Determine the relationship that exists between self-esteem and self-care in patients with kidney disease who receive hemodialysis treatment at the Virgen de Lourdes Canto Grande Lima Peru 2022 clinic. Material and Method: the type of study is quantitative because the variables are measurable. , the design is descriptive, correlative because it will study the relationship between the variables, it will be carried out in the Hemodialysis services of the Virgen de Lourdes Lima clinic. The population will consist of 75 patients who come to the Clinic. Data collection techniques and instruments: for this purpose, structured interview techniques will be used, to measure self-esteem the instrument adapted by authors Daza, Quispe, Zegarra will be used and for self-care a questionnaire adapted by authors Daza, Quispe, Zegarra will be used. Data tabulation and analysis: the information will be recorded in the Excel 2019 version program, to measure the relationship of the two variables, reliability of instrument 1 was measured, with the Crombach's Alpha coefficient, with a reliability of 0.98. Reliability instrument 2 was measured with Crombach's Alpha coefficient, with a reliability of 0.809.
Resumen
Determinar la relación que existe entre la autoestima y el autocuidado, en los pacientes con enfermedad renal que reciben tratamiento de hemodiálisis en la clínica Virgen de Lourdes canto Grande Lima Perú 2022. Material y Método: el tipo de estudio es cuantitativo porque las variables son medibles, el diseño es descriptivo, correlativo porque estudiará la relación entre las variables, se realizará en servicios de Hemodiálisis de la clínica Virgen de Lourdes Lima. La población estará constituida por 75 pacientes quienes acuden a la Clínica. Técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos: para ello se utilizará técnicas de entrevista estructurada, para medir la autoestima se utilizará el instrumento adaptado por autoras Daza, Quispe, Zegarra y para el autocuidado se utilizará cuestionario adaptado por autoras Daza, Quispe, Zegarra. Tabulación y análisis de datos: la información será registrada en el programa Excel versión 2019, para medir la relación de las dos variables se midió, confiabilidad de instrumento 1, con el coeficiente de Alpha de Crombach, con una confiabilidad de 0, 98. Confiabilidad del instrumento 2, se midió con el coeficiente de Alpha de Crombach, con una confiabilidad de 0,809.
