    The purpose of this study is to determine if there is a relationship between the research attitude and the achievement of skills of tourism students at Norbert Wiener University, 2019 I. The research approach is quantitative; Type of research is substantive; the level of research is descriptive-correlational; cross section. Its non-experimental design; that which explains the correlation between the variables research attitude and achievement of skills in the training of tourism students of Administration in Tourism and Hospitality of the Wiener University. The sample is made up of 80 Tourism students from the Professional Academic School of Tourism and Hospitality at Norbert Wiener University. The data collection technique applied was the survey, the instruments were, the questionnaire for students on research attitude and the questionnaire for students on the achievement of skills. In the hypothesis test, Spearman's correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlations since the sample follows a normal distribution; it was determined that there is a statistically significant relationship between the research attitude and the achievement of competencies of Tourism 2019 I students, obtaining a correlation of 0.912, with a significance level of 0.000. Therefore, the hypothesis is accepted. Keywords: research attitude, achievement of skills; tourist activity.

    Actitud y conocimiento sobre medidas de bioseguridad del personal de emergencia del Instituto Nacional del Niño, 2024

    El presente estudio se realizó con la finalidad de poder establecer si hay relación de laactitud y el conocimiento sobre medidas de bioseguridad de los residentes de emergencia delInstituto Nacional del Niño, 2024; para lo cual se desarrolló una metodología con base alenfoque al diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional. La muestra determinada de forma noprobabilística estuvo conformada por 80 residentes del área de emergencia del mencionadocentro de salud. Los datos fueron recopilados a través de la técnica de la encuesta, utilizandopara ello como instrumento un cuestionario para cada variable debidamente validados. Comoresultado se encontró que la mayoría (46.3%) del personal encuestado tiene una actitud positivay un nivel de conocimiento alto sobre las medidas de bioseguridad. Del mismo modo comoresultado inferencial se calculó un coeficiente de Spearman = 0.892 y una sig. = 000, por lo quese concluyó que la relación es buena y positiva entre la actitud y el conocimiento sobre medidasde bioseguridad por parte del personal de emergencia del Instituto Nacional del Niño, 2024.

    Aprendizaje basado en problemas y su influencia en el aprendizaje de sistema de ecuaciones lineales 2x2 en los estudiantes del 9-4 de la Institución Educativa Nuestra Señora de los Dolores de Manare de Villanueva Casanare 2019-Colombia

    This research is part of a quantitative study, which searches to generate strategies that allow ninth grade students to solve systems of 2x2 linear equations, and in turn present alternative solutions to situations in their daily lives and to handle application problems that allow working on the different competences in the area of mathematics, strengthening the analysis process in students, the main objective is to determine to what extent problem-based learning influences the learning of the system of equations described, in students of course 9-4 of the Educative Institution Nuestra Señora de los Dolores de Manare de Villanueva Casanare- Colombia. The methodology used was varied according to the interests and needs of the students always searching that they applied 2x2 equations systems, accordingly, a pre-test was applied so that determined the level of understanding of the different mathematical competences, with the intention of contrasting the same test at the end of the process, it was followed by sequential execution of the didactic strategy of problem-based learning framed in a directing question; the results obtained in the research showed that problem-based learning is an effective strategy in the learning process of the 2x2 system of linear equations, allowing the strengthening of mathematics competences in each of them, and creating imaginary of the applicability of the equations system mentioned in the concrete reality in which each one develops, it improved the levels of reading comprehension allowing to convert everyday language into algebraic language as well as the opportunities to obtain good results in external tests and their academic performance.

    Autoeficacia para la investigación y competencias investigativas en estudiante de nutrición de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Lima 2019

    Currently there is a problem around the motivations of students to achieve research work versus their developed abilities to do research. The formation of new knowledge through the scientific method in university students must have a high level and performance to generate research, achieving greater scientific production according to the needs and problems that arise in their environment. For this purpose, the objective of this research was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy for research and research competencies in undergraduate students of a public university, Lima 2019. The type of research was applied in a non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design. . The population and sample consisted of undergraduate students of a professional school of nutrition in a public university. The main evaluation measures are the level of self-efficacy for research and the level of research skills. The result was a level of self-efficacy for research Adequate for 79.9% and a level of competencies for research between Medium and High, being adequate for 96.1%. It is concluded that there is a relationship between self-efficacy for research and research skills in undergraduate nutrition students with a level of association for the chi-square test p <0.02.

    Competencias digitales y el autoaprendizaje en universitarios de cursos de formación general de una universidad privada de Lima, 2023

    The main objective of this research was to establish a relationship between digital skills and self-learning in university students in general training courses. In this study, a quantitative approach was followed, with a non-experimental design and a correlational level; The sample was made up of 94 university students from the district of Lima, to whom the Digital Competencies Scale of Higher Education Students (CDAES) by Gutiérrez et al. (2016) and the Fasce Self-Directed Learning Scale. et al. (2011). The most important results indicated that there is a significant and positive relationship between digital skills and self-learning (rho=.613). The analysis of the components of the variable digital skills and self-learning showed that there is a significant and positive association between them. In this way, it can be concluded that digital skills promote the capacity for self-learning in university students, being favorable for their professional development.

    Competencias genéricas y el nivel de emprendedurismo en estudiantes de ingeniería industrial en una universidad privada de Lima,2024

    The objective of this research was to "Determine the level of relationship between generic competencies and the level of Entrepreneurship in students of the Industrial Engineering career of a Private University, Lima 2024", to achieve this objective, the quantitative approach was used, with a non-experimental design of evaluation level, in the sample of 85 Industrial Engineering students, which was obtained through probabilistic sampling, two questionnaires were used in the instruments, the first was Spencer and Spencer's questionnaire on generic competencies ( 1993), and the Entrepreneurship Level questionnaire of Eyzaguirre (2014), in the case of both instruments these met the rigors of reliability and validity, for which expert judgment was used and the second through Cronbach's Alpha that It allows measuring the homogeneity of the questions as long as the answers are presented on a Likert scale. After that, Spearman's Rho tests were carried out where a significance of 0.000 and a Rho =0.624 were obtained for the two variables, as a conclusion there is a direct, positive and high relationship between generic competencies and the Level of Entrepreneurship of students of the Industrial Engineering career at a Private University, Lima 2024.

    The product of this research allows the exercise to investigate descriptive that contributes to the understanding of the educational scenario in the police around the constructivist manifesto, where we want to establish the true impact of the pedagogical competences and its relation with the teaching processes of the Teachers of the Police within the National Directorate of Schools in 2015. In this paper we wanted to determine the relationship between the pedagogical competences and the teaching processes in the teachers of the National Directorate of Schools. In order to do this, the three main activities are carried out. The first one was the set of pedagogical competences that characterize the teachers of the National Police Schools of Colombia. The second was to review the characteristics of the teaching in the teachers of the National Directorate of Schools of the Police of Colombia and finally to advance the design of a proposal of Improvement to optimize the pedagogical competences of the teachers of the National Direction of Schools of the Police of Colombia. In order to achieve all that was advanced in the descriptive investigative exercise, which as such seeks to punish with words a problematic scenario such as education inside the Police, getting to know more specifically its variables and other contexts, the focus was the quantitative by its relation with the situation aligned and the nature and police objectivity that has as principle the service to the society. The thesis was done with a non-experimental correlational, cross-sectional design., Because there is no variable to be manipulated; that is, we do not have an experimental group, it is transversal because it explains the composition of its sample, it studies the subjects of different characteristics, the research subject at a time and the correlation because to determine the relationship that exists between the variables and if this is significant, without looking for the causes or effects of one over another. A significant relationship was found between pedagogical competences and teaching processes (p <0.01)

    The objective of this research work is to: Determine the relationship between teaching performance and the level of satisfaction of the students of the Academic Professional School of Obstetrics at the Norbert Wiener University, 2018. Material and Method: The study responds to a design quantitative applied, correlational, prospective and transversal research. The sample consisted of 314 students of the Professional Obstetrics Academic School. Two questionnaires were used as an instrument that evaluated the level of teaching performance and the level of satisfaction from the perspective of the students. Results: Whether there is a significant relationship with the level of teaching performance and the level of satisfaction according to specific objectives from the perspective of the students of the Academic Professional School of Obstetrics of the Norbert Wiener University, 2018. Conclusion: the teaching performance and the satisfaction of Students are statistically significant (Test Ji-Significant p-value <0.05). The value of Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient equal to, 999, leads to the conclusion that there is a perfect positive correlation. This translates, to the extent that improves the teaching performance, greater is the satisfaction of the students.

    In order to be able to enterder as it is the educative process and the development of the learning in students of different educative establishments it is necessary to recognize the social reality of being educated, all the times the problems of apprenticeship do not come from the classroom of classes but they have a genesis beyond which we can be imagined, the familiar difficulties the level economic partner, the form in which the students live, the time that the parents dedicate to him to their children and the educative level can be detonates for the low academic level of the young people present/display at present. It is important to know how the environment influences the educational process of the young people of the Madre Gabriela de San Martin Educational Institution determining how the socio-economic level of families, the family and social context have an impact within the process; For this, a qualitative research was carried out in which the observation played an important role to know the reality of the students in their pedagogical task, the surveys and the interview with them to identify the family and social context in which they go around. As a result we have that most young people have family problems, where households are surrounded by social conflicts such as gangs affecting school attendance, the relationship of parents or the little relationship affect the personality of young people, overcrowding, If some parents do not have a schooling level, they condition the learning process, generating a basic performance at the school level of young people. In conclusion we can say that the negative impact of these factors affect directly and indirectly the process of learning and teaching, all you can do is look and adjust strategies to help guide the curriculum and the curriculum to avoid directly and try to change the social reality of the community condition.

    The development of this project is focused on the transformation of the teaching-learning process through the learning styles of the students. In the same way, an descriptive correlational approach is sought to ratify the present connection between the learning styles and the academic results of the students in the area of Natural Sciences, also, it tries to determine if learning styles are really associated to certain disciplines as in the case of the strengthening of competences in Natural Sciences. The sample is made up of 75 students of the 5th grade of basic education where they answer a series of test questions (CHAEA) to know the learning style that each student has, with the selected sample the results are processed and based on them the tabulation is carried out. This paper points out the effects of a research in which the learning style of a group of students belonging to primary school was presented, taking into account the patterns of learning styles proposed by Kolb (1984), Alonso, Gallego and Honey (1994). As relevant results of the research process, it is important to highlight that knowing the learning styles significantly improves academic performance, in this case in the area of Natural Sciences. In this same sense, knowing the learning style of the students by the teacher allows design and strategically organize the pedagogical and didactic activities to be carried out in the teaching-learning processes. On the other hand, identified that predominant learning style has the majority of students, it is shown if it has a certain degree of similarity between the different levels that have the learning styles proposed for that purpose and establish if they really participate in the strengthening of the competences basic generalities presented by the Natural Sciences. With the aim of achieving this purpose, it is proposed to create a didactic proposal focused on the different learning styles that the student has to improve the academic performance of the students and thus strengthen the skills to allow new generations to face the challenges of Higher education assuming a reflective, investigative, critical and competent attitude to the advances and innovations of this changing society every day.

    This research aims to stimulate reading habits, developing interpretation, analysis and reading comprehension skills; having as an ICT tool the use of the interactive blog as a means of support in the acquisition of good reading habits of the students of Primary Basic of the Technical Educational Institution María Auxiliadora de Fresno (Tolima). Since in the development of this project, student’s encountered activities that helped improve the understanding of interactive texts in an active and participatory manner. In the same way, they are encouraged and motivated, awakening in them, the interest in acquiring discipline in their academic activities, since this process strengthened their ability to be self-taught of good reading habits and therefore widened their reading comprehension in all areas of knowledge. In addition to the frequent use of ICT resources, it allowed students to get involved in a virtual world, which generated creativity and imagination when interacting with educational platforms, which enrich and favor the teachinglearning process, taking into account the education of the century XXI. Also bearing in mind that pedagogical processes or strategies must be updated and innovated according to new technological trends and in this case in particular the use of ICT resources through the interactive blog, it sets an important guideline to take advantage of its applicability; Therefore, the need to propose a series of activities that, although simple, promote interest in overcoming reading comprehension difficulties and raise their school performance through fun and different didactics, which are consistent with them, since they are digital natives.

    Estrés académico y su relación con la Somnolencia diurna en estudiantes del VIII ciclo de Terapia Física y Rehabilitación de la Universidad Norbert Wiener, Lima 2018

    Stress occurs in many areas of our lives, in the family, social, emotional, sexual, work and academic aspects; since there are various stressors that trigger them, which leads to consequences such as fatigue, physical and mental exhaustion. Stress in the student can cause various disorders in the behavioral, cognitive and physiological plane; producing changes in the short and long term. There are emotional changes, changes in the immune system, even to reach changes in the quality of sleep, producing daytime sleepiness, affecting their academic and work activities. Objective: To determine the relationship between academic stress and daytime sleepiness in physical therapy students at the Norbert Wiener University, 2018. Method: Applied type study, transversal, descriptive, correlational, prospective; conformed by a sample of 100 students. We used the SISCO Inventory for academic stress and the Epworth Questionnaire for daytime sleepiness. Statistical program, SPSS version 23. Results and conclusions: the average of academic stress was 44.57 ± 13.74, of which 71% of students presented moderate academic stress, 21% mild academic stress and 8% of deep type; the average of daytime sleepiness was 9.56 ± 3.78 of which 62% of students had light daytime drowsiness and 15% of moderate type. It is concluded that in relation to the study variables: academic stress and daytime sleepiness in physical therapy students of the Norbert Wiener University, it is concluded that there is a low positive correlation, with a Sperman's Rho coefficient of 0.376 and a level of significance of 0.000

    Evaluación diagnóstica y rendimiento académico en estudiantes del primer ciclo de odontología de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener

    The goal of the present work is to determine the relation between diagnostic assessment and academic performance in students of the first term of odontology studies in the private university Nobert Wiener. A sample of 56 students were taken from the course of biology in the first term of odontology studies. They were asked about their preparation and previous formative experience and a diagnostic assessment to determine their previous knowledge about the matter. The results showed that most of the students have a deficient grade in the diagnostic assessment (71,4%) and a good grade in academic performance (55,4%); it can be remarked that there is a positive correlation between diagnostic assessment and previous preparation even though it is low (r:0,301) and moderate positive correlation between diagnostic assessment and previous formative experience (r:0,69); the correlation between academic performance and previous preparation is moderate (r:0,48) and almost null between academic performance and previous formative experience (r:0,003); finally the correlation between diagnostic assessment and academic performance is positive but low (r:0,191). We can conclude that there is a positive relation between diagnostic assessment and academic performance, nevertheless, the level of correlation is low.

    Factores asociados a la deserción estudiantil en la Universidad Norbert Wiener, periodo 2018

    The research presented here under the title of “Factors associated with student dropout at Norbert Wiener University, 2018 period”, had two general objectives. For the qualitative approach, it focused on understanding how the directors and students of Norbert Wiener Private University perceive the factors associated with student dropout, during the 2018 period, while the quantitative objective sought to describe what the individual, academic, institutional and institutional factors are Socio-economic factors that generate student dropout at Norbert Wiener University during the 2018 period. Along these lines, the work was prepared under the parameters of a mixed investigation. The case study with intrinsic design and holistic unity was used for the qualitative approach. Regarding the quantitative approach, the study was ex post-facto, with descriptive design. The sample consisted of 14 executives from Norbert Wiener University and the information provided by 875 drop-out students was accessible. The results obtained allowed us to conclude that the factors associated with student dropout at Norbert Wiener Private University are academic, socioeconomic and individual. With respect to the stages in which attrition occurs, they are located in the I, II, III and IV study cycle. It was found that there are no formal retention plans but there are some actions carried out such as personalized tutorials, academic support, loyalty activities and follow-up plans for students.

    Habilidades comunicativas y su relación con el aprendizaje del idioma inglés en los estudiantes del Nivel Básico de la Universidad Privada Telesup sede 28, 2018 – Lima

    Research on communicative skills and its relationship with the learning of the English language in the students of level basic of the University private Telesup headquarters 28, 2018 - Lima. It was oriented to determine the relationship between communicative skills and learning the English language. The research carried out has a quantitative approach, as it was the measurement of the variables using the instrument of research where results were expressed in numeric values with their respective statistical analysis. The design of the research is not experimental cross-sectional (or transactional). It is type basic because was a very organized contribution of the theories and does not produce immediate results, but it will serve for future research in relation to variables. The study design is correlational, because only sought to determine the existence of the relation between communicative skills and learning the English language of crosssectional, the data were collected in a single moment and they have obtained the skills questionnaire and the learning of the English language test applied to student level basic of the University private Telesup headquarters 28-2018. Statistical correlation results indicate that communicative skills and English language learning are significantly with a value equal to 0.827 Rho Spearman correlation coefficient * which indicates that there is a very strong positive correlation. Similarly, there is a greater correlation between the dimension listen variable communicative ability and the learning of the English language, where there is a coefficient of correlation 0.743 * which indicates that there is a significant positive correlation.

    Hábitos de estudio y competencias digitales en el fortalecimiento de las competencias investigativas en estudiantes de universidades de Lima, 2024

    The objective of this research work was to establish the level of influence of study habits and digital skills on research skills in university students. The research method used was correlational-causal, under a quantitative approach and non-experimental design. The sample was made up of 84 nursing students, to whom the CASM-85 Study Habits questionnaire, and the Higher Education Student Digital Competence Scales (CDAES), and Investigative Skills Scales (EHI) were applied. The main findings demonstrated that the proposed research model is fulfilled, determining the influence of study habits and digital skills on research skills, reaching a high magnitude in the adjusted coefficient of determination 47% (r=.700, R2= .490) in such a way that this is significant and direct for each independent variable (p <.005). Likewise, it was found that the technological, exploratory, analytical and cooperative dimensions of research skills are explained by the digital skills and study habits of university students (p <.005). Finally, it can be established that study habits are in a negative trend at 42%, while digital skills were efficient at 46% and research skills were present at a medium level at 59%. It can be concluded that both study skills and digital competencies contribute to developing the skills and attitudes necessary to achieve positive performance in research practice.

    Herramientas digitales y actitud hacia la investigación en egresados de ciencias de la salud en un hospital de Lima, 2024

    Se tuvo como objetivo establecer de qué manera las herramientas digitales se relacionan con la actitud hacia la investigación en egresados de Ciencias de la Salud en un Hospital de Lima, 2024. Se trabajo con una metodología cuantitativa, con un diseño no experimental, con un nivel correlacional. La Población estuvo conformada por 289 egresados de la especialidad de ciencias y la salud y se obtuvo una muestra de 165 egresados, en la recolección de datos se hizo uso de dos cuestionarios con el uso de la técnica de la encuesta, cabe recalcar que dichos instrumentos son validados y confiables. En los resultados se observó que las herramientas digitales desarrolladas en un deficiente presentan una actitud hacia la investigación en su mayoría mala en el 51.1% y regular en el 42.2% de los egresados, pero en un manejo regular de estas herramientas la actitud hacia la investigación es en el 67.5% regular y cuando el manejo de las herramientas digitales se presenta en un nivel óptimo las actitudes son buenas en un 60.5%. Se concluyó según el coeficiente de correlación de Rho de Spearman 0.500 positivo y moderado con una significancia de 0.000, se comprueba que las herramientas digitales se relacionan de manera directa con la actitud hacia la investigación en egresados de Ciencias de la Salud en un Hospital de Lima, 2024.

    Through this research, a study related to the use and application of new information and communication technologies in class projects was shown to improve reading comprehension processes in students in third, fourth and fifth grades of the rural area of the Simón Bolívar Educational Institution Sede las Juntas. For this, the type of applied research was used, level explained with non-experimental correlational transectional design and a non-probabilistic sampling method, with a sample under study of 20 students. Likewise, it was taken into account to previously validate the instrument used to collect the information. It was confirmed the general hypothesis that the Implementation of the ICT tools in the strengthening of the reading process in third, fourth and fifth grade students of the Institución Educativa Simón Bolívar Sede las Juntas Tolima - Colombia 2019. Thus The specific hypotheses were also confirmed, in relation to technological resources and pedagogy in strengthening reading comprehension. The Spearman rho correlation coefficient with a significance level of 5% was applied to test the hypotheses.

    In the research study " Influence of intra-family relationships on school performance in students of sixth and seventh grade in Cairo school, Valle del Guamuez, PutumayoColombia 2014.", It is pretended to encourage and promote parents integration in their children education as they have a key role in the transmission of knowledge, values and customs that help them adapt to society as active and productive people in the educational process and create a better life quality. This research process was carried out by direct observation with a sample of 27 students that corresponds to 25 % of the population where it was evident that 90 % did not receive help from their parents in the school activities, 70 % are dysfunctional families , 85 % had dialogue necessity, 50 % of students attend forced by their parents , 75 % without family ties, 90% of children with illiterate parents so we can say that this is the cause of low performance in different areas and the low expectations of a future for their children so it is very important to know, deepen and emphasize the consequences that are related factors with intra-family relationships in the development of the educational process .

    Research on Emotional Intelligence and Self-regulated Learning in Nursing Care students in Neonatology at Norbert Wiener Private University, 2019 - Lima. The objective was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-regulated learning. The research carried out has a quantitative approach, measuring the variables using the research instruments where the results were expressed in numerical values with their respective statistical analysis. The research design is non-experimental cross-sectional. It is of the applied type because a specific topic is investigated and its results are directed to an immediate use, complementing it with future research and not the development of theories. The study design is correlational, since it was only sought to determine the existence of the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-regulated learning, cross-sectional since the data was collected in a single moment that they obtained from the Trait Meta-Mode Scale TMMS- 24 for emotional intelligence and the Inventory of IPAA learning self-regulation processes for self-regulated learning applied to students of the second specialty program Nursing Care in Neonatology - 2019. The statistical correlation results indicate that emotional intelligence and self-regulated learning are significantly related to a value of Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient equal to 0.283 ** and a level of significance equal to 0.021 which indicates that there is a moderate positive correlation. Thus we have that there is a greater correlation between the emotional clarity dimension of the emotional intelligence variable and self-regulated learning with a correlation coefficient 0.388 ** and a significance level of 0.001 which indicates that there is a moderate positive correlation.
