Apoyo Rezola Cañete, 2020. Todas las familias que participaran se seleccionaran según criterios de exclusión e inclusión dadas en esta investigación. Variable de estudio: Este trabajo presenta una variable principal que es depresión y ansiedad hospitalaria. Dada a su naturaleza, pertenece a la variable cualitativa, qué se analizarán mediante la escala ordinal. Justificación: Es importante el cuidado que brinde el profesional de enfermería en los pacientes con depresión y ansiedad para evitar complicaciones, por ello el tema abordado en nuestro estudio es de necesidad y se justifica por su relevancia social. El trabajo de investigación se realizará aplicando a familias de los pacientes que están hospitalizados en la unidad de cuidados intensivos para mejorar la calidad de atención y brindar el apoyo emocional a la familia.
