People with chronic kidney disease and undergoing hemodialysis treatment present changes in their adaptation and quality of life, which contribute to improving their acceptance, responsibility and optimism towards the treatment and insertion at work every day. Objective: Determine the relationship between adaptation and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Gustavo Lanatta Lujan Hospital - ESSALUD, Huacho 2022. Methods: the study will be descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population and intentional sample will be formed by convenience of 69 patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Hospital to be studied. It will be carried out in the months of September and November 2022 and will be evaluated through two questionnaires that will collect data to be processed using non-parametric tests to identify the relationship between both adaptation and quality of life in patients with CKD undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
Resumen
Las personas con enfermedad renal crónica y en tratamiento de hemodiálisis presentan cambios en su adaptación y calidad de vida, que contribuyen a mejorar cada día su aceptación, responsabilidad y optimismo hacia el tratamiento e insertarse en el trabajo. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre adaptación y calidad de vida en pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica en tratamiento de hemodiálisis del Hospital Gustavo Lanatta Lujan - ESSALUD, Huacho 2022. Métodos: el estudio será descriptivo, correlacional y transversal. La población y muestra intencional estará formado por conveniencia por 69 pacientes en tratamiento de hemodiálisis del Hospital a estudiar. Se realizará en los meses de setiembre y noviembre del 2022 se evaluará por medio de dos cuestionaros que recogerán datos para ser procesados mediante pruebas no paramétricas para identificar la relación entre ambas adaptación y calidad de vida en pacientes con IRC en tratamiento de hemodiálisis.
