    Acoso psicológico relacionado con absentismo laboral en los profesionales de enfermería de un Hospital de MINSA, 2024

    El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación entre el acoso psicológico y el absentismo laboral en los profesionales de enfermería de un Hospital del MINSA, 2024. Se utilizó una metodología de enfoque cuantitativa, de tipo aplicada, de alcance correlacional y con diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 100 profesionales de enfermería del área de hospitalización, seleccionados mediante un muestreo censal. Se utilizaron los Cuestionario de Acoso Psicológico en el Trabajo (CAPT) y el Cuestionario de Principales Factores de Ausentismo Laboral, ambos validados en este contexto. Los resultados de la prueba de Rho de Spearman mostraron una relación positiva moderada (r= 0.570, p < 0.000) entre el acoso psicológico y el absentismo laboral, indicando que, a mayor acoso psicológico, aumenta el absentismo laboral entre los profesionales de enfermería. En conclusión, se confirma la relación significativa entre ambas variables, lo que sugiere que el acoso psicológico es un factor que contribuye al absentismo, afectando el bienestar de los profesionales de enfermería y la eficiencia en los servicios de salud.

    Administrative management and quality of service of the nursing professional of the Chancay hospital, 2023

    Objective: "To describe the relationship between administrative management and the quality of service of nursing professionals", population will consist of 132 nurses. Sample: 99 nurses, Methodological Design: The type of research will be applied. Design will be observational, descriptive, correlational, prospective and cross-sectional. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "Administrative management" the questionnaire adapted by García (47) will be used in 2020 reliable by Crombach's Alpha of 0.809 and to evaluate the variable "Quality of service" the questionnaire adapted by Valarezo (49) will be applied in 2022, reliable by Crombach's Alpha with an index of 0.810. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: it will be carried out using descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages, the statistical analysis will be according to its distribution through parametric statistical tests (Pearson correlation) or non-parametric (Spearman's Rho correlation).

    Afrontamiento al estrés y satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería en un servicio de ambulancias de emergencias de Lima, 2025

    Introducción: El afrontamiento al estrés y la satisfacción con la labor de los enfermeros en los servicios de emergencias son temas de creciente interés en la comunidad científica. Los grados elevados de estrés laboral inciden negativamente en su bienestar laboral; situación especialmente crítica en los servicios de emergencias, donde las condiciones de trabajo son demandantes y estresantes. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el afrontamiento al estrés y la satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería en un servicio de ambulancias de emergencias de Lima, 2025. Metodología: Estudio transversal, cuantitativo, correlacional y aplicado en 70 enfermeras que trabajan en un servicio de ambulancias de emergencias de Lima, a quienes se le destinará 2 cuestionarios universales ampliamente validados y adaptados al contexto de estudio, el Brief COPE-28 que mide el afrontamiento al estrés y la Escala de Satisfacción Laboral NTP 369. La data recolectada será vaciada en una hoja de cálculo de Excel para luego analizadas usando estadísticas descriptivas e inferenciales como el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman para medir la relación entre las variables, usando el programa estadístico SPSS-26. Se mostrarán tablas y figuras representativas de los hallazgos.

    Anxiety and depression in the ICU nursing staff of a reference hospital in the northern cone of Lima, 2021

    Introduction: In the world, the catastrophe situation due to the Covid19 pandemic is affecting the mental health of nursing staff and subjecting them to high levels of anxiety that can trigger depressive symptoms with severe consequences for their health, a situation that leads us to rethink prevention and control strategies, for which it is necessary to have evidence that allows these efforts to be guided. Objective: to establish the relationship between anxiety and depression in the nursing staff of the intensive care unit of a reference hospital in the northern cone of Lima, 2021. Methods: the study will be observational, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population and census sample will be made up of all the nursing staff who work in the intensive care unit of the Cayetano Heredia national hospital in the northern cone of Lima. The sample will be taken between July and August 2021 using two highly reliable questionnaires such as the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale and the Generalized Depression Disorder Scale, which will collect data to be processed using non-invasive tests. parametric tests to establish the relationship between both variables in order to predict depression in our staff.

    Anxiety and work performance in nursing staff in times of COVID 19 in the Cañete health network - Yauyos, 2021

    Nursing professionals are regularly exposed to many of the usual stressors of administrative and daily care tasks, for which it has been determined to measure the level of each variable, through the Hamilton Anxiety Scale, which refers to manifestations neurovegetative, and the work performance instrument. The dimensions of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale are psychological anxiety and somatic anxiety, at the levels of absence of anxiety, mild, moderate and severe. The purpose of this research is to find the Anxiety levels of nursing staff in times of COVID 19. The approach is quantitative, applied, with a non-experimental descriptive, correlational and transectional design. The population was 120 nurses and the sample was 92. The survey was applied using two instruments; A questionnaire on the Hamilton Anxiety Scale will be used and the second on Work Performance directed after informed consent to the participants.

Although national and international organizations have established biosafety measures for work practices, risks continue to increase. Objective: Determine the application of the biosafety measures of Nursing Personnel against the Biological Risks present in the Surgical Center service, of ESSALUD - Cañete, 2021. Methodological Design: It has a quantitative approach, it will be descriptive, a non-experimental, prospective and finally cross-sectional design. We will begin to collect data, once the COVID-19 pandemic is stable and controlled in our country, the procedures related to authorization will be implemented.     Biosafety measures and occupational risk in the nursing staff of a national hospital in Lima, 2022

    The objective of this thesis was to determine the relationship between biosafety measures and occupational risk in the nursing staff of a national hospital in Lima, 2022. Methodology was quantitative, hypothetical - deductive, applied, non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional. The instruments used were from Maza (18) and contain two questionnaires, one for the occupational risk variable and the other for biosafety measures. The SPSS v-25 was used and with this tool the analysis of the dimensions of the variables, occupational risk and biosafety measures was carried out. The results reveal that in the contingency analysis (cross tables), in the biosafety measures variable, the low level predominates in 42.4%, with 36 respondents who are located at this level and in terms of the occupational risk variable, also the low level predominates with 37.6% in 32 respondents. The biosafety dimension is significantly related to the occupational risk variable with a significance value p=0.000, the handwashing dimension is significantly related to the occupational risk variable with a significance value p=0.000, the personal protection dimension is significantly related to the occupational risk variable with a value of significance p=0.000. In conclusion, there is a statistically significant relationship between biosafety measures and occupational risk in the nursing staff of a national hospital in Lima, in the year 2022. Spearman's Rho = 0.850 and p= 0.000.

    Burnout syndrome and its relationship with the job satisfaction of nursing staff in the emergency service of a public hospital in Lima 2023

    Objective: To analyze the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and the job satisfaction of the nursing staff of the Emergency Service of a Public Hospital in Lima 2023. Methodology: A quantitative, applied, non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional study approach was developed. The population is made up of nursing staff (60 people) from the emergency service of the Hospital de Lima. No sample was found, because we worked with the entire population. Results. The emotional exhaustion dimension of burnout syndrome with job satisfaction is high emotional exhaustion with low job satisfaction in 31.7%, relating to 49%. The depersonalization dimension of burnout syndrome with job satisfaction, there is high depersonalization with low job satisfaction in 28.3%, relating to 55%. The personal fulfillment dimension of burnout syndrome with job satisfaction, there is average personal fulfillment with low job satisfaction at 28.3% and high personal fulfillment with average job satisfaction at 28.3%, relating to 51%. In the general objective, there is high burnout syndrome with low job satisfaction in 30%, they are related in 70%.

    Burnout syndrome and resilience in nurses and emergencies at the Ica regional hospital, 2022

    Introduction: Nursing staff have become a key component during the Covid 19 pandemic; In this context, emergency services nursing professionals faced an extremely difficult and very stressful situation that ended up exacerbating their mental health, triggering burnout syndrome; Therefore, they had to test their ability to adapt to this adverse scenario through resilience. Objective: Determine how burnout syndrome is related to resilience in the nursing staff of the emergency service of the Regional Hospital of Ica during the Covid 19 pandemic, Ica 2022. Method: The methodology is hypothetical deductive, of an applied type and with a focus quantitative. Similarly, in the research, all nurses in the emergency service will be surveyed (census sample=70) and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaires will be used to measure burnout syndrome and the Resilience Scale (ER – 14). by Wagnild & Young; instruments adapted to the Peruvian reality, with high validity and reliability.     Burnout syndrome and work performance of nursing professionals of the Surgical Center of a Clinic in Lima, 2023

    The general objective of this study is to determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and the work performance of nursing professionals at the Surgical Center of a Lima Clinic, 2023. Materials and Methods: The research is a hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational. The population will comprise a total of 80 nursing professionals working in the surgical center area of the Good Hope Clinic, LimaPeru. Similarly, the two study variables will be measured using the survey technique and two questionnaires, respectively. To examine the validity of the Burnout syndrome level instrument, 15 nurses will participate in a pilot study with a Crombach's alpha value of 0.865 and for Job Performance, Crombach's alpha of 0.940. Once the data has been collected through the instruments, a database will be created in Microsoft Excel and transmitted to the SPSS statistical program to be able to code the variables. An inferential analysis will be performed, using Pearson's statistical test, which is considered significant when the value is less than or equal to 5% (p0.05), which will be able to determine the association between the variables.

    Burnout syndrome in nursing professionals who work in the COVID intensive care unit of a national hospital in Lima, 2021

    This project will be carried out in the covid 1 intensive care unit of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital during the third quarter of 2021, in which exclusively the nursing staff who work in the area will participate. OBJECTIVE Our general objective is to establish the level of Burnout Syndrome in Nursing professionals who work in the COVID Intensive Care Unit. METHODOLOGY will be based on a cross-sectional descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The study will be carried out with the entire population, that is, 35 nurses. For data collection, the Malash Burnout Inventory – HS questionnaire will be applied as an instrument. To collect the information, authorization will be requested from the personnel in charge of the hospital's training and teaching area to carry out the project, proceeding to apply the instrument with prior informed consent. After obtaining the data, they will be entered into the statistical software and the results will be expressed in tables.

    Burnout syndrome in nursing staff in the COVID-19 area at National Arzobispo Loayza Hospital, 2020

    Objective: Determine the level of burnout syndrome in the nursing staff of the COVID 19 hospitalization area at the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital, 2020 Material and method: The type of research is descriptive, cross-sectional, with a quantitative, observational approach; in which a total of 63 nursing graduates from the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital were included; using the Maslasch Burnout Inventory as an instrument, which had an adequate internal consistency of 0.777. Results: The level of the emotional exhaustion dimension was low in 68.3%, followed by 17.5% with a medium level; Regarding the depersonalization dimension, a low level was obtained in 60.3%, 33.3% had a medium level; and in the dimension of personal fulfillment they obtained a high level in 41.3%, and 33.3% had a low level. Regarding Burnout syndrome, 44.4% had a medium level, 39.7% had a low level and 15.9% obtained a high level of this syndrome. Conclusions: It is concluded that the level of Burnout syndrome among the nursing graduates in the COVID 19 area at the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital during the year 2020 is average at 44.4%.
