Identify the relationship that exists between “emotional intelligence” and “leadership” of nurses who perform leadership roles at the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital in the period 2022. Methodology: The study is framed in the quantitative approach and an observational, descriptive, design. correlational, prospective and transversal. The sample was made up of 100 nurses who are managers of the hospital under study, to whom the instruments “Questionnaire for the study of Bar-On emotional intelligence” and the “Personal and interpersonal leadership evaluation scale” were applied. Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: Permission from the institution will be obtained through the Head of the Nursing Department, and then the collaborators will be informed of the content of the research project. Their participation will also be requested through informed consent. . Subsequently, the respective questionnaires will be applied, the data will be emptied into the Excel program, its validity will be verified in terms of completion and the descriptive and inferential analysis will be carried out. Statistical Analysis: It will include a descriptive analysis and an inferential analysis through Spearman's Rho test.
Resumen
Identificar la relación que existe entre la “inteligencia emocional” y “el liderazgo” de las enfermeras que desempeñan jefaturas en el Hospital Alberto Sabogal Sologuren en el periodo 2022. Metodología: El estudio está enmarcado en el enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño observacional, descriptivo, correlacional, prospectivo y transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 100 enfermeras que desempeñan jefaturas del hospital en estudio, a quienes se les aplicó los instrumentos “Cuestionario para el estudio de la inteligencia emocional de Bar-On” y la “Escala de evaluación sobre liderazgo personal e interpersonal”. Técnicas e Instrumentos de Recolección de Datos: Se recabará el permiso de la institución a través de la Jefatura del Departamento de Enfermería, para luego informar a los colaboradores del contenido del proyecto de investigación, así mismo se solicitará su participación a través de un consentimiento informado. Posteriormente se aplicarán los cuestionarios respectivos, se vaciará los datos al programa Excel, se verificará su validez en cuanto al llenado y se procederá al análisis descriptivo e inferencial. Análisis Estadístico: Comprenderá un análisis descriptivo y un análisis inferencial a través de la prueba Rho de Spearman.
