The general objective of this study is to determine the relationship that exists between the organizational climate and the job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the intensive care unit, Hospital Lima Provincias, 2022, with a quantitative approach methodology, applied type, non-specific design. experimental, hypothetical deductive method, where the population will be made up of 70 nursing professionals who work in the intensive care unit meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the technique for data collection will be the survey and the instrument will be two questionnaires. Likert scale in which they have been validated by five expert judges in the first organizational climate questionnaire with a value greater than 90%, and in the second job satisfaction questionnaire validated with three expert judges obtaining adequate validity, with respect to To the degree of reliability, Cronbach's alpha was performed with a value of 0.99 for the organizational climate variable and the other value of 0.720 for job satisfaction.
Resumen
El presente estudio tiene como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería en la unidad de cuidados intensivos, Hospital Lima Provincias, 2022, con una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada , diseño no experimental, método hipotético deductivo , donde la población estará conformada por 70 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en la unidad de cuidados intensivos cumpliendo con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, la técnica para la recolección de datos será la encuesta y el instrumento dos cuestionarios tipo escala de Likert en la cual han sido validados por cinco jueces de expertos en el primer cuestionario de clima organizacional con un valor mayor del 90%, y en el segundo cuestionario de satisfacción laboral validado con tres jueces de expertos obteniendo un validez adecuada, con respecto al grado de confiabilidad se realizó el alfa de Cronbach con un valor de 0.99 para la variable de clima organizacional y el otro valor de 0.720 para la satisfacción laboral.
