Resumen
Currently, it is pertinent to address the study of socio-labor factors, which are associated with the application of biosafety standards or measures. Objective: Determine the relationship of the socio-laboral factors associated with the application of biosafety measures of the nursing professional in the Surgical Center of the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital - Essalud, Lima 2022. Methodology: It is a quantitative, correlational, cross-sectional study. The population is finite, it will be made up of all the nursing professionals who work in person in the surgical center service of the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital, equivalent to 115 nurses, to select the sample, non-probabilistic sampling for convenience will be used, the same who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria, with the sample being a total of 90 nurses. For the study, the survey will be used as a technique and, as an instrument, the questionnaire that belongs to Quispe and Coronel developed in 2020, which were subjected to pilot testing with a group of 20 nurses and validity by expert judgment, obtaining a value of 0.70 Cronbach's alpha. Likewise, for the correlation of variables, Spearman's Rho coefficient will be used.
Resumen
En la actualidad es pertinente abordar el estudio de los factores sociolaborales, las cuales se asocian en la aplicación de las normas o medidas de bioseguridad. Objetivo: Determinar la relación de los factores sociolaborales asociados a la aplicación de las medidas de bioseguridad del profesional de enfermería en Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins - Essalud, Lima 2022. Metodología: Es un estudio cuantitativo, correlacional, de corte transversal. La población es finita, estará conformada por todos los profesionales de enfermería que laboran de manera presencial en el servicio de centro quirúrgico del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins equivalente a 115 enfermeras, para seleccionar la muestra se utilizará el muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, las mismas que cumplen con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, siendo la muestra un total de 90 enfermeras. Para el estudio se utilizará como técnica la encuesta y, como instrumento el cuestionario que pertenece a Quispe y Coronel elaborado en el año 2020, los cuales fueron sometidos a prueba piloto con un grupo de 20 enfermeras y validez por juicio de expertos obteniendo un valor de 0.70 Alfa de Cronbach. Asimismo, para la correlación de variables se utilizará el coeficiente de Rho de Spearman.
