Resumen
Biosecurity is a set of strategies used to protect the health professional, the users and the environment that surrounds us; with the objective that they are not harmed by the activities they carry out according to their functions and would be affected by an infection or disease generated by microorganisms, in such a way that they must be protected. Objective: Determine the factors that influence the application of biosafety measures by the nursing professional of the Oncology Service. Methodology. A prospective, descriptive, cross-sectional study will be carried out on the nursing professional of the Oncology Service of a hospital in Ica. Quantitative, non-experimental study. The population will be all nursing professionals from the Oncology Service. The sample will be made up of 30 nurses.
Resumen
La bioseguridad es un equipo de estrategias utilizadas para proteger al profesional de la salud, a los usuarios y el medio que nos rodea; con el objetivo que no sean perjudicados con las actividades que realizan según funciones y lo afectarían con una infección o enfermedad generada por microorganismos, de tal forma que deben ser protegidos. Objetivo: Determinar los factores que influyen en la aplicación de las medidas de bioseguridad del profesional de enfermería del Servicio de Oncología. Metodología. Se realizará un estudio prospectivo, descriptivo, transversal en el profesional de enfermería del Servicio de Oncología de un hospital de Ica. Estudio de tipo cuantitativo, no experimental. La población serán todos los profesionales de enfermería del Servicio de Oncología. La muestra estará conformada por 30 enfermeros.
