Objective: Determine the factors associated with adherence to treatment with ferrous sulfate in mothers with children with anemia under 3 years of age treated at the Proyectos Especiales Health Post, San Juan de Lurigancho. Methodology: the study will be hypothetical deductive, applied quantitative approach with non-experimental design. The study sample will be made up of 85 mothers who attend the San Juan de Lurigancho Special Projects Health Post. The data collection technique and instrument will be done through a survey directed at mothers with the purpose of determining the associated factors, the instrument has 24 items that were rated positively and negatively, the instrument is validated by 3 judgments. of experts with a 0.60 Cron Bach Alpha and 0.75 and 0.72 reliability. The data obtained will be processed in a Microsoft Office Excel database and a statistical analysis where measurement tables and graphic representation will be developed.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar los factores asociados a la adherencia al tratamiento con sulfato ferroso en madres con niños con anemia menor de 3 años atendidos en el Puesto de Salud Proyectos Especiales, San Juan de Lurigancho. Metodología: el estudio será hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicada con diseño no experimental. La muestra de estudio estará conformada por 85 madres que asisten al Puesto de Salud Proyectos Especiales San juan de Lurigancho. La técnica e instrumento de recolección de datos se hará mediante una encuesta dirigida a las madres de familia con la finalidad de determinar los factores asociados, el instrumento cuenta con 24 ítems que eran calificadas de manera positiva y negativa, el instrumento por validado por 3 juicio de expertos con un 0,60 Alpha de Cron Bach y 0,75 y 0,72 de confiabilidad. Los datos obtenidos serán procesados en una base de datos de Microsoft Office Excel y un análisis estadístico donde se desarrollaran tablas de medición y representación gráfica.
